As a family member of an Arkadelphia resident and as a %100 Disabled Veteran who has served my country in a time of war. It means the most to come home and visit my loved ones. During my visit I learned that I needed service performed on my vehicle... a foreign vehicle... and in stead of turning me away... Jacob and his outstanding team advised me of the corrective action needed to get me squared away... with all honesty they pointed me in the right direction and corrected the issue...Their time, skills and dedication was invaluable in my time of need......they got me together and now I can safely return home. You MUST CHECK THEM OUT!

This place is normally great, but I just got a new car serviced and drove home 35 miles on the interstate to find that the coolant reservoir lid was not on and the reservoir was almost completely empty. Could very well have damaged my engine. You just can't let things like that happen. My paperwork for the oil change listed the coolant level as 'Good.'

Ridiculous prices!!! If I could give less than a 1 star I would! Almost $94.00 for an oil change and I brought the filter because I knew they probably wouldn t have one. Could have got it done for 69 with the filter included at the Kia place. Definitely won t be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very friendly, very fast, very thorough! We were just passing thru, but if I lived near, THIS would be my regular place to get an oil change. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very fair on the price, and great customer service! Try D&H! You'll be glad you did!

I ve come here many times before and everyone was so nice and got me what I needed. Today was a complete change. I come in with my husbands car and they tell me to go somewhere else. She gives me two other places to go and says if I want my oil change done at their place it will be at least $150. She said they were liable if they broke something on my car even though there was clearly a sign right in front of me saying they weren t liable. Safe to say I will not be bringing any of my cars back here.Service: Oil change

This place is a great service to ME as a repeat customer and probably ALL that come there. Very knowledgeable about their craft, friendly, customer satisfaction #1 to ME. Once I needed assistance "I thought" after leaving their shop. Called them up; they were on the way to RESPOND. 10 is what they deserve. Great place for car service

We had had our oil changed a day before and we got a low oil light. We were 300 miles from home. We added oil and came here to determine if it appeared if there was something that was not put back together correctly. They had the manager, and other personal look at the car to determine if there was something other than the prior oil change not putting sufficient oil. They well exceeded our expectations! I have had my oil changed here many times. They are very quick and honest. I asked them to rotate my tires two different times and the first time they said the tires were already rotated the best way for the wear on them and the second time I was told that I needed new tires. They could have rotated them anyway, but they did not.

This is the only place I'll get my oil changed at. They have you in and out super quickly. For me it's usually way less than 10 minutes, and their employees are polite and professional.

When I lived in Arkadelphia, I always took my vehicles here for servicing. When they say 10 minutes, they mean 10 minutes MAX. Everyone is so very helpful and friendly. Whenever anything else needed to be changed out/fixed (air filters for example), they explained to me in terms I could understand what it was, the cheapest place to get it, and whether or not it actually needed to be replaced. Once, the owner even told me that he had the part I needed but he knew that Autozone had it cheaper so he told me to go there, pick one up, and bring it back and he'd install it for me for free. This place seriously spoiled me because I live in Bryant now and have tried several places and they ALL take at least an hour JUST to change my oil, intentionally convince me to replace parts that I later find out don't need to be changed, and then charge me an arm and a leg for it all. D&H is amazing and super reasonably-priced on top of it. Go here if you want people working on your vehicle that you can actually trust. I have started driving the 45 minutes just to go here again because no other place I've found in Bryant, Benton, or Little Rock can compare. Keep up the AMAZING work!!!

GREATEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!(I'm from Calif...& it is not nice in most places out there!!!) EXCELLANT SERVICE...FAST EFFICIENT AND YOU HAD PRECICELY WHAT I NEEDED...I HAD CLOSE TO 7,000 MILES ON MY OIL BECAUSE I WENT UP INTO WYOMING, THEN TO PHOENIX, THEN BACK TO CALIF...THEN HERE FOR A WEDDING UP NEAR GREERS FERRY...NOW MY SISTER LIVES IN ARKADELPHIA & THIS STORE CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I AM GLAD TO OF HAD MY CAR SERVICED BY PROFFESSIONAL MEN & WOMEN...

We paid 65.99 for what others charge 40.00 they made us Stay in our Vehicle. Never hoisted the vehicle up to drain the oil, didn't Change All Filters, after promising they would, never checked the Air in our Tires, like the Car in front of Us.I like to see what strangers are doing to my Car.My girlfriend Tina Westphal paid for a oil change, never received oil filter or any Promised Filters con Artists.

They were fast and efficient. However, do NOT LICK MY STICKER AND THEN PLACE ON MY WINDSHIELD. Now everytime I see my oil change sticker I think of someone's else mouth is on MY WINDSHIELD.
