It s a decent campground. There are no frills meaning no tables or firepits at individual sites. Any tables at sites were left by previous residents. The office has a good selection of materials for the RV. My family stayed for a few months during the winter months. The campground roads weren t treated for ice nor cleared from snow. Luckily it didn t last too long and melted quickly. The bathrooms were clean but no hand soap. Washer and dryers are available but I didn't use them. The rest of the park was clean. Plenty of pull through and back in sites. The back-in sites have parking for a second vehicle beside the site. Propane is available on site for a refill and you only pay for what they fill. The employees are very nice! The park is located beside the airport so was very noisy. Lots of helicopters but got used to them after a few days.

Small, but nice, park. Staff was super nice. Great bath house and laundry area.Sites are a little close together, but level!Only issue was the threads on the water spigot were corroded and not all there causing water to spew from the connection.We would definitely stay here again.

3rd year staying here for the topless 100 late model race.Always super nice workers. Great pads large area, room for 2 vehicles or like us 1 spot for truck and a spot for utv in trailer. Would recommend this park to everyone.

Very nice park and reasonably priced. Paved parking, with amazing showers and lots of hot water, very clean and individual locking bathrooms. The entire park is well maintained. I will stay here again the next time I come through this way.

Love the paved streets and concrete level pads. The restrooms are simply the nicest I have ever been in. Nice people in the camp ground and the staff goes above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Will return.

Awesome park. We arrived after hrs and a little miscommunication on where we were supposed to park but it all worked out. Park owner stopped to say hello and make sure everything was ok. Shevwas very nice and extremely helpful. Very clean park.

Pros...A newer park. Built to accommodate large groups and get together's. The folks working there are very nice and great people. WIFI was good. The cable was good but a little weird, I had to call the cable company to get my box to work and apparently that is normal. We stayed for a week.Cons....There are absolutely ZERO trees on the site. In the summer months you will most certainly bake. The lawn was not mowed the entire time we were there. It needed mowing when we arrived. Some folks were told that the rain stopped them. I certainly saw and heard many many mowers working in the area the entire week. My site had what appeared to be an oily substance percolating from under ground. There is no pool. Very few sites had picnic tables. Not much dog walk area.

The owners are friendly. It is a new RV park and has pull-in spots compared to back in. There is nothing for children here so I recommend it for couples or retired people. There are a few new trees that we're planted about a year ago. Clean, has laundry and showers. Very quiet and very clean. They have put out picinic tables on a few spots.

Very clean & private key-code entry bathrooms. Concrete pad sites. Small campground, but perfect for visiting family that lives in Batesville.

The BEST and cleanest RV park in the area! We looked at all the parks when we came to town, and Breck s is not only the most professional but also the cleanest. Worth the slightly higher cost 100%. Quiet and peaceful. Cable and WiFi are provided at no extra fee. Great secured WiFi signal in all areas of the park. Sewer at each campsite. Paved level pads. Well lit at night. Very easy to pull in and set up. We came late at night and it was the easiest set up we have experienced in 10 s of RV parks. Well marked sites with space for your tow vehicle. Bathroom shower facility is spotless. Hot wonderful showers. Handicapped accessible. Brand new fixtures. Laundry room has brand new machines, cable flat screen tv, and a folding table. This is a real RV park, not a trailer park. No trashed out campers or dilapidated junk here. Professional management and the grounds are neatly kept. Safe and secure. Dog friendly with walking areas and a poo station. Other campers are polite and pick up after themselves. The country store has delicious breakfast and lunch at great prices. The chandlery is well stocked with RV necessities and they can order anything you may need. Overall one of the very best parks we have ever stayed in! Stay at Breck s if you are in the Batesville area. You won t be disappointed. The owners are onsite daily and take great pride in their facility. We can t say enough good about them! 100% happy campers here!

If you are looking for a vacation spot on the lake this is not it! If you are a full timer looking for one of the easiest in and out clean parks in America this is it. Completely level, giant space, tons of room to maneuver and turn around! I did not use the cable as I carry my own Wi-Fi but having travel since 1985 full time I give this park a 5-star rating!

Fairly new with nice pull thru concrete pads and they're level! Full hookups clean and convenient to everything you might want to do when staying close to Batesville. Glad we chose to stay here

Definitely the best RV park in the area. Very Clean! Bathrooms are awesome. Hot breakfast served in the store every morning. Service was a little slow because there was only one girl working all areas.

We stayed 4 nights during the Memorial Day weekend. The place is really clean and pet friendly. The little store is a must visit. We are already making plans to return. Wonderful staff !!

Great place to camp! Clean bath rooms and showers. Concrete pads are level and easy to hook up the sewer and water.

Best RV Resort in Northeast Arkansas, just a short distance from Batesville Motor SpeedwayAll new level lots, 20, 30, 50 amps, full hookups. Great place to camp.

Great new park! Belinda and Roger are fantastic hosts and always there to help. Long pull throughs open and easy in, easy out. Couldn't have asked for a better location.

A new campsite. Very clean and well maintained. New facilities. Only drawback is lack of shade during the hot summer days. No free breakfast due to lack of participation.

I highly recommend this rv camp... The staff was VERY VERY friendly and hopeful with everything that we needed help with.. The area was quite and clean... If your looking for a place to take your camper or rv this is the place for you. They have a little restaurant also on the site if you are looking for somewhere to eat and it wont cost a arm and a leg... They have a small gift shop just encase you forget something....

Nice quiet country type setting. Still very close to town and attractions. Trees all around. Pretty setting. Full hookups.
