So frustrated with this company. Couldn't get anyone to return calls ..stopped in at location several times and asked for quote, were told they would call us on it but never did. We finally ended up watching an instructional You Tube video and did the job ourselves..much cheaper in the end so it was actually a blessing..but wouldn't use this company in the future.

Took my new used truck there to have the windshield leak fixed. Charged me $80, said they would remove my windshield, they weren't reliable if it broke, and reinstall it correctly. They caulked a tube of urethane, shoved the trim back on and it looks like straight dookie. I understand my truck isn't a newer vehicle but where's the pride in your work?... I do plan on giving this truck a new paintjob. Prior to knowing that this was where my coworker took this truck to begin with I wouldn't have came here. So, because of the leak he wasn't able to fix due working out of town, the carpet is molded, and the seats themselves need to be replaced due to rust and mold. All I went back in for was to see if they could redo the trim to make it look decent...I went back to talk to them started explaining things, he told me that it's been more than a month, he was sarcastic, rude, and told me to get the F out, and that if I didn't leave they were calling the cops. I have my banking app states I paid 1st of Oct!

These guys did a amazing job on our custom size windows. Better than any department store! It was fast and easy service and the windows fit perfectly.

I had a windshield replacement. The new windshield installation was very sloppy as there was excess glue all around the windshield that I had to cut away. The new windshield (which is the best windshield Batesville Glass offered) is of very poor quality and cracked when I was changing my windshield wipers. When I informed the lady who owns Batesville Glass about my new windshield cracking she was very rude and did not care. In fact her exact words were yes that happens a lot and there is nothing I can do for you unless you want to buy a 2nd windshield replacement. I will never use Batesville Glass Co again and recommend anyone wanting a quality windshield replacement done well to go somewhere else.

They want the rig all day to do the work which is inconvenient, however, they have done a damn fine job. Quoted me a price for several windshields for the Gladiator and wanted no money down. Once it arrived they scheduled me on a day that was at my convenience. They work is as I want it to be. This is our second go round with the busted windshield. First guy came down from Missouri and had it done in 5mins. Well it leaked air around the seal and whistled at highway speeds. Just saying. I'm pleased with batesville glass and I recommend them.

Went to get a stone peck fixed. Now they could have fixed and I would have paid for it, however, they told me that it was already fixed.We just bought the Rouge and had not noticed it.Other's might not be so honest about it.I will be keeping my business with them. THANKS so much!

Anyone who drives a sport/muscle car and needs window repair or services, I strongly recommend these guys! I've had two windscreen cheaps, (got to love those truck drivers) and they have filled both of them to perfection. I can barely see where the cheaps are after months and years of having them filled. Do yourself a favor and go to these guys!

My wife called a number of times to this horrible business and attempted to simply get a price for a piece of tempered glass for a new shower. The lady...who claims she is the one and only "owner" of this business...told her that she would call other companies and get prices and call her back. She never called back. My wife made four or five calls trying to get this woman off her butt to do her job to no avail. I personally called her to see if I could get her to tell me why she won't do her job and she was rude and obnoxious to me. I asked her "do you realize your talking like this to a potential customer who wants to give you money for your service?" and she HUNG UP ON ME!!Good Luck if you HAVE to deal with this horrible company! (Oh they have many many things in their place of business that they want their customers to think they are CHRISTIANS. THEY ARE NOT CHRISTIANS...BEWARE!)

The service was excellent. I had one window replaced and it was 35% cheaper than Safelite would replace it for. It was installed less than 24 hours from the time I made the first phone call.

Quick and much cheaper than expected. Cut custom fit glass for a window in under 10 minutes. Very polite service as well.

If it were possible I would give this business (negative stars). Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever seen in a business. I have been trying to get them out to my place to replace a broken window for a month now and keep getting told they might be able to make it tomorrow. Well tomorrow never came and I gave up. Will be looking for another place to have my window repaired. Absolutely Horrible Service.

A shower door was installed improperly. I did not get all of the parts for the hinges that I paid for and have called at least 50 times with no reply. I will never go there ever again. Business owners should have to take a competency test before they are allowed to provide services and products to the public.

Charges you for the whole sheet and discarded the rest without offering it to you other Than theft they do great work and are pretty fast at getting you what u need very accurate but will rob u blind

Took our vehicle in for just a back glass replacement, which was replaced. However, our whole lock system is not working, nor is our back latch locking now. They stated that they were not responsible. Everything worked when it was dropped off. Poor, business!
