Had a headlight out and Cass, I believe was name of a really super nice guy, changed my bulb. He went above and beyond and sprayed some battery terminal cleaner on my post. What a great employee who made me feel valued as a returning customer, and that I will just because of his service. It does make a difference how you treat customers. Customer here for life. Thank you Cass!!!!

Went here this afternoon and was helped by James S. He was so kind and respectful and didn t judge that I knew almost nothing about my car. It s so nice to know there are people out there that are amazing human beings. Definitely recommend.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They offer suggestions to assist with saving money, repairs, maintenance, and products/materials that will help to ease the chore of keeping your vehicle running smoothly. They have helped me in the pouring rain to put in my windshield wipers and battery checks. Adding, the Auto Zone app with bonus points saves us even more money.

I m a new widow and I needed an air filter put in my car and Ben not only put it on for me but showed me how to put it on! So very very helpful and I do believe as easy as he showed me I can buy the next one and put it on myself!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

I am an auto-enthusiast, I often find so are employees of auto zone including this one. I have incredible high praise for this establishment. Unlike, Cabot Off road and tire. Great until they break your sht.

Dude was crazy Helpful.. guys name was um..Not on my receipt but he helped me set up my rewards as well as sold me probably the only Innova Drive android code reader they've sold over the last week.. For my 19 Ram.

The customer service in this store is absolutely atrocious. When needing assistance to see why my check engine light was on, the woman acted like I was asking for her first born child. She continued to heavily sigh the entire time when walking outside and walked away when I was trying to answer her questions. The second encounter I had with this store was over the phone. The woman who answered the phone was rude and acted like I was wasting her time. The only reason I called was because I had three missed calls from THEIR telephone number only to be told "I don't know why we would have called you." Learn some respect for your potential customers.

Absolutely amazing service. I was having issues with my car and starting so I went to have my battery tested, Jeff came out and tested my battery and it was bad, not only that he changed my battery out in the rain. Will definitely continue to do business with them. If you want friendly helpful service this is the place to go!!!

Auto zone is great in beebe arkanses worker helped me found the tool i needed for my car. When i was about to leave my car died and he was so quick to pull out a cables to jump car real real nice workers i would recomend if passing by and needing a part would be the autozone in beebe AR

They offered to help me change my wipers and then did not do it and I was to short to reach them and stood in the rain trying for 20 mins until some nice guy and his wife helped me. So I do not recommend this place at all you spend $60 on wipers they should help you only reason they got 1 star bc you have to give at least 1

They have amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. As you already know they have a lot of parts in stock, or can get them same day if ordered and paid for before their cutoff.

Called to see if they had a CD player dash adapter. Immediately get put on "hold" (just lays the phone down) he's helping someone so it's no biggie. I can be patient. So when he does pick up I ask my question and without skipping a beat tells me I'd be better off going to an audio store for that. Online search says autozone carries it. Though he can't even be bothered to look before I have to make the drive? I never leave reviews but I'm trying to surprise my wife with a nice cd player for her birthday and this is what I get? Well thanks for the advice on where to do my shopping I'll take you up on and it's not like my patronage will be missed but i just wanted others to know.

I went into the AutoZone in Beebe Arkansas I walked in there was for associates behind the counter two women two men and one man on the floor scanning items I walk around the store looking for stuff that I needed for the truck I found the oil ask the associate scanning barcodes if there was a seat cover that would fit my truck he tells me only what's on the shelves all they can get I go to counter and the lady behind the counter and Jessica she rings me up come to $29 and some change she gives me $1 and some change and she was talking to the other lady Melanie behind the counter I walk out to the truck get in the truck and leave the parking lot I get on the freeway and go to Searcy where are stocks put the change that I got from buying stuff for the oil in to the truck tank well I only had $2 and some change in there or $100 bill being low income I'm fixing to come you have to watch your money well I call her immediately and tell her she didn't give me the right change back and she swore she encountered Jordan come on back to the store if I can get in the truck and I go all the way back to AutoZone in Beebe to be told she had $0.25 over in her till she don't know where the money is at so I leave the store and I called up there and I want to talk to the manager Jessica gets on the phone she says it again I don't know where the money is but I told you already wasn't in my drawer I said I don't want to talk to you now I want to talk to someone else I want to talk to a manager she said I am the manager over here just put Melanie on the phone Melanie said the same thing she did answer the phone she says now you can get on here and tell her so they weren't very helpful plus they rip you off and they don't know what they're doing none of them down there they're supposed to help you find the stuff for help you look for it or but not your baby it was the worst experience with AutoZone I've ever had and I will never buy nothing else there again

Needed a battery quickly for our truck. Computer said they had the one we needed. Gentleman couldn t find it. We had to pick a higher price one. But he gave us a discount since computer was wrong.
