Plenty of knowledgeable staff. Great quality parts. Lots of items in stock. Easy parking and never too crowded. All Napa s give a AAA auto club discount, well worth showing your card and asking for the discount.

Didn't have my product, said would take about 2 weeks to get that item, didn't much about promo codes they offer had to call district

Please update your hours of operation on Google. My husband and I just drove an hour to your store, arrived at 5:22 p.m. to find the doors locked and store closed already for the day when your hours clearly state that you re open until 6 p.m.

I always get exactly what part I wanted with a good attitude to go with it. There a alistar group of guys one is has help has the other.

The place was closed when we got there and I went by google maps so the hours need to be updated. But on a lighter note there was the store manager who came and helped us outside after he was done closing up inside
