Hands down the best and easiest buying experience I ve had! Ashton was awesome to deal with. The entire team there was great. They gave us the best trade in price around. They had the deal done and delivered our new ride within 24 hours! All in all great experience!

Jeffrey was incredibly helpful with any questions we had while shopping for our new vehicle. We knew what we wanted and he worked hard to help get exactly that. I wanted to review the numbers before making a decision so he worked to get us various estimates and think about it overnight. He was very kind, not at all pushy, and had our best interest in mind. I appreciate him a lot and we will definitely go to him again the next time we are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Ashton was great to work with! The entire team as well. I didn t have to negotiate pricing at all, they gave me a great deal on trade- in and the new vehicle and had it delivered to me within 24 hours. 5 stars!

We had the best experience at Southwest in Arkadelphia! Our salesman Jeffrey Murphy was very helpful and extremely polite. No pressure and very upfront with all the details of the deal. I would highly recommend using Jeffrey next time you want to buy a new or used car.

Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Colby was absolutely wonderful. He remained attentive and committed to every single detail we asked for, and he came threw with it all with flying colors and then some. He was personable, and trustworthy. We don t typically like experiences with car salesmen, but Colby was exceptional and we stand corrected. Highly recommend.

Got a 2021 Shelby GT500 from Sothwest Ford...drove all the way from Dallas to pick up the car...The dealership is amazing with some awesome bunch of folks...honest, transparent and ethical! My seller, Taylor was one of the best and did everything in her capacity to make the purchase feel special...the Sales Manager Ben was phenomenal...made the entire process a breeze....good chat...great vibe...and exactly the kind of experience you expect for such a special occasion ...buying your dream car!!I would strongly recommend to check these guys out for both - ordering a new car or picking something from their current inventory...The customer experience was better than many of the big town dealershios I have dealt with....

I was given the impression my cars warranty was going to pay for the problems on my car after discussing 3 different times b4 dropping it off for service they charged me 175$ just to look at it if I would have known different wouldn't have taken it could have gotten the problem fixed for just a little more in my town

RE: BODY SHOPAfter our son had his first accident after only being at college in Arkadelphia 3 weeks, we were referred to Southwest's Body Shop by a local friend there. Spoke to David at the shop (via phone only) who was amazing to work with. Felt very comfortable up front as he provided us with directions and information about dropping off the car. David provided updates along the way and was right on time with the delivery date. Much quicker than we expected. The car looks and runs great. Really appreciate the level of quality service he and his crew provided, especially with us parents being 4 hours away. Highly recommend Southwest's Body Shop!

Southwest took 142 days to replace the short block in my Ford Escape, part of a recall issue. That might not have been a big issue except we were not given a loaner vehicle to use during that time, which required sharing vehicles with other family members to get to work. The service was mediocre at best. They seemed not to feel any compassion whatsoever about our issue. Delay after delay after delay. We were promised the vehicle would be ready three weeks in a row toward the end, but it wasn't. They also tried to charge too high for some agreed upon work besides the recall issue, over $100 more than quoted. When I questioned that, the price miraculously fell over $100 with no explanation or apology. If you want vehicle work done promptly, professionally and courteously, I'd look for another place to do business.

Service advisor tried to tell me that relearning tire pressure sensors is not an easy process. Trying to justify the $150 it cost. I know you charge $150, but don t lie to me telling me that it s a hard process. What else is that service advisor lying about?Edit:Went down the road to Smart Ford and got it done for free. Took them five minutes.

I absolutely loved buying from this dealership! They made it easy and stress free and got us the payment we needed. Shane was very quick to stay in touch with me and got us a good deal. Flo was super sweet and her down to earth personality made it awesome. Leonard the delivery driver was so kind. We didn't even have to go to the dealership because they brought the truck to us and then went two hours away for my husband to sign the paperwork. I highly reccomend this dealership.

We are from Texas and on a road trip headed to Bristol Tennessee, Had a problem with our 2018 Ford Explorer, we called South West Ford and were towed taken care of and back on the road in less than an hour!! These guys are outstanding Beene s wrecker service was wonderful as well!! Thank all of you for making our trip a pleasant one !!

I first searched for the vehicle I wanted and found it at Southwest Ford. Talked with Melissa via chat. Upon arrival we met and discussed the deal and wound up buying a new F150 from Melissa at a price that I couldn t turn down. It was the fastest deal I ve ever made.

Body shop manager Dave was very personable and professional. He made sure to keep close communication with me with updates and status. I felt confident that I was getting the best service possible. He even turned in my rental car for me when I picked up the repaired vehicle at closing .
