Dealership employee was extremely rude when we were trying to use the charging station after hours. He acted like he cared more about their grass than us being stranded. The charging station was labeled as 24/7 and is behind locked gates after dealership hours. I get that we weren't allowed to park on their grass but it's not like we were doing it for fun. He then recommended another charging station without bothering to mention it was a slow charge one that took us hours to get the charge level we needed to make it home. They need to work with EV Connect and FordPass to update the hours in the apps. And they need to not be rude to stranded travelers. I would never do business here.

Loved the experience here at Southwest Chevrolet. Salesman Jalem provided me with proper knowledge, and ample inventory to choose from. Highly recommend to stop by when considering a new or certified pre-owned vehicle.

Well what can I say...Ron and Katelyn provide excellent service!! We have bought 4 Trucks with Southwest. Stellar people Stellar Service. Cody and service techs are always wonderful can't say enough..If you want to be treated RIGHT.... go to Southwest Auto. 10 Stars!!! They treat you like family.We just keep going back for new models.

Katelyn Rando was great to work with. She had the unicorn truck I wanted, got me the trade in numbers I needed, and I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour the day I picked it up. I will be back in 10 years to buy my next truck, thank you!

We ordered a Chevy Colorado and Ron was awesome at keeping us updated on the progress. Ron and Charlie welcomed us and made us feel at home. ( not like we were just a paycheck) They answered every question and informed us of things we didn't think about asking. They make sure you are happy. I will definitely use them again.

I put down a $500 deposit on a Yukon, so I could drive to see it. I got there and the Yukon had obvious signs of dogs in the back and previous hail damage. I didn t take the vehicle and asked for deposit refund since the vehicle was not as described.RON was the sale person ZACK is the Manager. They kept my deposit, even though they didn t have a signed deposit agreement outlining any deposit guidelines.They were very unprofessional and rude. I would definitely recommend passing that exit and heading to Little Rock or Texarkana to purchase your next vehicle.

I was so surprised at how well we were treated. We have been shopping for a new vehicle for a few weeks . We've had some not so good experiences. But here we were treated so well and we got an excellent deal on a Jeep.

I want to give a shout out and a big thank you to Morgan and Zack at Southwest Chevy in Arkadelphia, Arkansas! They both worked very hard to make sure that we were happy with our vehicle and that we got the best deal possible. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Southwest, and we will continue to do business with them in the future. I also want to say thank you to Flo, who handled the financial end of our purchase. She was very helpful and always friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. Southwest Chevrolet was the best dealership I've ever purchased a vehicle through or even stepped foot in for that matter. Shane in particular was the best vehicle salesman my wife and I have ever done business with. He was very transparent, very honest, didn't pressure us at all, communicated well and helped us get the exact vehicle we had been trying to get for months. In addition, Zach (the dealership manager) was really nice, welcoming and helpful as well.Upon arrival, our new 2022 Tahoe was clean, and ready to go. The finance process was very smooth and the parts department got our additional dealer accessories very quickly with no issues.There was no ridiculous mark ups or added fees that you see at other dealership. All around working with Southwest Chevrolet was a great experience and I'd happily recommend them to everyone. Thanks again gentlemen!

Bought our second vehicle from these guys. The second experience was as good or better then my first. I will be buying a 3rd for my son in about a year from now. They will be my first stop. Great team there.An overall great experience. I traveled 2 hours to get the car I wanted from them. I contacted them and started the process and once I arrived I was in and out the door with a new car paperwork completed in under 2 hours. The sales manager (Zach Owens) and his team were eager to help make a deal that was good for us. There wasn't any talking around questions they were straight forward and when I asked for something they did whatever they could to meet that requires and actually for better than I asked for. Great experience for me. I will be looking back at Southwest Chevrolet in Arkadelphia in a couple years when my son turns 16. Couldn't have been happier in working with that team.

It was a great experience the salesman Alex was a polite young man well mannered and he likes football. He seemed like a hard worker. The rest of the staff were all nice and polite heck one of them even bought me a Coke. The financial lady did a real good job explaining everything to us . They got us in and out as quick as they could. Good place to buy a vehicle. Thank you all for a job well done. May GOD BLESS you all with many more customers.

Took my car in for a thermostat to be replaced and an oil change. We were told the day before that getting there at 4pm would be fine; I arrived at 3:50pm. Upon arrival, I was told they didn t know if they could do it with it being almost 4. When they finally decided they would do it, my info was taken and I was told it would be a bit and informed of the sitting area. I sat in the sitting area and at 5 til 5, I was told they were finished. Upon checking out, I noticed no oil change was done. Granted this made it much cheaper than I expected, but I should ve been informed that it wasn t going to be done. So what did I do? I went home, took my car to Jiffy Lube and had my oil changed, filter changed, car vacuumed, windows cleaned - and I was treated with respect the ENTIRE TIME. It only took them 15 minutes to complete from start to finish. They were amazing. Southwest could learn a little decorum and learn not to yell curse words in earshot of customers.

These guys are fantastic!! Very friendly, caring atmosphere. Got my air conditioner fixed in a short period of time. That is gold, in Arkansas in the summer! He was diligent in helping me try to pin down another issue that I was having AND offered me a loaner car while they tried to find that problem! As my vehicle wouldn t malfunction at the repair shop !! We all know how that goes. I highly recommend anyone to go see Cody at SWCB&GMC!

Jonathan was super awesome. He got me exactly what I asked for. He was super fast and friendly. I was in and out in a hour! Jalem was super easy to work with. Made my car buying experience stress free and comfortable. Worked with me on getting into a truck at a good payment. I would highly suggest using asking for him when you go in. The sales manager was extremely personable as well. Overall a great team and a great car buying experience.

These guys are amazing!!! I knew with three boys it would be difficult to go car shopping. I knew exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure whatsoever. The best part...these awesome guys delivered my car right to me at home. If you are ever on the hunt looking for a new vehicle, Southwest is the place to go.

The staff is friendly and polite. But I had an issue with a shaking in the front end, the mechanic who drove it said nothing was wrong with it. After having drove 13 hrs going to Kentucky and back I knew different. I left from their mechanic shop after the service, and went to my personal mechanic. They found all four tires out of balance. The truck only had 10k miles by the way, so after not listening to my complaints, and basically saying I was wrong, I had to take it to get fixed out of my own pocket.. this was my last free service from southwest, I probably will not return.

Brock Davis is amazing! Amazing doesn t even cover how wonderful he made my experience at Southwest! He was so patient and understanding of my personal situation. Kind and professional! He truly made shopping for a new car so easy. Working with me step by step and making the process as convenient for me as possible! Genuine and honest! I highly recommend Katelyn and Ron. They made the visit very pleasant. They were very professional and efficient. We came from out of town and much of the leg work was done before we arrived. My husband was pleased because they respected his time and didn't have us waiting around all day. Great overall experience

My parents 2010 GMC Acadia was at your dealership for 3 weeks. I m still not clear as to why my parents continue to trust and bring their vehicle to your dealership for service when it s evident that your service department has no idea what they are doing and clearly scamming them out of money. This last time the vehicle was brought to your dealership for service they were charged $7-800 to fix an issue with the car. When they picked the car up, they didn t even make it home before it started doing the same thing. Now we are being told they don t what is wrong with the car (it could be this or that) but you charged $7-800 to fix the problem . We keep getting the run around about what s wrong with the car, no follow up or reports to give an update. The only way that we get any information is by calling multiple times or showing up to your dealership. Cody even had my dad ride with him to see what the issue was. Why would you need him to do that when you stated you knew what the issue was and fixed it?.This is ridiculous, if you don t know what s wrong with the car then just say that instead of attempting to meet goals fixing things that are not related to what it was brought in for. Even spoke with manager and got nowhere. Got the car back and it is still doing the same thing. $800 spent and still the same issue.

What a wonderful experience! Considering what happened to me on Feb 26 2019.. I had had my oil changed the day before, and was heading to work from Harriet Arkansas to Austin TX, 3 hours into my drive on interstate 30 all my gauges went off and I started loosing oil pressure, I was blessed to have been at the exit where the Pilot truck stop is..I pulled in called my road side and I had my truck towed to SW Chevrolet where Justin whom I talked to earlier met me. He was extremely helpful and set my mind at ease... they found that the last place it my oil filter on improperly causing all my oil to blow out.. Your Team got be back on the road! I am so grateful to all of you! What a amazing group of people! Thanks a million!
