Amazing dude (didn t get his name) helped me and walked me through the process of getting my alternator checked! And when it failed he gave me prices and suggestions! Absolutely would come back!

The best customer service! Helped replace a fuel hose, had all the tools, and parts we needed! Also gave us complimentary water as we had to do it in the parking lot! Super friendly people!

While the workers here were less than helpful, it being 30 minutes to close, a few of the local gentlemen stopped and helped us get our vehicle fixed and back on the road. Thanks Jon-mark and Tommy! God bless you!

Incredibly rude, worst customer service, 2 times I have gone there and they told me to take my business to autozone. Felt like they didn't want to help in any fashion. Would give half a star if I could.

They do have a good selection and if you are retired or active military they give a small discount. They, as witnessed pulling in kindly assist in general installation of wipers and similar items. Clean store with polite people while I was there.

Had truck issues on my way to Indiana from Texas. I came to this O'Reilly's shop and they were able to get the correct parts I needed and even offered to help replace what I needed. The guys at the front desk were super helpful and I really liked that they even had a few tools available for me to use.I replaced the parts I needed, but I was still having issues with the truck so I ended up getting it towed. My experience with this store was great, under the crappy circumstances with my truck.Overall, I'd recommend this store if you need new parts.-Jaime

Camden store did their best to make our problem better. We went to get a part for a car my hubby's building. It wasn't in stock so they ordered ( prepaid ) & said it'll be here in the morning by 9. Great! Next morning it didn't come in. They showed us it was ordered. Maybe on the 12 truck... Nope, next day reorder again. Nope. 4th day finely got it. But Camden wasn't at fault. They showed Jimmy on the computer that it was ordered & reordered.

Sign on the door said closes at 8:00pm. I showed up at 6:56 and the lights were on, trucks out front, and the doors were locked. I looked online and it said that it closes at 7:00pm. Remember, I showed up at 6:56! So I called the store manager and he hung up on me..! Guess they didn't want my business. Went across the street to Autozone and got my fuel pump, nice people!

Needed our starter on the motor home checked out.John checked it out for us & it was bad.Thought he'd have to get it from Texarkana.Then doing some research coupled with his knowledge found one in stock.So now we are ready to roll on down the road.Just cann't beat the service there!!Thank you allBob & Annie Jones

Had car trouble traveling from Chicago to Texas They were so helpful words are not enough the true meaning of good people helping people they called Bret and he put the alternator on for me and charged me NOTHING GOD BLESS THIS PLACE
