Hands-down the most gracious and professional service we have encountered. Bill and his wife helped us in a pinch as we were driving cross country and had warning lights pop up. Despite having a full schedule, they squeezed us in, diagnosed and fixed the issue so we could be on our way. What a blessing!

I broke down on 30 heading across the country to New Mexico. They cam immediately and rescued my dog and I off the dangerous interstate in 95�heat. They took excellent care of us at the shop and even let me bring my dog inside while they worked on my truck. They were very fast and efficient, the parts arrived with 20 mins of ordering . I am so grateful for their efforts and appreciate their hard work. Excellent people to deal with.

We broke down on the side of hwy30 on Sunday 8/27, a wrecker towed us to your place of business Automo-Bill. Love the name! Monday Morning we called. Everyone was very friendly. And accommodating. Even picked us up with our luggage in tow from the hotel we stayed at. By around noon. And we were back on our way to Texas. Thanks so much. My friend and I were driving through Arkadelphia and had an issue with the AC in our car. We were in the middle of a cross country drive and driving with a dog in the 90+ degree heat. To say we were stressed is an understatement. We pulled into the shop and Bill was so helpful and took a look immediately. Within 5 minutes he had us back on the road and on our way to Memphis! We ve been referring to him as our good luck charm all trip! Would recommend this shop to anyone needing auto repair.

After an interstate highway brake emergency, I found myself only 3 miles from this wonderful place. I called them and they had the part on order before I even arrived. In just a couple of hours, I was back on the highway, job complete, and for less $$ than expected.Thanks for getting us back on the road safely!

Was coming through from OK headed to AL, Mr Bill stopped his day to come check out a driveline vibration, spent 30 mins diagnosing the issue, and advised it was a carrier bearing on the driveshaft, after determining the part wasn't available soon enough to get us home, he went out of his way to spend time under the truck to get it reliable enough to make it home. 10/10 would recommend Mr Bill to anyone, extremely honest and freindly.

These people are God Sent!I was traveling the back roads traveling from Texas to Indiana seeing some of the state parks and all of the sudden my car said "No More!"Clark county's finest came out and so did the owner of the shop. Knew what was wrong.Called a tow and had it fixed that same night!!!!!!!Single Mom on the road with 4 kids they went above and beyond!Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

Three weeks ago I pulled up to Automobill's with with what I thought was a simple flat tire repair. The only problem was, it was Friday and "quitting time.". That didn't phase the guy on duty though. After taking a look at the tire, it was determined the tire was unsalvageable. They had the tire I needed in stock at a great price. The shop guy and the owner were not only friendly and knowledgeable but stayed late on a Friday. Who does that anymore? Being from out-of-town, they were a God send. I WILL be back! Thanks guys!

I broke down several months ago 500 miles from home on my way up North. I had my van towed to Bill's and they started working on it right away. The water pump had gone out. Everyone was very nice, the work was excellent and prices were very reasonable. I was very pleased with the results and I was quite surprised that my van was running and back on the road that very same day.

A Great Shop!A delightful lady took our call, so helpful and kind. Then Bill came out, a few minutes after we got there to help us with our older vehicles. Not many people know how to trim a carburetor correctly today. Thanks Bill, for helping strangers, who were just passing through!

While traveling from Texas to hot springs this week, we found ourselves in a pickle with the brakes on my car. I immediately pulled over and called the first mechanic that I saw on Google...Automobill's.. I couldn't be more thankful that a randomly selected mechanic shop turned out to be such a great choice! I was worried about cost but was pleasantly surprised at what I paid for my front brakes and rotors. And it wasn't just reasonable cost..I mean it was still a chunk of change to shell out when on vacation.. It was the fact that everyone seemed so friendly and treated us like family, that I honestly thought "man, I aint even mad I'm having to pay out this money.. It couldn't go to better people!" ..I think the whole thing took around 1.5 hrs.. Another surprise as our vacation was only 3 days long we didn't have much time to spare. To wrap up here, it was the best experience I could've hoped for going into a shop in a town I know nothing about. Highly recommend!

Automobill's saved us from a disastrous misadventure! We were heading up to Little Rock from the Dallas area for a friend's birthday dinner on Saturday (which was intended to be just a day-trip) when our car started quitting on us and went into limp mode just outside of Arkadelphia. We managed to hobble over to a hotel after finding out that no repair shops around would be open until Monday. My husband tried to fix what we originally thought and hoped was the problem himself on Monday afternoon after the part needed came into O'Reilly's, but it did not fix our issue. So that evening, he called around, and we were referred to Automobill's. We scooted over there and they told us they would look at our car first thing in the morning (we got there a little before closing). Then Janice helped us get to the hotel (and also got us back when our car was done). They found the problem and got us fixed and on the road by lunchtime on Tuesday! (It turned out to be due to negligence from the oil change we got before our trip started.) Their professionalism and hospitality was phenomenal and sure sets the bar high for anywhere we go to for repairs in the future! Such friendly, honest service! We felt so well taken care of. My wife and I had car trouble and had to stop. Bill and his friendly staff treated us so well. They went out of their way to help us get a tow truck and find accommodations. Can t say enough how wonderful they were in a very difficult time.

We took our explore to this business to get ball joint. They fix it but they used very cheap parts and within 5 months the part failed and the joints start squeaking all over again. When I told the owner about it. He told if it get louder bring it back then. I Happily took my vehicle to the Ford place and never had this issue again. Take it somewhere else for real!!!!

I've had mixed results at this place, good and just okay- and I need my current car repaired so I googled shops see reviews of various shops. This is the only one where the owner apparently thinks it's funny to insult customers who were dissatisfied with service. Automobills is the best mechanic in Arkadelphia, hands down! This year my Jeep shut off and would not turn over. Janice at the front desk was incredibly helpful and had my Jeep towed in. They diagnosed it and went out of their way to help me out. They ll fix you right up.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL SERVICE. I pulled in to just get some air in a rear tire but the young man named Daniel would have it... he insisted on check all my tires and even mentioned my rear brakes looked like they didn't replacing.

Friendly people and reasonable prices. I've had multiple repairs done here they always make sure to get the job done right within a reasonable time. They can give you price estimates before anything is done, so there is no nasty surprises. Very patient and will work with you.

On a family trip from Houston to Michigan, our car started overheating. We took it to Bill, who was able to help us out and get us back on the road to continue our vacation. He and his receptionist were friendly with our kids, offered us cold water, and brought out multiple coloring books while we passed the time. He did an awesome job and we were back on the road in about an hour.

If you are a good mechanic in Arkadelphia, it takes exactly ten minutes for the news to make it across town. AutomoBill is a very good mechanic, but this is not news. The news is that Denise, his wife and able service writer, runs one of the most pleasant offices connected with a mechanic shop ANYWHERE. You can sit in a chair, write a check on the counter, or touch any surface with no worries of something clinging to you. There is only the faintest odor of tires, lubricant or fuel. BTW, I acquired a 2006 Subaru Baja that needed extensive work. Bill did a wonderful job. Maybe some other folks would, too, but knowing what I just told you, where would you take your car?

I did not get good service at automobills. They couldn't fix my truck . They failed to check rear differential, which was low 3 quarts. Wheel bearings would have burnt up had I not checked it. I just checked with Toyota and I was overcharged $250.00 on door latch parts and install. I would not go to automobills

As far as I am concerned, this is the best mechanic in Arkadelphia. I have been to all others and have found no comparison to Automo Bill's quality work or their very friendly customer service. I dare you to find one better!

While traveling through for Thanksgiving 2017, we needed work done. They got us right in and out and on our way very quickly at very reasonable prices. Kudos to the AutomoBill Team!

The lady at the front desk has no clue what she is doing, I don't understand how she even landed the job! Mechanics don't communicate with each other. They don't call to update you on your vehicle and when you call to get an update everyone acts confused! Horrible shop take your vehicle and your money and go elsewhere
