GREAT PEOPLE HERE! Passing through town towing a trailer when my truck started experiencing the "Ford death wobble". I thought for sure it was my tie rods. It turned out it was nothing more the broken belts in both front tires. The owner found some very good used tired for me and got me back on the road in a very timely matter. Thank you so much.

First experience was passing through on vacation and needed brake work done on our SUV, they got it in and out in 3 hours. On the way back through had a flat on our 5th Wheel, they did a great job on that too and very quickly. We highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience here! While traveling up north from Texas our tire popped and we were so lucky Arkadelphia Tire and Outfitters were able to help! It was late in the evening and they were so kind to help us out even though they were closed for the day. Our tire was changed promptly and with great professionalism. We are so grateful they went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend!

This shop, their staff and owner goes above and beyond to get people back on the road. Want know how I know? We were on the road from Texas going back to Chicago and we got a flat tire on the road near Arkadelphia. We were towed to this shop. I have a very rare tire size and type on my Golf R (I shouldn t have driven thousands of miles with this car). I had to get back on the road on the same day and the owner and his staff did all they could to find me a tire. I gave up and they didn t. They finally found one tire that would get to them the next morning. They went out of their way to give my wife and I a ride to the hotel and picked us up the next day. In this shop you will find honesty, integrity, effort, skills and anything else you d hope to find from a tire/mechanic shop. The prices are beyond reasonable too. Thank you for all your kindness and effort.

James took phenomenal care of me! We broke down along the side of the highway, we were towed to Arkadelphia Tire, and despite the busy Memorial weekend, James managed to make time to get us all taken care of. I highly recommend this place. The staff is super friendly and they make sure to help you out and get you on your way! Go with these guys! They will take excellent care of you!

Outstanding! Had a tire blowout on my trailer on the highway. Took out my tire, rim, fender and leaf springs. Rendered my trailer immovable. Was towed to Tire and Outfitters, Inc. They patched my trailer up and had me on the road within a couple of hours. Even stayed open after closing hours just to help me out. Service was great, their attitudes were respectful and mannerisms highly professional. I highly recommend them.

Mr. James and Mrs. Tara are the most amazing people! They went out of their way to help me and fixed my vehicle in a timely matter. They made sure my mode of transportation was finished and at my house before I had to work a night shift. You honestly couldn t ask for better people, they re honest, they have servant hearts and treat you like their own! That in and of itself is a blessing. My vehicle runs better now than when I first bought it used! I couldn t be happier with my results or with the level of customer service I received from them. 10/10 would recommend them for any and all your repair needs!! Thank you guys so much! My dad (who is an elderly gentleman) went to get his oil changed today at this place because he s had work there done before and thought the prices were very reasonable. He ended up paying 70.00 for a regular oil change. When I called and asked why there was a 16.00 labor charged added for a 10 minute oil change, the gentleman started naming all the bills HE had to pay. I asked what he was doing for his customers and he replied staying open instead of closing like everyone else I then replied so you re price gouging during a time of quarantine? And he hung up the phone. Would not recommend this place for any thing easy like an oil change..but if you do, ask the price beforehand so you know what you re paying.

On our way from Little Rock to Houston, our "engine light" came on . Triple A told me the best place in the area for automotive service was Arkadelphia Tire & Outfitters. They were helpful, concerned and informative. Their diagnostic test got us back on the road and we made it home without incident. They are truly friendly and concerned with our safety.Thanks AT&O.Doug

Had a slow leak in a tire and they found the nail, fixed and out the door in under 30 minutes. Everyone was helpful polite despite the fact that they were trying to conduct business with the owners personal cell, hot spit to run the business phone and computer due to a cut fiber optic line in town. They proved their ingenuity and mechanical/ technical skills by staying " up and running" under less than ideal circumstances. My problem didn't need any computer input, but other customers they served while I was there, certainly did.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. The owners are honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers. We were passing thru and broke down. They made sure that our car was fixed as quickly and safely as possible so we could to get back on the road. If you are just passing thru or live in town, I definitely recommend this shop!

I live in Hot Springs, and have taken all of my vehicles here over the years. I have always been treated with respect and given the best price in town. I have purchased tires for 5 different vehicles had pipes put on my current truck and all kinds of accessories! They treat you with the respect you are due! If you want to keep it that way then give them the same in return! I will not take my vehicles anywhere else, and neither should you. If you are reading this!

While driving from Texas to New York, our water pump broke on our 3500 Dodge diesel. I talked to the owner James prior to them opening. I told him our situation and he and his team had us back on the road within an hour. I would highly recommend this shop!

If you are ever in the area this is a place to go. I was traveling across country and had a shock blow out on me. This was the ONLY place who would help me out me. They got me back on the road i less then an hour and half....replacing 2 shocks for me. He even ran to the parts store to expedite the process.They were extremely friendly, polite and understanding. They could have taken advantage of me but they didnt. Instead he treated fairly and professionally. Even staying late to make sure my vehicle was repaired and on the road.It is rare to find a business like this these but this truely what american business was founded on. Treating customers with care and understanding.This place by far is the best place in the area.Even let me bring my cat inside and give her a bath because she messed herself. Oustanding!!!

I will be forever grateful to the generosity, hospitality and above and beyond acts of kindness from the team at Mike's Tire & Auto. Driving from Dallas to Nashville, my car hit something on the interstate and it punctured my gas tank. Although Mike's was already quite busy, they took the time to help in this emergency and to take a look at my car. Unfortunately there was not too much they could do - I was in need of a new gas tank and was needing to get back home. BUT, I can say that there was not one thing they weren't willing to do. From Trisha at the front who helped us call tow companies/U-Haul, to the entire team that was consistently polite and hospitable, and to Mike - who we can never thank enough. Mike not only helped diagnose my car and come up with a plan for us that was prioritized on our safety and the car's, but he also lent us his own vehicle so we could go pick up a U-Haul! Furthermore, he then also helped us fasten my car up and taught us how to actually tow the vehicle (as we had never done so before). Despite the immense risk my car was placing him and his company (leaking gas for several hours) - Mike and the entire team were so patient, kind, understanding and helpful! If I am ever in their neck of the woods again, there is no doubt I would trust Mike's Tire & Auto with my vehicle!

The first time I went into see Mike, he was able to fix my problem with little effort. During the course of waiting, I told him I had just graduated from Henderson and was preparing to drive to Disneyworld with my Granddaughter--no charge! REALLY!!!! The second time I went in, I needed new tires. I ALWAYS shop around before purchasing tires. I was, honestly, surprised to find his prices lower than those in Hot Springs and for a BETTER TIRE!!!! I will DEFINITELY go and see him again!

We were driving from Dallas to Arkansas when we heard a loud pop. We lost the brakes in our SUV and had to google a car maintenance company. Arkadelphia Tire and Outfitter popped up so I called at 5:05 (they close at 5pm) James answered and when we told him what happened he offered to stay open and wait for us to get to his shop! Who does that in this day and age? James and Tara do! Once there he started working on our truck immediately. Best service you could EVER ask for. Had they not answered the phone we would have been stranded with our babies in the car with no help. James fixed a huge mess created by the Firestone in Little Elm Tx who had changed our brakes just three days prior. If you need someone to fix your car PLEASE come see James and Tara. They are not only good at their jobs but just great people in general! Our family will be forever greatful!

I have been going to this shop three times in the last month. Each time was great. Told them what I needed done and they did it right away with little cost. Exhaust work, tire alignment, suspension work. They won't scam you for your money and are honest on what needs done.

Absolutely the WORST experience of our lives. We took our daughter's car to Mike's to patch a tire. They fixed the tire but completely destroyed the wheel. Even though we have pictures, they will not own up to their mistake. How can you own a business and not be accountable? Unbelievable...

Had a flat on our 5th wheel just before Arkadelphia while my husband and I were traveling to Mississippi from south Texas. We limped over and they had a really decent used tire that would fit. They got it on our rim and hubby put it on. We were back on the road in less than an hour. Thanks, yall!

I thought long and hard about leaving this review. If I could leave no stars I would. My car died in the middle of the road one day. I called and they said they d come tow it, do a diagnostic, and then we would see about fixing the problem. They said it was the alternator, I paid the $400 they asked for to fix it. A month later, my car started doing all the thing s that it had been doing prior to the fix (i.e. dim lights, acting like it wanted to die, etc). I drove back up there and let them know, and they looked at it and told me everything was fine. My car randomly dies, yet again, and I contact them to let them know. They tell me to contact the tower so they can bring my car over. I immediately asked them how much it would be, the guy at the computer said it would be FREE once they got my car over there, did a diagnostic, and fixed it. Cool. The tower comes to get my car and takes it over there. Within a few hours I go to pick my car up and they tell me nothing is wrong with it because it started. Ok? That means nothing besides the fact that it will die again. He assured me that the car is fine, I asked him to take a look at my tires and all because I had a trip that weekend and I could absolutely not be stranded with my 1 year old child. He assured me the car will be fine, and then they ask me to pay the towing fee which was $76. Now why the hell did I have to pay that? I agreed to it because they said it would be free once they did the diagnostic and fix. Not just to get my car towed up there for no reason. I paid it and left. I went on my trip and drove my car. Now it is Sunday (2 days later), and my car will not start. I m stranded out of town, hours away. Why you may ask? Because the starter went out. And I told them over, and over, and over that there was something wrong with my car. Why are you a mechanic if you don t actually care about fixing people s cars? All they care about was getting the most money out of people. They towed my car and didn t do a diagnostic or try to fix it. Hell I d be surprised to find out they popped the hood winked at it for a second. Absolutely the worst service I ve ever had and I m reaping the consequences of my actions for going there in the first place when I ve heard countless times that they will NOT fix you even car, they will just try to get the most money out of you by fixing other things instead of the actual problem. I recommend going to Hot Springs or anywhere but Tire & OF. Like I said, I d give zero stars if I could. Almost $500 in the hole and my car STILL won t start.

Have been doing a bit of business with them over the past several years including swapping out an entire motor on one car and I can say one thing for sure the work is reliable.
