I am not an experienced mechanic.. The employee who answered the phone I'm pretty sure is the same employee who rung me up.. very rude and condescending.. Just because I didn't know what kind of bulb I needed and he had to look it up for me... Definitely going to advanced auto it O'Reilly's from now on.. I don't care if it's a further drive

Friendly staff didn't have to wait. They've never given me the wrong parts, this helps us get our job done sooner and means alot.

This is probably one of the last good auto parts stores left in America. They don't ask you silly questions like "Is it a 2 wheel drive or 4x4?" when all you need is wipers and they're staffed by competent people. They carry just about anything you'd need as well. I really hope I'm not the only person who appreciates this place.

Needed a 36mm Axle Nut socket. Napa was the only place locally with the socket. I typically avoid Napa because of the high prices but the price for a new socket was cheap enough and also cheaper than a pawn shop I went to in Batesville ($15 for old rusted socket). People were friendly too.

Super helpful. Stopped on the way to Memphis TN needing a back windshield wiper. Gentleman that checked me out even put it on for me. Love great customer service!

Sold some parts that didn't work and ended up breaking. I asked about returning then before I left the store when I made my purchase and apparently I wasn't able to return them.

They have about any parts u r looking for if not in stock they can order it for you they have been in business since 1951 that is 71 yrs
