This shop cross threaded a spark plug in and caused it to come out on a road trip I took with my family and had to re-thread the hole to properly install a new spark plug. When I called the only answer I got from this company was "it wouldn't have lasted 5 months if it wasn't properly installed" by the secretary. I wish I could leave a separate 5 start review though on how polite the owner is and quickly looking at the truck for original repair.

Decent work decent turn around time. Very clean shop. I did call awhile back and asked for price on service a rear end and trans I was told that they don t do that unless there is an issue with the performance of those item. I asked then why does the manufacturer say to service those areas at certain miles. She couldn t answer that. They are kinda of high on labor. Otherwise good place

If I could give 0 stars I 100% would!. We had a blow out on the freeway with no spare!. I called every tire shop in beebe everyone told me they will come to me. They said they were short staffed and couldn't come, which is 100% understandable, this was at 3pm they don't close until 6, I told them we called triple a and they were otw to tow us to their tire shop soo I made communication between the man for 2 hours and 45 min calling and letting them know we'll be there!. Legit pulled up at 5:52 after speaking to the and for hours only for him to tell us come back tomorrow we live in McCrory!. We came back and got the car. I recommend everyone to not go to this man!. Literally the worst business I ever almost used!!.

The only repair shop I ll go to down here in Arkansas. They have towed my rusty old Buick and got it fixed up and running great! Very reliable, fast, and trustworthy service. Reminds me of my mechanic up in Iowa. Proud to know I found a shop that s honest and don t try to pull your leg on unnecessary repairs down here!

They towed my motorcycle about half a mile from their lot, and had it for less than 12 hours. It doesn't take up but about a third the space of a small car and they charged me $394. For a total of a mile of driving, loading, unloading, and not even a day of storage.

I asked the owner, Dave, to pick up my Tahoe and tell me what the problem was with it. He picked it up, and quoted me $1155 to replace the Radiator and all of the hoses. I was completely surprised, when I showed up to a $1767 bill for the same work with no warning. He then held my truck hostage until I came up with this number. I ll never make the mistake of trusting this God fearing man again!

This place towed my vehicle and when I return to pick it up the inside was completely trashed. I could tell things had been ransacked and gone through and there were items missing that I know for a fact were in there before it was towed. When I called to ask about where my property was I was met with hateful and defensive yelling and cursing about how their employees weren't thieves and I must have misplaced it, then I was hung up on. I never saw my property again.

They are way over priced. Had a motorcycle impounded for one day $196.00. wow! They didn't even drive 3 miles to pick it up.
