I appreciate the help from these fine people at At The Bay. I live in Texas and I had to solve a flat tire issue for my mom in FFB. Had the tire dropped off with them and today the owners (I apologize greatly that I never got their names) said they would gladly run it to my moms home and put it back on her vehicle. I am grateful that they made it easy on me and I look like a hero to her. Ha ha. Win - win. Thank you guys.Ray

Awesome! They were beyond helpful. It's stressful when your on vacation, far from home and your vehicle acts up. They fit us in the same day we called and fixed her up the next morning! They Had no interest in doing the small job needed. They had my car twice, the first time it was a 2 hour fix. But they had my jeep for three days. The second time it was a 1 hour fix, they had it for another 3 days. It was a throttle positioning sensor and couldn't figure it out. I did it myself. That place has went down hill since the dad left.

Had them mount, balance and put my new tires on my truck. Very reasonable $23 a tire and that includes getting rid of my old tires.

Great service and pricing. They diagnosed several problems including a couple i didn't know about. On top of all that my fender was bent from a deer encounter and it kept my door from opening more than half way, and they fixed that for free so now my door works. We were on vacation and had to get a tire fixed on our truck. We stopped at the bay automotive repair shop and was welcomed with the nicest people. They repaired our tire and talked with us the entire time we was there. They went above and beyond in their hospitality. They told us the best places to go and see and even showed us some beautiful locations. This place was not just a place of business that was very professional but a extremely neighborly group of people that extended their friendship as well as their hospitality. We are so great full to have met such wonderful people. Thank you all so very very much from the Jamie Davis family.

Had my battery tested there. They were fast.They didn't charge me for the battery test, but I'm going back with my new battery for them to install it, and I'll pay for the installation.Good honest folks.

We are new to the area and had a tire that had a leak. They got our car in immediately, found the leak, and repaired it. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. This team made our day with their customer first approach. They will have our business moving forward.

Imagine the first day of your vacation and your car won t start. That was our nightmare. Thankfully, we were able to get it to Bay Automotive the next morning. They did was they needed to in order for us to feel confident making the 7 hour trip back home. Thank you so much!

The people at At The Bay auto repair are pretty awesome. We are here on vacation from Michigan and our u-joints were going out a day and a half before we head back. Taking a chance, we stopped in and they were able to squeeze us in the next morning! Lori actually drove me back to my condo and picked me back up when the repair was completed! Very good service and very fair price on my repair. I recommend everyone in this area, and everyone who visits FFB , to use At The Bay Auto service for all their auto repair needs! Charlie and Lori, you guys are the best!! Thanks again!

Charlie and Lorie are nothing less than the best when it comes to doing the right thing for their customers. They have gone above and beyond for me multiple times to ensure my vehicles were safe to operate.You will not be disappointed if you choose to use them for your repair or tire needs. They are also very fairly priced and more knowledgeable than anyone I've been to before.

At the Bay Automotive Repair is a gem of a business! While visiting FFB, my starter went out. It was by chance that a gentleman recommended Bay Automotive.
