Incredible service! I called in a tire emergency, and they stayed open a little later to make sure I was taken care of! They were lifesavers

While driving from Texas to Illinois, I got a flat tire in this area of Arkansas. Was towed to this tire center, the only option available on a Sunday. I was prepared to buy a new tire, but the guys told me the flat was caused by a nail and could easily be fixed. Thanks to the guys for getting me back on the road quickly.

I came in to get a new tire and the maintenance guy named Keyshawn showed me where it had a nail in it. He then stated that he could patch it and literally saved me $60 bucks.

Went in to get a sample or a change on Christmas Eve now my car sounds horrible and burns more gas like I didn't even get an oil change

I went in to mount and rotate my tires. They charged me extra for the rotation, which I expected but they charged to rotate four tires when they were only rotating two and mounting the other two. I am already paying for mounting two tires, so why am I paying to rotate four tires and not two?After my visit, my left wheel was wobbling while I drove, so I took it to a shop close to home, and they said a tire wasn't balanced. Maybe it's my fault for not specifying rotation AND balance, but I was also under the impression that a rotation of any kind also includes balancing. Either way, I'm less than satisfied. Thank you for wasting my time and money . Glad I didn't buy the extra package for my tires.

I live in Benton and Benton Walmart Automotive sucks. So, I actually wanted to go to a different place in arkadelphia but they were closed, so I decided to go to Arkadelphia Walmart automotive and was very pleased. In case you were thinking about taking your car to Walmart to get tires put on you might want to think twice.ive never had a bad experience but after dropping my car off at 8am monday just for an oil change and 4 tires to be replaced I call at 3pm thinking surely they will be done by now because my tires arrived at 11 just for me to be told no tires have been put on because apparently the last person to work on my tires "which was walmart, Ive always gone there." Had stripped out every single nut and had completely ruined 2 studs on two different wheels so therefore they were not going to put no new tires on. I get up there at 4pm to see whats going on cause i was suppose to have gotten a call back, which never happened. Just for them to say we have no record of your name, your husbands name or the Vin # of your car on file so whoever touched your car last was not Walmart. Ive been going to walmart since I was 16 with a total of 5 different cars how does my name not show up anywhere in the system? So not only had my car sat there for a total of 7 hours i had to sit and wait another 1 1/2 hours also being 7 months pregnant and with a toddler just to leave with the same tires on, oil smudges on the side of my doors and on my mats inside the car, and some messed up studs " Way to go Walmart!" Needless to say we went else where, went to a local tire shop took a total of 20 minutes for 4 tires and the studs to be replaced. Services: Tires, Oil change

Went in to have my front driver side tire replaced because all the tread was gone and ready to blow (I told the guy this and he noted it) well it took 1.5 hours, I check out go to nearest gas station and while I'm pumping gas I look and notice it's still the same tire. They changed the wrong tire!! I had to go back and tell them, they blamed it on each other and finally fixed it after having to find my old perfectly fine tire and put that back on the back and put the new one on the front. Took a total of 3 hours.

I highly recommend Walmart auto care for fixing a flat tire. Midas in Hot Springs wanted almost $30 to install a plug. Walmart installed a plug/patch combo. A much stronger fix for a flat tire.

I wish I could remember the man's name. because he was AWESOME! he was so very helpful and kind to my husband and I. my Honda work car was treated like a PORSCHE! THANK YOU WALMART SERVICE MAN. JOB WELL DONE!

I almost died on the side of the highway with a flat. This was a Wal-Mart close by. How about that. I was on some god awful stretch of American highway they got my tire fixed and I was on the road straight away. 3 stars. If I died; 1 star

I ordered my tires online and saved 75 dollars over a competitor. Counter help was helpful and friendly. Walmart will check your tire pressure and adjust it after the sale which I really appreciate

Called yesterday for a quote on having a set of 4 tires mounted and balanced, and I was told it would be $48 even. When I arrived today to have the work done the gentlemen behind the counter told me my total was $88. Not certian what kind of business they are running here, but if you cant honor your quoted price that's SORRY! I will not be back!!!

Visited today 1/17/19, no line at oil changePulled up parked in the lane. Stood there for 10 minutes, no attendants. Only one car in the service bay, one at tires. Called for help, no reply, went to the payment counter, person busy with 3 customers, didn't make eye contact with me. After 15 min of being ignored, I backed up and left. Too bad Google doesn't have negative stars, this would be a minus 4.

I always come here to get my tires filled up and any little things like battery changes, and I always appreciate how patient and kind they are. A sweet tech named Raymond aired up my tires without any hesitation in the cold rain right before close, and I m real grateful for them!

Extremely helpful! Family and I made it to the Auto Center at 6:40pm and we asked if they would still do an oil change. With no hesitation they said yes, we'll do it. A complete blessing.

I came in with low pressure warning light on in my car. I kindly tell the worker what was going on went in did some shopping and then waited over an hour before I asked if everything was ok. The guy said they have not even touched my car yet, they did not have alot of cars and some of the workers were just sitting around I'm fuming mad!

Front new tires. They're waiting area could be a lot better. But I had a Tire Tech by the name of Victor and he was fabulous. Young kid but I really liked him.

Came off the road with a flat at 4am in the morning! Garage tire services opened at 7am these guys had me in by 7:02 they took care of business like that!! You guys kick ass..

Jonathon, with the meth looking teeth, told us that our car needed the transmission checked out because it was skipping in 4th and 5th gear. I asked how he knew this when it never got out of first gear. He just walked away was very rude. He also said the motor was bad because he changed the oil and said it looked just as dirty after it was changed as when he was changed before. Beware of Arkadelphia oil and lube!

Went in for balance. Left with only two lug hubs and uneven air to drive four hours home. They pulled the tape. Couldve just called me a fkn liar.

They get you to buy tires here and even with a lifetime warranty refuse to ever honor it.. They just put blame on your vehicle and waste your time and money. And refuse to even touch your car. SCAMMERS!

I hate this Walmart it is the worst Walmart. I try to go anywhere but there. The employees are rude and never helpful they have terrible management and they never have what you are looking for.
