Very nice people. I went to have my truck aligned but come to find out my brake caliper was on backwards so they fixed it cost me $55 tax included but did not get the truck aligned got to get ball joints they offered to fix but I'm on a fixed income so it's going to have to wait. They were very understanding. And let me know whenever I'm ready they will get it done for me. I was very happy with the service and friendliness of this business. And the receptionist was so awesome.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I have had several vehicles into this shop, with very lengthy stays, the vehicles come out worse than when in went in, or the fact that 1 of the vehicles sat there for 2 weeks to tell me that it's a throw away car, they did this twice with two different cars. The last visit was a 3 week stay and 1,000 worth of work to change all injectors, it will not even idle now. I will never take another vehicle here.

Good people who do excellent work ! Most shops are a month out and Cannon can get it done in a fraction of the time.They get all my deisel truck issues and I haven't been disappointed.

The one thing you don t want when driving 8 hours home is for your car to break down and have no idea what to do. Also truth be told be scammed out of money due to the desperate need, I tell you what they did not over charge at all. Absolutely wonderful people, so down to earth and kind. Thanks for helping us get back home quickly!! Y all save our butts!Also there s an adorable shop dog, extra stars for that!

We've used them for years. Always a great experience. Very friendly & extremely knowledgeable! Anytime someone has vehicle problems we tell them there is no other place to go!

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Cannon Auto. The staff was friendly, considerate and well versed in what they do which is an indication of five star management. We have a transmission replaced and they gave us but we considered a more than fair price for the installation and it was done in a timely manner. So far there have been no issues with the new transmission although it was a remanufactured transmission from the local Nissan dealer so it wasn't something we purchased from Cannon. If we have any further issues with our vehicle we intend to take it back to Cannon

Awesome folks. Jon Lee was a man of his word. I was broke down the evening before and called them. Mr Lee got the part that was needed and got me in the next morning and had me out and on the road by noon. Kept our jeep for almost a month for a simple starter replacement and also for a new heater coil.. called us on a Friday to come remove objects from the vehicle so they could do their job... a water bottle and a box of feminine products was all that was in the front seat that could have easily been tossed in the back... needless to say we didn't let them finish the job and they missed out on a 800 dollar repair... literally super unprofessional and wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Ridiculous! Made us drive 40 minutes for a water bottle and box... makes no sense!!

Paid 343.00 for an alternator and labor driving less than 25 feet the problem still existed! Took it back again had a feeling it wasn t being checked so I place paper user tires to see if it had been moved and the same paper was there after leaving my car for 7 hours!

Took my tow hooks, took almost 2 months. Only ran for a day and broke down. Tried to get a tow but then would not speak to me.
