I loved my experience with Mark Martin Kia! My salesman was Ryan Martin. He, along with all others at both dealerships there, were so helpful and kind! Any questions I had, they answered immediately and in a way that I could understand. I ve never gotten a vehicle through them before, but I will now always recommend buying a vehicle through Mark Martin!

Jordan Smith listened carefully to what I needed in a car and showed me my options. He showed me why these were my best choices. I was impressed with his knowledge of new and slightly used cars, and I am convinced that I walked away with the best car for me. Jim Rudd helped me close the deal and helped me understand how my new car worked. He set up my options and programed my phone. Very nice experience.Had my first service for my new car. Zack took care of everything for my oil change and servicing. Nice waiting area. Wish there was plug ins for my dead phone.. After a short wait of just over 30 mins, the car was done. Even better yet, it was free! Thanks, Mark Martin!

The price is great for oil change service. Only a couple of concerns, 1. I had purchased new tires about 2 weeks prior to this service and I have verified that the tread depth is 10/32, the service tech listed the tread depth as 6/32. Also 20 min wait before my car was actually moved back to the service bay. Service completed about 1 hr and 20 min after appointment time.

After multiple visits, our local Kia dealer was unable to repair our 2023 Kia Carnival. So, I called Mark Martin. They got me on the schedule in less than a week, and resolved all the issues with our vehicle quickly during my visit. It was definitely worth the drive! I highly recommend Mark Martin in Batesville!

Work was done and finished in timely manner and employees were polite and knowledgeable. Most importantly I feel cost of work done was quite fair. Only thing if you would call it a negative, is when I got my work sheet was things they found wrong. I wished they had called me to let me know, so I could have had all work done right then.

Had the worst experiences here and would never suggest this place to anyone. I put $500 down to ensure that my car was in my name when they got it on the lot. They didn t deduct it and if I hadn t noticed they would have charged me an extra $500. Someone I know said they put a deposit down and they sold the car from under them. They didn t give my drivers license back after scanning it and waited until I got 30 min away to call me. I was informed they would top my tank off since they messed up. When I got back in my car the miles to e hadn t changed. They act like I was crazy when I mentioned it. A protective guard piece under my car came disconnected and they told I ran something over and I d have to pay $500 to get it fixed. It was faulty, not my fault and needless to say I did not get it fixed. My window kept getting stuck so i was scared to roll it completely down. I called and ask them to fix it. I took off work and drove an hour to come get it fixed. They said it was. It seemed to work fine so I drove 5 miles to McDonald s and it got stuck again. I drove it back up there and they told me they would have to order a part and so I ended up having to take 2 days off work cuz my job was an hour and a half from the dealer. So frustrating. Then I had another issue with the screen on my car shutting off and the blinker not turning off even when I d push it down manually. My windshield wiper quit working once too. Thank God I was at the bank window cuz that would have hazardous if I were driving down the road. When I took it in they told me they couldn t find anything wrong with it and tried to charge me $150 for a service fee. I told them if they didn t fix it I didn t know why they were charging me. It still messes up btw but nothing is wrong with it . The service dept here is awful. After I addressed all the issues I ve had with them they decided to not charge me, but all the experience I ve had with this dealer has been horrible. Definitely do not recommend and won t be back.

Great experience with oil change and tire rotation. The only thing that would have made it better is if I had a Kia service department closer to home. Batesville is the nearest and almost 2 hours from my home.
