These Men really go above and beyond to make sure their people are taking care of. I broke down on the highway and nobody would come help and I knew no one here, Glenn s Auto came out and put my spare on my Camry in the snow!! They have wonderful customer service and have wonderful hearts. I trust them completely, they made sure I got on my way safe and soundly.

My daughter was stranded in Atkins with me iced in two hours away. She called other places but no one would help. I took a chance and called Glenn s. Even though this type situation is not what they do, he most graciously agreed to go to her rescue. He (and his coworkers) were definitely a blessing to this momma and her daughter. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough!

Mr Glenn is a blessing not to many would go out there way to help like he did for my family I we were in hard situations Mr Glenn drove 2 times to our truck to help Amy who had horrible day. The relief and calmness in his voice when he said I'm take care of it. And he did he went out of his way multiple times late at night to help Amy get home safe I know one thing there's not a lot of people around that would go out of his way for compete strangers. My truck broke down in Russellville Arkansas. I called Glenn at Glenn's Auto and Truck Repair and once he got the information he needed to repair our truck he was on his way. Within 30 minutes he was working on our truck. Within a couple of hours he had our truck back on the road. His number is saved in my phone for future mobile repairs in that area should I need him. Outstanding job from Glenn. Thank you sir!!

Can't recommend Glen high enough. I had my truck at Hodges for a month while they racked up a $5500 bill with a ton of unnecessary parts, wrecked everything they touched, and told me I had to pay them to tow it to the mack dealer. I called Glen, and he had it running with two hours of labor and didn't even charge me for the zip tie it took to fix a loose connection!Forget the big truck shops and go to someone that actually knows their stuff!

Glenn saved us in a pinch when our van ran over something on the freeway and it tweaked the emergency brake. He took in our van on a weekend when he was about to close up shop. He took the time to diagnose the issue and help fix it, so we could get back on the road. It was an involved fix too, requiring taking apart a great deal of the rear brake. He wouldn't take payment saying it was nothing, even when I insisted that we owed him. I tell you that kind of humanity is rare in this world we live in. To find an honest, hardworking, and caring individual. I don't know what other work Glenn does, but if the 45 min I spent with him are any indication of the quality and care with wich he runs his business, then you better believe your getting the best. Thanks Glenn.

This is a very professional and knowledgeable Shop , Its a diagnostic find the problem, not a buy and throw parts on and see if it fixes it shop
