I've known Randy and Karen for probably 20 years. They've gone above and beyond to help me have the best experience possible with them. Randy is the type that will treat you like family and tell you like it is by cutting straight to the chase. He's always been willing to walk me through anything I was uncertain about and really does seem to care about the customer and their boat. I've referred quite a few people to Brooks and as far as I know they had a good experience.

First off, let me start by saying I m a very experienced mechanic in a lot of fields, other than marine mechanics. I was very impressed with Brooks Marine.The staff was friendly and courteous. Even willing to let their lunch get cold, while answering questions that did not pertain to a sale, other than a mechanical question.The owner even took the time to make a phone call to a few factory reps for the outboard manufacturer that I was needing information about.I highly recommend Brooks Marine.

I have a Mercury 200 EFI that I took to two other dealers before I took it to Brook's Marine. The other dealers said they fixed the issue only to find out when I was on the water, they hadn't. I called Brook's Marine and a very nice lady told me to bring it in. Mr. Brooks said he would be glad to look at it and diagnose it. They called me and explained the issue to me and asked if I wanted them to complete the repair. They completed the repair and I have not had an issue since. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were so polite and informative.

This is a wonderful place to buy a boat!! They treated us as if we were family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a boat. Amazing customer service!!!

Brooks got my motor running like a top!After another local shop had my boat for 5 months and it still wouldnt run right, Brooks had me up and going in just 3 days!

I wanted to share what a great experience I had with Randy at Brooks Marine. I bought a Champion boat from a friend of Randy's. Randy took the time to walk thru every detail of the boat with me and even took us to the lake to test drive. He went over every "how to" as well as advice, as well as maintenance. When we left he said "if you ever need anything, don't hesitate to call". Keep in mind I bought the boat from his friend.Fast forward to 3 years later. I had an electrical problem that I could not, after 2 weeks, figure out. I thought of Randy so I called him. He was just as friendly and helpful as he was 3 years before. He spent 30 min with me on the phone, walked me thru a few tests. I even sent him pictures, and sure enough, Randy found the problem. Over the phone. On a boat from 3 years earlier. Probably the greatest service I've ever experienced.Randy is great guy and has gone out of his way, more than once, to help me out when he didn't have anything to gain from it, other than to help a person out.I trust Randy and I wouldn't hesitate to take his advice or do business with him.

DO NOT use this shop for your boat repair!!!! I took my boat here for a carburetor rebuild, two weeks later I received a call that my motor was running great but had another issue with the shifting linkage in the tiller handle, and was told that it would be a $90.00 repair on top of the $160.00 carb task. THREE WEEKS LATER after no update or follow up calls I went to pay for the carb work and to pick my boat up so that another shop could repair the linkage. The owner of Brooks marine informed me at this time that my boat has been ready, but they were too busy to call and let me know. He also handed me a bill for $512.73!! This is not how professional people operate a business! I specifically asked how much the additional repairs would cost and was told "about 90 bucks". They also added $42.60 for parts that I never asked for or approved, and I'm not even sure how much labor is added for this as well! I am NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Randy and his wife have been running this place for years and they are true gems. He has worked with me on building my last two Xpress boats at a very affordable price compared to the other nearby dealers. It seems the other dealers will tend to lean towards what they have in stock . Randy will let you know what he has, and if it works,great... If not, he will let you know what your options are for creating the boat you DO want.He is also VERY knowledgeable on what it takes to work on your boat. I do not have a problem with turning over my boat over to him for all my maintenance needs. If something needs to be done, he will let you know. If it doesn't, he will also let you know. Some shops will do it solely for making an extra buck. Randy will do it when it makes sense.I did make the mistake of dropping my boat off at a boat shop close by once ... once. I mean, how hard can it be to change oil and the impellor? Well, after waiting an additional week for my boat and then receiving the bill, I learned my lesson... always stay with people whom you can trust. For me, I feel like that is Randy and his wife.

Great service, reasonable prices and nice people. After 4 or 5 failed attempts to solve an issue somewhere else I went to Brooks. Found the problem within 30 minutes and boat was ready to collect a few days later. I would recommend them to anybody.

Brooks Marine (Randy Brooks) sells fishing boats and services a wide range of boats - fishing, party barges, ski boats. He focuses on Mercury motors primarily. If you want good service and fair price, Brooks Marine is the place. Fishermen and women from all over this part of Arkansas go to Randy - that says a lot. He has sold me (and friends of mine) boats, worked on motors for me and for my company boats, worked on trailers and pretty much fixed everything I ve ever brought to him. He can be bribed with Sauza Taquila :).

Overpriced, took way to long in the shop..still had to take my motor elsewhere to get it fixed. Won't go there again. Folks are nice though.
