I built my Bad Boy mower online and called the dealership. Within a week the mower was ready for pick up. I pre-qualified my financing prior to arrival. When I picked up the mower, I was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes! This was an easy purchase for me and an easy sell for them! However, a full tank of gas would have been a nice gesture on their part .

After a terrible experience with a different canam dealer, I found myself at Independence Offroad. They saved my sanity! I got to deal with service and sales and I won't reccomend anyone BUT them now! Service went above and beyond helping us with warranty and repairs from another dealerships screw ups. They constantly communicated with us and helped us with options. We finally decided just to trade in and purchase new, sales didn't miss a beat. They immediately gave me numbers on what we needed and did everything they could to help us. They were willing to go above and beyond so we walked away happy. We picked up our new ride Tuesday and I can't even begin to explain how much stress they took off of me and the entire deal. Chris, Jeremy, Jacob, and Ashley are all FANTASTIC. They have a phenomenal crew there and I can promise -- they are worth the drive from anywhere!

Extremely easy to deal with. Was sitting in the parking lot of another dealership and called Kyler, and he gave me a much better deal. Amazing team and when I got there, all paperwork was done and he loaded it and strapped it down for me. If you re in the market for a UTV, this is the place to go!

Just bought this zero turn mower from offroad. Sales reps and the offroad staff is always friendly and professional. Great finances services and quick to get your needs or wants. Also bought a razor from them a couple of years ago. Glad that they are there for us. Definitely will be doing more business with them.

My son and I recently went there for me to see about purchasing an ATV. I did end up buying a brand new one and after loading it into my sons truck(which was a low rider) we noticed a noise when going to leave out and turned back to have the gentleman check it out to make sure things were fine and several of the men there looked at it and we thought it was the bump stops just rubbing. So we decided to try and get it home very carefully but when we pulled out, the drive shaft on my sons truck broke, we pulled over and I called the salesman and told him what had happened. They all immediately came out and helped us unload the wheeler and that was when they noticed that he had already had a damaged drive shaft and if it had not been for us purchasing the wheeler and loading it, we would not have known and it could have easily broken when he was driving. The gentleman from the parts department towed my sons truck back to their shop and immediately began helping us to find a drive shaft and even put another one in the truck that very afternoon!!! He also was so very gracious in making sure we got our new four wheeler home!!!! I cannot begin to express my thanks to all of them for their amazing help with my sons truck and how courteous and helpful they all were in the purchasing process and making sure my son and I were taken care of and arrived home safely!

Was an easy process to buy a mower. I went on Off Roads website and found what I wanted and filled out the application on Sunday and I was called back by Brent Howard Monday. Brent told me what he could do for me and we made a deal on the phone and I went up and picked up my new Bad Boy Mower. In and out in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend Independence Off Road. Go in and see Brent Howard and if you need parts go in the back and see Chris Vance.

Jacob and the team there were great to work with. We got to test several models of SxS and learn the difference s in them. Then we found the one that fit our need and the team put together a fair deal. We are pleased with our new Ranger and the team there could not be any friendlier.

Just purchased a bad boy 42" zero turn mower, it was quick and easy in and out and got everything done and ready for me to pick up the same day. Brandon did an amazing job and was very professional. Hope the service after the sale is just as good.
