I own a small business, my trucks are my heartbeat for me. When I bring my trucks in for an emergency repair they always get me right in fixed up and out the door in no time. I'm sure glad I found you guys thank you!

Was able to drop it off and have it back the same day 2003 f150 front passenger side hub assembly very reasonably priced out the door less than 300 dollars parts and labor and very friendly staff and they have an office cat

We were camped at a nearby RV campground while we were visiting from Colorado. When when we went to town in Barling, the power steering pump on our truck went out. I didn t know anybody or any place in town, but the barber I visited recommended that I call Strobel s.I called Strubels and they said they would be happy to look at it right away and try to fit me in. These people were so nice and accommodating! Melissa said that they would give us a ride back to the campground while they fixed our truck. After the truck was repaired, Melissa called us to let us know it was ready. She sent one of the mechanics out to give us a ride back to the shop. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work, and their service and their friendliness! Would definitely recommend to anyone else needing work. Thank you Kevin and Jim and Melissa!

Fast service. Have used them for several repairs. They have found hard to find problems when others could not. Reasonable rates.

I have asked them to do a complete check of my car. They checked and delivered by changing easy fixes and missed to check the major parts like engine transmission etc. They charged 1475$ for those parts. After picking the car it stopped in 10mins om the road. Looks like they didn't even test drive the car before delivery. Not a great mechanic. Not a quality work.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I used Strobel Auto for the first time today. Melissa was so personable, knowledgeable, and straight shooting I had to give them a try. They fit me right in and the bar was raised when she stepped out to help a customer with service too. Equal opportunity here ladies (and gents)

We broke a wheel off of our travel trailer coming into Barling and didn't realize it untill we got to campground. A kind gentleman from Lavaca tracked us down with our tire and wheel. A friendly Barling police officer recommended Stobels. They went out of their way to get us back on the road. I was impressed.

Had my motor replaced there. Once i got truck back my blew up motor sounded better. They put old belts on back on. This led to my starter going out. Took it back they put remanufactured starter in for free. Still sounds the exact same so i will be wasting another day taking my truck back to get it done right. This is my third time going back to get mu truck working right. I do not recommend. Went back in this morning letting them know how I felt like they wronged me and the owner of the business came out screaming at me and pretty much telling me I was an idiot.

My key broke off in my ignition and they had my car for almost two weeks and then they told it would be done the next day then they would change the days up on when it's going to be.

Very unprofessional place to take your vehicle. They had mine stored outside from 8 /1 to 9/26. When I called which was several times and asked about the status of my car, they said they have been very busy and didn't get to it yet. Well I've had the car there since 8/1, and each time I called another excuse would be made. I finally found a great Mechanic called Mike's Automotve on Towson so i went to Striber settled up my bill on what piddly stuff they did do to my car and keep in mind the last two weeks I called they or the receptionist kept saying they didn't have a ramp open cause they were so busy. Well I stepped outside, looked in the garage and saw a ramp open. People when you take your car into a auto place to get fixed and at the first of the mo th its usually good and honest business practice to be considerate and service the first car in line and not bump yours for a buddy or a high dollar paying customer. Also I had to have my car towed by a tow truck and the tow truck driver said they left your car outside in the rain with the window down, he said that was bad business practice so when he got my car to Mike's, he jumped the dead battery (which according to Strober was a good battery) to start my car just to roll the window up. Yes the inside got wet. But remember Stroeber had every chance to fix my car from 8/1/19 thru 9/26/19. They only did minor work then parked it outside and didn't work on it again. Everytime I called, it was some excuse blaming it on something or someone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever!

Not a real tire shop, they couldn't do the 22" tires on my daughter's car. Because they said that it takes a special machine to be able to break down any low profile tire. I would not recommend them to anyone as a tire shop.

All that I wanted was to have my vehicle fixed right the first time, not have to constantly come back for the same problem only to be disrespected and threatened by the owner when I had proof of the damage that they had done. Once he had his employees find out where I "lived" (because I had to move) they drove by my house late into the night being loud and very disrespectful......I am blown away at how unprofessional they are.
