Nice folks who have your best interests at heart. When we found the trailer we wanted they were happy to answer all our questions, worked with our credit union and made us feel more than welcome when we showed up to finalize the deal. It was well worth the 800 mile trip from Ohio to Arkansas to pick up our horse trailer.

Very nice people. There are so many different styles of trailers for your ranch or farm needs!

They are friendly as long as you are looking to buy. Once the deal is closed, they are rude and have poor communication skills. Also, if you put a deposit down, make sure it's in the invoice and comes off price. Don't expect to get it back otherwise as a refund. You will never see it. Our new trailer has a warped door, and lights are not working even though they are checked marked on the list..Brandon never checked them before we drove it off the lot. We have purchased from NTS before...don't waste your time at Atkins, go to the OKC location, they did a thorough inspection before trailer was pulled off the lot.

Brandon helped me and was very professional along with the finance team. Helped me with my Big Tex Dump trailer. I went on a Saturday 2 hours before they closed, without notice, just to check the trailer out and I ended up leaving with it within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to doing business again!

My trailer went in today to have 2 small hinges on the manger door replaced and a small piece welded at hinge took 3 hrs and $100 per hour in labor Never again! Outrageous prices!

I purchased a Big Tex 70PI. Brandon was of great help in determining what size I needed for my needs and answered my questions. They took the time to get my trailer adjusted and set up correctly to match my needs and wants.

I asked for pricing and weight on a specific 40' big tex trailer. I was told verbally and via email that the trailer would weigh 6330 pounds. As it turns out, the trailer weighs about 7600 pounds - apparently due to the mega ramps. I was either lied to, to make the sale, or they don't know what they are selling. They have since refused to deal with the problem and as a non-CDL hotshot trucking owner/operator; this roughly 1300 pound overage is costing me money as I cannot get the 10,000 pound loads I was counting on.BUYER BEWARE!!!

We are from Michigan and were visiting family in Russellville, my father-in-law drove up from Florida to meet all of us. The plan was to rent a car carrier and load his car when we left, at 85, my wife was a bit concerned. Long story short, the rental agency had a miscommunication , so my comfort level was gone. After doing a search on Google and FB Marketplace, I saw P&P Trailer Sales. I called and talked to Chris, told him what I was looking for, said he had one dove tail trailer left on his lot, told him we would head right down to look at it.When we walked into the show room, Chris was busy helping another customer. He greeted us and said he was just finishing up, told us to go out and take a look at the trailer. Chris came outside within 5 minutes and showed me all the features of the trailer, we were both impressed by the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our money was well spent that day, we closed the deal, hooked up the trailer and thanked Chris for a great buy and a great experience. The next day we headed back home, about 823 miles, that trailer pulled beautifully! Thank you P&P Trailer Sales, and thank you Chris! Awesome customer service!

My entire experience with P and P trailer sales has been outstanding. I live in Texas and purchased a platinum that was located in Arkansas. Brandon and his sweet wife went above and beyond to make sure that my trip and purchase went smoothly. The trailer was even better than expected. Once I got backto Texas there were a few minor repairs that needed to be made, and despite the fact that my platinum was used and purchased as is , P and P Trailers honored their word and made sure that everything worked perfectly making the repairs easy and convenient for me. I ve purchased several trailers from various dealers throughout my life and I have never been treated as well. Without a doubt all my future purchases will be with this company.. 5 stars isn t enough.

I started working with Brandon about a month ago on a trailer they had, He probably worked harder then most to help me purchase this trailer. Wonderful people to deal with. When I decide it time for a different trailer P&P trailer will be the first place I'll look. The 10 hour drive there was well worth it. Thanks again Brandon.

Brandon was so easy to work with! He responded to text and emails immediately and was very knowledgeable about the products! Very curiosity and professional! I would do business with P&P over again! They also sponsor our organization and that says a lot to me! They support us, we support them! Thank you P&P and Brandon we enjoyed doing business with you!

Chris at the Atkins store is my hero. I have never before met anyone who cared more about customer satisfaction and had the skills to orchestrate complex transactions and negotiations as Chris. I highly recommend Chris for any and all problem solving. After working at length with Chris I consider him a personal friend.

We couldn t be happier with our experience at P and P Trailer sales! We were unsure of exactly what trailer we wanted and what would best fit our needs. Brandon and Kelly listened to what we planned to use the trailer for, our budget, and our family and horse situation and helped us choose the perfect trailer for us! They were extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly but never pressured us or tried to talk us into buying any particular thing. Once we chose our trailer they thoroughly reviewed every detail with us and made sure we were comfortable with how to use our new trailer before we took it home. We highly recommend them!

Great staff who took a lot of time with my family showing us the Ins and outs of our trailer. Gave us lots of advice and help- they had the best prices and I can see why they are so reputable. Thanks Greg and the whole team for making our buying experience easy! We were served in Rose City Texas, though they have several locations.

Brandon Oakley went above and beyond helping me order my SMC trailer. Everything was as promised and on time. Brandon did a full review of my trailer and tested everything to ensure everything worked properly when I picked it up. Highly recommend P&P, customer service was amazing and very competitive on value for my trade in.

Superb service...I wish I could give them 100 stars. I was stranded in Conway Arkansas, with a friend and a 5 year old kid. I sent a text to Brandon the sales/service agent on a Sunday night who without hesitation told me "Bring it over and we will take a look at it" first thing Monday morning. The got me in and out in about 30 minutes, Ben the service guy even took time to show me how to pack the bearings myself (lol). He offered advice in the event if I had future problems and even text to make sure we made it home safe and sound. This company will definitely get more of my business. I am extremely impressed with their hospitality, work ethic, knowledge and concern.

I was in close contact (I thought) for a good while through email with this store. I even stopped in one day to meet the salesman I had been emailing just to put a face to the email for his benefit to let him know I was serious about a trailer and not just wasting his time. After the meeting, I made a few other emails to him, wanting to know a hard quote for best cash price on a very specific cargo trailer. He replied back with a couple of options for different lines of trailers but no prices. I let him know if he could get me a good number, I would get him a down payment within the week. He was supposed to get back with me. A weekend goes by, plus a couple of days. I follow up with another email apologizing if I was interrupting his research for me. I was informed that he had been out of state visiting other stores and he would get me the information I wanted the next day. Ok. That email never came. I felt I had to beg them to take my business and they wouldn't. I emailed a couple of other places and ended up spending my $6k in Cabot at Trailer Country. I can't advise anyone to bother with this place. And it is actually located in Blackwell, AR. That made for some messed up navigation directions.

10 stars!! Amazing customer service! It s nice to know that there are still a few family owned businesses out there that truly care about their customers, have a smile on their face when you walk in, and are willing to go the extra mile to help you. Thank you!

A few weeks ago I worked with a wonderful salesman on the purchase of a trailer. This trailer was lacking in beauty and had several issues that needed to be fixed; especially for the asking price. The salesman that we were working with was very quick to respond, send pictures, etc. When it came to the negotiation process I was thoroughly disappointed in the fact that the manager would not budge off the asking price even a penny, and would also not even choose to fix the missing parts of the trailer (we came up with 8 different items that needed to be fixed). Customer Service is lacking in a big way when it comes to negotiation. I am aware that you just can't give things away, but at the same time I felt like they were not willing to do anything to help us at all. We were stuck with closing costs, sales tax, full purchase price, as well as all the repairs that the trailer needed.Unfortunately we had to walk away from the deal, and barely got a thank you. If you go to this trailer store please be prepared to buy all their inventory as is and pay exactly what is on the sticker. Very disappointed and more than likely I will not be back, nor refer anyone to this. The very sad part is we were warned of the exact same thing prior to us going there........

In the past I was really happy with the servicing of my old trailer at the Trailer Store. This time it was double the cost they expected- which is fine, the work had to be done. The labor cost most of the expense $255 out of $400. The problem was that my hitch wasn't properly attached to my truck, the closing mechanism wasnt turned into place, when I picked it up and drove it home. I really should have checked when they did it, but I just assumed they were doing it correctly. I am so lucky it didn't just pop off! Also they had redone the electrical connection but didn't screw it back together so the casing was just flopping around. I hope they did a better job with the things I can't see!

I was given a quote for a trailer, then after driving 20 minutes to the store, the sales person (who seemed less than interested in selling anything) changed the price that had been quoted on the phone. While I did buy the trailer, between the rudeness and the inability to stick to a price, I won't be back to do business there again. I recommend driving to Cabot or Benton to the Big Tex dealers there.

Big thank you to Kellye at P&P trailer sales in Atkins, AR. . Kellye was super helpful, answered all of my trailering questions, and helped me pick my new CM 3 horse run around trailer. If you are in the market for a new or used trailer, give them a call.
