came in to get struts fixed, was told it wasn t my struts after they had my car for an estimate for an hour. came in the next day to get fixed what they told me was wrong. spent 3 hours waiting for them to tell me it was my struts. then they charged me for an alignment which if defeats the purpose if my struts were bad. also didn t give me my papers on my alignment. 10/10 don t recommend these idiots as my car is driving worse now.

Slowest tire shop you'll ever visit lol , the workers are really nice and I wish I could say something nice but this place is ridiculously slow , you can pretty much figure on bring there at least a couple hours if ya go an plain on waiting .

I walked in the building. Shane ask how he could help me. I told him that my drivers rear tire says it only has 22 psi. I really need to get it check as soon as possible. Cause we are leaving at 4:00 in the morning. He got a young man to do it right then. Therefore, I got it done and was gone in about 45 minutes. So I say a big THANK YOU to all that helped me get my tire fixed so quickly. May God bless you all.

This morning I arrived at Southern Tire Mart in Batesville Arkansas at 7:45am. I spoke with Customer Service person, Brad at 7:50am. I asked about having a flat repaired and was told that there were 5 tickets in front of me and it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. They finally had the tire repaired at 11:30am. That is over 3 1/2 hours later. If I would have known that it would have been that long then I would have just dropped the vehicle off. I watched as the waiting room empty and job after job was run in front of me. It is not like I m new to STM. I have bought countless sets of tires and have had many, many repairs done. However, this appears to be all new people and perhaps new management. Customers beware. I will not be returning.Service: Tires

Took 4 hours to change 4 tires. Replaced the original valve stems that monitored tire pressure with cheap replacement ones that do not monitor tire pressure without consent. They didn t put a single valve stem cap on either.

They are a little short staffed. Takes a little longer to get things done with them. Staff is helpful and the shop crew do good work.

I have used Southern tire Mart in Batesville for at least the last three years. I was stranded yesterday and gave them a call. Within 30 minutes they had someone out to help me. They have always treated me like a number one customer even though I try to buy the cheapest tires possible. They genuinely care about customer service.Service: TiresService: Tires

This is a very busy place. The personal were friendly and professional. Clean waiting area and bathroom. I booked last minute and they were able to accommodate me. I would recommend their service.

Love this place they do tires, oil,brakes. I have to tell you about I was waiting on tires I am setting there a man from the back and was taking to another customer I couldn't help over hearing. The customer was told by the new car dealer where he purchased his car new, that he needed brakes well he always uses Southern Tire Mart so he took the car there long story short they took all the tires off and the pad with the least was 60% he said I'll change them if you want.. I wrote all of that to say they believe in taking care of you not just taking your money

Best place in Batesville to get tires at reasonable prices. They have a great selection of tires in stock, and what they don't have always arrives in a timely fashion. Been good friends, and doin business with Brad Cook for a long time. He's always reliable, and can find any tire at a good price.

Took over 3 hours of waiting to get a flat fixed. Only sat and waited due to the fact that the last time I left my car here, they fixed the wrong tire. Will not be back.

These guys are awesome. I drive a dump truck, so time is money, and they always have me in and out and taken care of before I realize I was even waiting. Plus they have the best prices on truck tires anywhere. I have always put cheap recaps on but here I can afford to put brand new tires on and not break the bank.

Some of the best customer service I ve had in any field. My wife had a blow out while I was out of town. The first place I called acted like it was an act of Congress to change a tire for her. But when I called Souther Tire from the moment they answered the phone they were wanting to help. Before they even found a used tire they had someone on the way to remove the blowout. They were incredibly easy to work with, polite, and very affordable. We ll definitely buy our next set of tires from them just due to the customer service alone. Keep up the good work!

I can t say enough good things. Sky always takes care of us and his entire staff if very polite. I get my oil changed here and they are very easy to work with.
