Great service but don't trust their battery or alternator tester. Bought a brand new battery for $200. Got my alternator "tested" right after I put it on and it said it only put out 11v. After that they tried to sale me a $200 alternator. I went home and tested my battery and alternator with a multimeter. They both put out 14, 15, and 16 volts. Alternator was just fine. Other than that great service!

Google asked me to review this place like I would a restaurant. The menu was weird, but the service was good. My car seemed to enjoy the flavor of the fuel additive I got. Would recommend.

Have not shopped here in almost a year. We used to have a company account. Went in there and the young man stated, "we did away with all the corporate accounts and laughed." I walked out and never looked back. I do my shopping at O'Reilly Auto Parts and am very happy.

I was having issues with my Fianc�s truck starting and new battery keeping charge. The guys told me sounds like alternator. I asked where I could go get fixed. I called the place and they could get me in the next morning, so I bought my alternator and went to do of my truck. Returned alternator for core charge refund with no issues! Very helpful to a Wyman who was clueless and wanting to keep her Fianc� truck in tip top shape.

I used to love this place, and using speed perk rewards saves me lots of money. It's a really good program. I'm not sure if it is the app, or the actual store but every time I purchase items on the app, be it oil change stuff or anything really, it will say that the item is in stock and ready in 30 minutes after purchase. When I get to the store at least one item is not available. IT IS VERY AGGRAVATING. Then they have to refund that item, and it takes 2 weeks for the money to go back on my card, and I have to settle for a lesser item so I can finish the oil change, or whatever it is I'm doing. This has been goin on for MONTHS. I keep thinking it's goin to get better, but it never does. Like I said, I'm not sure if it's the app, or the actual store. I hope this problem is fixed soon.

This is usually my go to place for auto parts and accessories. Their prices are generally within a few pennies of everyone else and they're pretty good about getting you in and out. And they'll even come out to the parking lot and give you a hand getting back on the road. Good folks. Definitely recommend them.

This store lost my business forever. I went in asking if they had a certain tool. The guy at the counter mumbled "If we do it would probably be down that isle" and kinds waves his hand in a way that pinted to 3 different isles. I went with the middle one and looked for several minutes. Turning back and making ey contact with the clerk and asking the person with me if loudly enough for the clerk to hear "Did he mean this isle?" After several more minutes and making eye contact a few more times with the clerk who just kept going back to playing on his phone I walked out of the store. Also, there was no one else in the store other than me and my friend, the worker was not busy, he just couldn't be bothered to help a customer.

I live abt an hour and a half away and was on my way to Texas. Being out of town I was worried abt where to trust someone. The staff here was SO helpful and friendly. Especially Oscar, it was raining off and on & he still came out and put on new terminals for my battery he was incredibly helpful & funny too! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone in the area!THANKS to everyone who helped!!!

Gone down the dumps lately.UPDATEthe computer systems were not working at the store and none of the employees could figure out why and the managerlady was more concerned with being on her phone and smoking a cigarette outside then calling corporate to get the issues resolved. Inventory was low and you guys don't offer any sort of discounts for EMS professionals.

Staff is knowledgeable, but they are in a sore need of an inventory update as to what is in stock. They have made good strides as far as cleanliness though and have a good crew of people there.

Friendly and courteous employees. Prices are in line with other parts stores. I recommend this place if you need auto or motorcycle products. I get both here with no issues.

Advanced auto isn't what it used to be back in the Travis and Kaitlyn days. I seen she's over at Oriellys and Ole boy at Autozone is a pretty good hand as well.

This is a good parts store, I've used them a lot in the past. I did have some trouble when I was told to get the wrong part, but in their defense there wasn't much information to distinguish the parts.

Didn't have a diff gasket for a Ford 9 inch... But neither did oreilly or AutoZone .
