I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and especially KENDALL FELTON!! He went above and beyond for us and what we wanted! He helped us figure out what we wanted and how we wanted it. From beginning to end, he was a phone call or short text away! Stayed in touch with us and updated throughout the whole process! Now we have the Tahoe of our dreams and could not be happier or more pleased with the service we received during and even after our purchase!! So friendly, so welcoming, just all around great! We just purchased our second vehicle with Kendall Felton at Stanley Wood and it has been the SMOOTHEST process. We are eternal customers! Vehicle buying in the past has always been such a pain and headache, so stressful, and so much back and forth. Not with these folks! They treat you like family! Stanley Wood dealership responded quickly and appropriately to my internet request to view vehicles I saw online. They honored the online appointment time I chose and had the vehicles I wanted to examine prepared and ready. The salesperson Luis took the time to ensure that our questions were completely answered in a very remarkable relaxing style. Overall, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised and happy with our purchase experience at Stanley Wood.

Dropped my car off December 27th for a diagnosis of a new failed transmission. Wait til February 19th for an appointment and was assured 30+ days prior they would have a loaner car. Was given very little notice that they won't have one. Not even 48 hours to find a rental big enough to accommodate. Was told I'd get called back on several occasions but did not, so I kindly said I'm not being rude, but I never get a call back. He says he has other things to do so i go there to speak with a manager. Service worker stephen then tells me they won't ever have one. I have never been treated so rudely with 0 explanation or reason. Terrible communication. My husband is able to get a hold of the manager to find out they are weeks backed up, and customers who bought there had priority. So they had to have known more than 2 days before the appointment they wouldn't have a loaner. Either way. The service worker told the manager I went up there cussing, but I had witness and recorded phone calls to prove that that was a lie. I just would not trust such dishonest and rude employees with the care of my car anyway. starting the warranty process over somewhere else. Communication is key! With a side of genuine manners! Definitely a 0/10 very unpleasant experience

I purchased my new 2023 Envision with absolutely NO problems at all!! Colby is fantastic to work with and Brenton helps so much when it comes to the electronic part of the car. I would highly recommend these two.

Informative, Transparent & Friendly! Bo & Stephen do a great job sharing what is going on with the root of the issue and how to fix it. Bad news & multiple trips aren t fun but they find a way to break it down in a meaningful way. The service techs go above and beyond when finding the problem and performing the task at hand. Great job and thank you to a hardworking team!

I spent days heckling and Javier went way above and beyond. Very professional and tried very hard to get me a vehicle that fit my needs. Been buying trucks for a long time and I don't think I have had an experience like this before. The sales team going the extra mile. Great communication skills. No pressure buying! Gannon and Colby were great to deal with when purchasing the Bolt EUV. I was able to purchase it at MSRP plus the rebates with no dealer add ons or markups. What more can you ask for in today's market? They were respectful of my time and I was able to get in and out in under 30 minutes once I got there after agreeing to terms on the phone beforehand and coming to get it. They also made sure it was fully charged as I was traveling around 3 hours away to pick it up so I could make it home on a single charge. Would purchase from them again in the future. Also, I highly recommend purchasing a Bolt with Supercruise hands-free driving on eligible mapped interstates and divided highways. Obviously, you still have to pay attention and be alert but it made my trip so relaxing on the way back from picking it up.

I'm still waiting on parts. Getting worried that my engine or transmission my be damaged because the turbo and another part are bad. I'm not sure why it's been so long, this is a known problem and the manufacturer is covering the cost of repair.

Very nice people, employees and the owner. Hve bought many, many vehicles from them over the years. Even if u hve less than perfect credit, they do offer n house financing on some used vehicles, but only used vehicles get the offer of in-house financing with a down-payment. Been buying from them for over 25yrs. If u choose to gve them a chance, go by and ask for " Mort ". Tell him I sent ya and he will do everything n his power to get u taken care of.

Company vehicle with 31k miles broke down in Batesville. Had it towed to dealership. They denied the warranty claim because of maintenance. There was no maintenance issue as all maintenance has been performed at a gm dealer per our fleet standard. Wasted a month of my time and a wrecker bill. I had the vehicle towed to a reputable dealership and all repairs were covered under warranty. The service department at this dealership is not about standing behind gm products but about upselling to get the customer to pay.

I took my truck to Stanley woods they done a Diagnostic on it and it showed that there was close to 20 different things wrong with my transmission they said that they drove it and it would not do anything wrong I picked it up and the 1st time I drive it to town the transmission screws up so I call and ask if they could take it for a drive with the transmission screwed up and was told yes after the shop Foreman got mad that I showed back up he made me sit for 3 hoursI finally had enough lefti will never but or take another vehicle to Stanley woods Chevrolet

Hands down the BEST car buying experience that we have ever had. We have bought several cars/trucks over the past 7 years and can never get all those hours back wasted in dealerships. We did everything over the phone, and spent 30 minutes signing papers and inspecting our new car!! Since Covid hit prices have been crazy so we were shocked at the deal we got! 10/10 recommend!!

My Fianc� 2015 truck had to be towed there. Come to find out a wiring issue caused battery to die. Replaced both in timely manner, just crazy this world and how expensive things are these days.. but our truck runs smooth now.

We bought a 2015 Buick Enclave in 2017 and have been very pleased. The recall is being taken care of with ease and the usual good service. I've wondered about trading, but the car with approximately 65,000 miles is giving no problem at all. The nice plus is that it is so comfortable and fills our needs perfectly!

Treat hourly pay workers terribly expect impossible tasks and close to slave work for less than minimum wage salary on your checks. Very rude and inconsiderate to the employees. Good to customers but not employees.
