Always fast and friendly service. Dropped my truck off at 7 am for new tires. Had it back at 8:45. Best tire shop in town.

Great staff and service. I would highly recommend using this locally owned business. Kent's has been in Batesville for many years and their knowledge is exceptional.

This place is horrible. I m wanting my vehicle to get fixed but ended up with another problem! Instead of just the shocks needed to be replace, now the steering wheel s alignment is very bad that I needed to turn it left just to drive straight!I put my vehicle here yesterday as soon as they open at 7am and called them back at 3pm to check if they already found what s wrong aside from the shock and the guy on the phone told me that they haven t look at it yet and its gonna be next on the line. Just NEXT on the line after 8 HRS. And when I picked up my truck AFTER 8 hrs and 30 mins. They told me that they can t replace the shock because they don t know what kind it is.

Idk, I went here to see about service. Guy couldn't remove a stripped lung nut. I sappose they are hard to remove or you have to have a tool for it.Couldn't get in they were booked needs a bigger garage for Mo monies. Small place

We use them for anything we can from tires to oil changes. Been going there for about 5years and have never had a bad experience. Very trustworthy and great people.

Outstanding,went in for alignment,was showed several problems keeping me from getting one, honest business to stop and show the problems instead of doing a front end alignment that wouldn't do any good with bad ball joints and tie rod ends , some shops would have done it anyway

They charged me $260 for an oil change 3 years back. I was young&dumb. All you young folks on the road don't make the same mistake I did. (only give them one star so I be able to post this&warn my fellow young drivers)

After being told to come at 1pm for an oil change, when I got there at 1pm I was told they were too busy and would be a long wait.

I ALWAYS TRY TO SHOP LOCAL-ESPECIALLY WHERE I KNOW AND TRUST THE PEOPLE. I GOT MY NEW MICHELINS FROM KENT'S FIRESTONE.CHRIS ALLEN IS A TRUSTED FRIEND AND I KNOW HE TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME. IF YOU NEED TIRES SEE CHRIS OR CRYSTAL AT KENT'S AND ALWAYS SHOP LOCAL. EVEN IF YOU PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE, THERE IS VALUE IN RELATIONSHIPS THAT YOU WON'T GET ANYWHERE ELSE!

We were on a short vacation with our bumper pull camper. We stopped to get gas and my husband noticed that the tread was literally missing from our tire. I called and talked to Crystal, she told us to come on. They replaced 2 tires within 30 minutes and had us back on the road. The best customer service ever!!

Horrible service. Damaged my rim & side wall of tire. I spoke with others at my daughter's work who said they did the same to them and damage was identical when looking at photos. My husband is a mechanic who looked at the damage and immediately knew it was from them as he recognized how it happens. When I brought it to their attention before even entering my vehicle they lied and denied it. I even had witnesses with me that witnessed my vehicle when I dropped it off who also knew the damage was not there prior to leaving the vehicle with them for service. They gave me a hard time, lied to me and my witness continuously. They refused to fix what they did or make it right. I made it a block and had to call a flat bed. I drove my car there without any issues or problems and yet could not even drive it away. I had no issues with loosing air before damage to my rim yet rim was leaking air and could not be driven home. This place was a nightmare and I will never set foot here again.

We got stranded in Batesville AR when our Jeep broke down. Kent was crazy busy on this Saturday but still worked us in, got us all fixed up, AND didn t overcharge. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and gave THE BEST customer service I ve ever received at an auto place! We made it home today because of him. I can see why folks come in from all over to have him fix their cars! Plus we got a nice bonus view from the road.

Customer service here is 100% outstanding and they work so quickly!! Thanks for being the only tire shop that would remove the spline lock lug nuts off of all of my tires without the tool. You guys are amazing!

Awesome they had customer appreciation day and cooked out and fed everyone and I won a 9500lb rough country winch so I'd say they appreciate their customers so when I need tires I'll definitely give them a try!!!

Prices could be better service was fast but they didn't put the wing nut on my spare nor did they check all my tire pressure so four stars I guess it's job security

These good people on my first visit filled my nitrogen tires free of charge, they could've easily charged me anywhere from $5-15 per tire. Thanks Kent's Firestone, and see you again soon!

I recently purchased a car from car-mart that was serviced by one of your employees. As I attempted to change the oil, which should not have been hard do to by normal people. I found that I could not remove the oil plug, trying to remove it resulted in the plug becoming stripped. The cause is that the person that changed the oil cross threaded the plug. I have bought a new oil plug and will not recommend or use Kent's for anything.Service: Oil change

Took my car to have my battery checked , I had to buy a new battery. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Good service ! I highly recommend Kent's Firestone.

The most professional service, quick and affordable. Have used their service 3 times since retiring to Batesville, tires, front end repair and wiring harness work. All work was completed in a timely manner, done right the first time. My only opportunity is that unlike other Firestone Businesses I shaved used, they do not provide a Military Discount

I appreciate Kent's Firestone for their pit stop sales & friendly service. I've had 3 sets of tire purchases, oil changes, brake service and they referred me to Darrell's Foreign Auto repair for an engine gasket once(who did a very good job). You can trust, they help you take care of your automobile, making it affordable and keeping you safe on the road.

The people are friendly enough. I was visiting from out of town and needed new tires. I purchased a complete set from and I purchased road hazard with my set of tires only to find out it is useless at any other Firestone locations. Be sure if you do get road hazard from this location that it s not the mom and pop cash and stash pocket policy and that you re covered at all Firestone locations. I m fortunate that I can afford to put 5 tires on a car, not everyone else is.There will not be a next time at Kent's Firestone.Service: Tires

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation last summer. When I took it home it had a bad shimmy after 60 mph. Put it back in at Kent's and asked them to see what's wrong with it. When my husband picked up the car they had replaced 2 of the tires without ever asking our permission. We were forced to pay. The shimmy never stopped. Finally broke down and took it to them again this summer to see if they would fix the alignment they were supposed to have fixed last summer. Now. One year since they replaced 2 tires without permission, they say we need 3 new tires! And they won't do an alignment unless we replace the tires and I caught all kinds of attitude when I explained to him the situation. Go elsewhere. Not an honest business.

Love this place! Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend the tires that you drive 100 miles after a puncture. Much better than being stranded on the freeway!
