We live in Georgia. Our son attends Lyon College. After Winter break, his car broke down and wouldn't start. Normally, I would take care of it myself. But this is 8+ hrs away! Called this shop and they had a look at it. Replaced the Honda Accord starter that isn't the easiest to get to and changed the oil. Very good on labor time rate and they did a good job for someone who couldn't be there for their kid. Thanks for the help and getting my son back on the road quickly. They made a really difficult situation become easy.

Do not take your vehicle here of you need front end work done. They do not have the equipment to do front end alignments. They had no issue tearing into my front end knowing the front end would need to be realigned after the work was done. My car was here for almost 2 weeks which I understand that it's the holidays. What I don't understand is returning a car that isn't done being worked on. There are three lights on that weren't on when it was dropped off. The vdc (vehicle dynamic control) is off and will not turn back on. The steering wheel is nearly upside down. They have always done great work before but this time I'm so disappointed. I just hope the next shop can fix what they did without charging us an arm and a leg. I've been without a car for 2 weeks and will be without one for who knows how much longer.

Service was great people were great as well. Didn't have a waiting area so if you have to have a few hours of work done plan to have a ride home and back or at least plan something to do. We went walking and took some fun pics!

This is the best place in the tri-county area! Friendly folks! Superb service! And don't for their practical prices! This shop has quality mechanics that know their stuff and won't cheat you! Whether your vehicle is in need of a check-up or needs specific work these guys are the most devoted to getting you safely back on the road!

Terrible experience. Paid to have a head gasket replaced on our car. They called and said the car was still running poorly and that it must need a new engine. We pick up the car and take it back to our place and decide to pull the head to see if we could just replace that instead of buying another motor. Right off the bat we noticed the head bolts weren't torqued to spec as they were able to be removed by hand. Also noticed some bolts in other spots were missing or replaced with whatever they could find. Upon removing the head we found the head gasket to be put on backwards which would be the cause for it still not running correctly. Once we replaced the gasket again (the right way) and flushed the coolant system car ran perfect. Went up to the shop to speak with them about a refund since the job was done incorrectly and they only offered a $25 refund to pay for the head gasket (which cost $38). Just really poor service all around. I make sure to let everyone know to avoid them. Still considering taking legal action because it just isn't right to take peoples money like that, not do the job right, then shrug your shoulders and say oh well. Super shady.

2nd time to have my Fianc�s truck fixed here. I had to have it towed from my home. Had it there Weds and was told they squeeze me in on Thurs. Well by 230pm I get a call they already got the starter fixed and they would bring my baby to me at 5 when they close. I will always do what I need to, to keep my Fianc�s truck in great shape till the day I join him. I trust Superior Auto in helping me. They've treated me above my expectations and I will continue to entrust them in the future! Great service, reasonable in pricing as well. A huge thank you again.

I would leave zero stars but that's not an option. They had our truck in there to replace motor.. well they did that. We go to pick it up 10 miles down the road it blew the transmission line off my husband fixed that drove another 15 miles and the coolant line came off fixed that drove another 100 miles and the other heater hose came off and NOW THE TRUCK IS AT THE TRANSMISSION SHOP having to be rebuilt because of the transmission line coming off. Not a very good first impression!! We will not use them again!!

This is an excellent shop! Experienced and knowledgeable mechanics, reasonable prices, very professional, and they work quickly to get your repairs done. I wouldn't trust my ride with anyone else and I look forward to doing more business with them.

Ozark Mountain All Terrain took care of our needs when my brother- in-laws 2015 Jeep Cherokee got stuck in 4 Low. They were friendly and affordable and timely and their communication was very good with us. I will definitely call on them again in the future.

They have been working really hard and been trying there best on getting are 2013 gmc sierra fixed which has been kinda crazy because there was more wrong with it than we thought.
