UPDATE 9/15/23: Matt, the manager, has kept in touch with us and discussed the entire situation with us. In the end, he worked with us to find a solution that we all could appreciate. He gave us a great deal on a replacement mower and it has been wonderful. We are very happy with the resolution and with the assistance we received from Matt and from his employees. They have definitely changed our opinion and our feelings. We will continue to engage with this business. :-)UPDATED: Within 2�days of�writing this review, Greenway Equipment contacted my�husband and�I. They are working to�make this issue right. I�respect their speed and desire to�turn a�bad experience into a�much better�one. I�will update again when the issue is�fully resolved.*** As a disabled veteran, I recommend that anyone needing service AVOID this dealership. We bought a zero turn mower from them 3 years ago. It was used but they told us it had been serviced by them. We never had any major problems out of it until this spring. They called us offering a Spring Special where they were supposed to go over the whole engine and service everything, making it the best it could be. It never ran properly again. They took it back twice promising to make it right and make it run. We paid them over $2000 this summer for nothing. One of their mechanics left all of the bolts out of the valve cover, which caused major problems with the engine. There were broken parts inside of the carburetor which apparently were ignored. I actually have a list of things their mechanics either did wrong or lied about. The dealership took advantage of us and stole from us by treating us this way. And because they carry the name John Deere, they have the money to get out of any problems they create. If they care about their customers, they would not have treated us this way. Shame on you, Greenway Equipment. Shame on you.

I haul a few loads for them. They are very professional and gracious. Easy circle of the building to get to dock to load. Good loads almost always. Hope to keep hauling for them for.long time.

The general manager and the service manager cater to men and treat women like second class citizens!!!9-15-22I would like update my review. There are some new managers in place. The service has been much better! The parts department is always fast and friendly! Thanks guys!

I have dealt with Greenway in Batesville on 3 tractors in the past 6 months. Nathan Duncan has been my salesman. He has done an excellent job in getting me what I needed at a very competitive price. A good salesman is the key to any business that sells anything. Nathan has really helped me out. The rest of the staff has been very friendly. I did speak with Holly in Jonesboro. She was also very helpful and friendly. I will keep doing business with you all. Thank you.

Women beware! Buying the lawn mower is easy and fun as the sales guys are friendly and helpful! Getting it serviced is a completely different story. The guys in the back don't want to take your call. When they finally do, they are rude and condescending. And they may or may not fix your mower. One year, we got it back, and by the next day, all the oil was in the floor of my garage, so it had to go back. The next year, they kept it a week, and when I got it out to mow, it was clear, they hadn't worked on it at all, so it had to go back. They act like because they are the only John Deere dealer in the county they have you over a barrel, but I have news... They aren't the only lawnmower dealers in the county, and after how I was treated on the phone this evening, I believe I'll sell mine, and get me a Kubota or a BadBoy, anything but dealing with those rude men. I see no reason to pay men money to talk down to me, I like John Deere, but I also like being treated with courtesy and respect. You won't find either of those qualities in the service department.

Great place to pick up JD oil filters and oil at about the same cost as the other part stores it was 28 dollars for 2 oil filters and three quarts of oil(2 oil chnges) plus I got 4 foot of pull rope for my 25hp mercury outboard. Very good deal for only 28 bucks.

If you need any John Deere parts this is the place to go my husband buys all his lawn mower parts at this place, and if he has a question about something not running right on his lawn mower someone is sure to give him some good advice so he can get his lawn mower running! love this place!Thank you guys for always helping my husband with his old John Deere lawn mower.Sincerely Lisa Durbin
