Jacob at southwest was great! Very informative, understanding, fast response. I drove 2.5 hours to purchase because Jacob sent all videos, pictures, carfax, etc. that I wanted to see. Overall great place to buy from, but an even better salesman to go through.

Shane, my salesman, was absolutely amazing! Everyone at the dealership was really. I never felt any high pressure or any of the usual mess you would expect at other dealerships. They all went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted and felt comfortable with and that I was comfortable with every step of the process. Will definitely be doing business with them on our next vehicle purchase as well.

Ok so I was very skeptical at first just because I thought that I wasn't in any position to get a new car but deep down I knew I needed to. Both Michael & Ron were absolutely 100% honest, blunt, professional, & just spot on with what I needed. They answered all of my questions, were extremely thoughtful, & honestly hooked me up & gave me the best advice possible! I thought that initially it was all about the sale for them but they actually cared about my concerns & overall wanted the best for me & they absolutely did just that! I will most definitely recommend that if you're looking for a vehicle, then you need to go to southwest auto! They will listen & take care of you!

I had the privilege to to have Ron as my sales rep and I had to come here and drop a line for him and the South West team. The service Ron gave me, was outstanding all the way from the intro phase to the Delivery Of the vehicle. Ron made sure to give me all the details in clear and organized manner as well as guiding me through the process in the most Convenient and seamless experienceI truly appreciate you Ron and The rest of the team that made it a very pleasant purchase experience. Jacob Beard was amazing. He came out in the freeze temps/snow/sleet/ and rain to make sure I had all the info I needed. That was to make sure I all my boxes were checked. He had suggested one vehicle to me and turned it down because of one small box wasn t checked. Turned out gave it a chance on the day of looking at cars and that was the one I drove away in for the weekend so I could test drive it. Came back on Monday and signed papers. The lady that helped me through that process was outstanding and very knowledgeable. She made my first time buying process of a vehicle smooth. Everyone I encountered at southwest made sure to listen and then please. Highly recommend seeing Jacob Beard for all your car needs!

We traveled about an hour and a half down there for the dodge durango about 2 hours before they closed but we were out in no time! Great customer service and super fast! We had our car traded in within an hour. Brock and Jacob were amazing!! As well as the sweet lady who helped us with our paperwork.

I m in Texas was looking for a truck. Jamar helped me out over the phone going through the process, no shady deals or bait and switch that a previous dealer pulled on me. He got everything where I wanted it to get the purchase done. They even delivered WAY Down in south Texas. (Mexico border) Thanks yall great truck and great service.

We live in Atlanta and found the exact car we wanted all the way out in Arkadelphia!! I wasn't sure we could work out getting the car from there to here between the holidays, but Ron was the BEST!! From the first time we spoke on the phone until our truck was delivered, he was 100% transparent and went well out of his way to make sure we had an A+ experience even though we are 500 miles apart. My mom and I recently upgraded vehicles and were beyond satisfied with the customer service from our salesman, Jalem. My grandmother recommended this dealership after her recent experience of trading in her vehicle as well. They made the process easy, answered all our questions and made sure we left in something we loved! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
