Purchased Mahindra tractor in 2022. 2 years later, while still under warranty, this dealership unwilling/unable to provide service. Found help at a different dealership. Purchase your tractor somewhere else.

Bought a ZTE Elite Bad Boy in August of 2019. Haven't had any problems until, this past weekend. Went to mow, the back of the seat wanted to lay down backwards. Checked it, they evidently put indoor thin plywood on the seat, it is falling all apart. Called Sherwood Tractor, which they are usually nice, but the manager was a smartalic with my husbandNot happy with this place and darn sure won't recommend bad boy or Sherwood Tractor again!!!!And there are multiple reviews of this problem

I purchased a new mahindra, the oil filter got a hole knocked in it and blew the engine because the safety shutdown system malfunctioned, my insurance had to fix the engine with me paying $1000 deductable, then the battery terminal was faulty, they replaced it with a different type which shorted out to the battery cover and caught the tractor on fire, they wanted my insurance to pay for this also, I refused and quit making payments and gave tractor back to them which then made a black spot on my credit. This is a horrible dealership.

Seemed like a really well local Mahindra dealer. After visiting other places and really comparing prices, this was our best option. It wasn't our closest option, but for the difference of money, and knowledge of the sales staff, it was definitely a stand out. We are buying there.

We bought our very first tractor (an Emax series tractor package approx. 1 month ago) from the Blackwell location (on a Monday) and was told that delivery would be that same Friday. I rearranged appointments to accommodate for their delivery schedule based on what the sales manager had said. I moved all of my existing Friday appointments to Thursday. Wednesday evening he told us it would be delivered Thursday morning instead of Friday. So I moved all the appointments that were re-scheduled for Thursday BACK to Friday. Thursday comes and goes. No delivery, no phone call. Friday morning I call at 10:10 and was told by the sales manager that the delivery driver "just left" to come delivery it. Needless to say that I now have to re-re-schedule all Friday appointments to the following week. At 1:15 p.m. the delivery driver calls and said that he was just leaving and wanted directions. So, if you decide to buy from this location, take whatever you're told with a grain of salt. Also, I've had to go back for parts that have fallen off with less than 14 hours on the meter. And as of today, the belly deck mower is now broke after 1 use, and onsite service is 3 weeks out. After it gets repaired I can't wait to see what falls off or breaks next. The suspense is killing me. I don't know about the reliability of the larger Mahindra tractors, but I'm not impressed with the quality of this small one. Knowing what I know now, I probably should have bought an orange or green brand.

They take forever in this store. Half the parts were wrong, had to go back following day and took another 30 mins to get the 'hopefully' correct parts. Parts that they didn't have in stock, they didn't want to order and told me to go to dardanelle to see if they have them in stock. I will just order online somewhere the next time.

Sales, second to none. Excellent deal on 45hp 4x4 mahindra with frontend loader and bushhog.Service department managment, not so much.I have a friend who bought a mower from the store in blackwell and service was a night for her as well.Might want to seriously consider a service department management overhaul before it costs you any repeat business.

Bought a used Tractor from here. BIG MISTAKE! After 2 (TWO) hours of operation, front right hub completely froze up and dealer refused to repair it. Total hours on this used tractor? 1001. Don't expect ethics here. You won't find any.

Got new Mahindra tractor delivered leaking oil out of transmission, out of fuel, ac belt loose and squealing, extra hyd valve was put on wrong and leaking hyd oil, wrong keys for tractor, and took over 2 weeks to get it!! Don't buy from this place or you'll be sorry!!!!

Great service and helpful crew. Randy the manager is good to work with as well as Patrick in service. Bought a new tractor and implements a few months ago and have been very pleased all around.
