They had the part I wanted and was several dollars cheaper than one of their competitors. However I feel that the woman working the counter could have been a little more personable.

Brad and his wife are incredibly helpful, I did something dumb to my (foreign) lawn mower and Brad s wife helped me find parts that would work, even though the parts store was very busy, but my mower still wouldn t start, so Brad put on his Sherlock Holmes hat and figured out what I did to screw up my mower, then fixed it and the charge was very reasonable.I don t know what more anyone could ask for.

The place is piled up with stuff and it's hard to get around in. The counter was so piled up with papers and junk you couldn't even see it. The owner needs to hire a couple of people or something. One person was there in front of me and the phone rang 3 different times while I was waiting to be helped. She stopped to answer the phone and though she did put a 2 of them on hold, she got back to them before helping me. I stood there for well over 30 minutes just to return a hose I didn't need. And when she did get to me and did my return, which totaled a little under $50 she didn't know if she had enough money in the register to refund my money. In my opinion this business is not ran properly. I won't be returning unless absolutely necessary.

Jackson auto went out of their way to get me the parts I need to fix my truck. I have dealt with them for years and will continue to. If your not talking to Joann at this part store before you go somewhere else your making a mistake I promise.

Bad will not guarantee life time warranty on there dril bits and they said that they would before we bought them and they will always have them

JoAnn is very helpful and goes above and beyond to get the part (s) you need . Prices are fair and service is fast and if she doesn't have the part she immediately orders I and it's usually available overnight

Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Much better than the bumper to bumper in Highland and much cheaper prices. 100% better people than O'Reilly in ash flat. Locally owned and operated, not corporate sellouts just looking to screw over customers and definitely not rude like O'Reilly workers either.

The people that work at the Jackson Auro Parts, on hwy 62 at Ash Flat, Ar going toward Salem, are friendly and very helpful. They really know their business, Joan Hancock is amazing. And they are so good to my 92 yr old father and make sure he gets what he came for and its the right part for our vechile.

Almost always have what you need or can get it fast. I have a 53 tractor who is always giving me a hard time so I could not keep my little farm going without them.
