My experience is always great at Auto Plex. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff, work directly with the insurance company to make my claim experience easy and communicate throughout the repair process to update me on the status. I have always been extremely satisfied with repairs and the experience. This time was no different. I only recommend Auto Plex for your auto body repair!

I highly recommend AutoPlex Collision Repair of Alma. My vehicle looks great! I was pleasantly surprised to see it detailed when I arrived for pickup. No overspray...No unmatched paint...No dirty floorboard...I can't tell an accident had happened! The employees are friendly, patient and helpful. They text me keeping me up to date of what process my vehicle was in. Nice cause I never had to call or wonder how my repair was going. Received an early morning call for pick up of my vehicle on the date I was told it would be completed. No fuss...No complaints from me. I'm smilin! Ty AutoPlex of Alma for a job well done!

We have always taken our vehicles to Autoplex. This company is top of the line. They do excellent work and have worked on all 3 of my Ford trucks over the last 10-12 years. From Golf ball size hail to collisions they make it look new! Because of insurance reasons, this repair took a long time. Ben kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were informative of everything being done and provided top notch customer service. I had a tight window for a repair time due to moving out of state. Autoplex worked some magic and was able to get my car in and it was finished on time. Auto Plex I can not say enough good about them and their work. They keep you informed from the minute you make contact with them. Professionalism and Perfection is what I think of when I think of Auto Plex. The insurance companies respect them so much as well. Ben kept Joe informed from start to finish and of course Jason was just simply amazing . Shanta took amazing care of us at check out as well. Thank you Auto Plex for going above and beyond as always. Customer service was great, body work they did was excellent and the vehicle was cleaner when I picked it up than when I left it. Very pleased. Jason and The Team at Auto Plex never disappoint! They go above and beyond every single time we ve had to have repairs. Ben kept us posted on progress, they also got it finished ahead of time.When Lexi picked up her Vehicle it was immaculate, they not only made the repairs they cleaned it up too! My car had been rear-ended it was taken Auto Plex in Alma at first they said it would be the middle January for the get to it but he ended up being able to get to it in December I got my car yesterday and it is beautiful they did fantastic work

SatisfactoryI used this place because I ve seen a coupleOf years ago a friend used them. The place is near our residence and they worked well with my auto insurance and also my private pay car rental choice.The Paint job wasn t as professional looking as I hoped. The top coat looks rushed, almost like when you put too much in and it starts to run - not sure of the term- blurry not smooth on doors, not to mention the window tint didn t match the other windows and ended up being blurry to look out of. I was told I can bring it back and they will fix it but that s an inconvenience. The service repair time quoted was in inaccurate because a part wasn t ordered timely and there was a change to how they decided to repair something. Therefore repair days took 3 business days plus a weekend longer than originally quoted and agreed upon. However the company service tech did do a great job of meeting our needs because of this issue.Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Vehicle window tinting

Had my car towed to the Auto Plex upon a referral. Had to remove it from another body shop that I had essentially had it towed to. Ran into a situation with the previous body shop was reluctant to let it go. Auto Plex said they would take care of it, not to worry. Which they did and didn t cost me extra.They gave me a Completion date. As they began repairing found more damage than expected so parts had to be ordered so the date was moved forward. Rocky at the front desk kept me up to date on the progress every two days.The day before I was to pick it up, Rocky text me and said they weren t happy the way the paint turned out so they were going to do it over. I know from experience that sometimes things don t turn out like the way you want. I appreciate them bring up front and admitting it. Rocky apologized for the delay and said they wouldn t release any vehicle that they personally wouldn t want.When I picked up the car it looked brand new like it came off the show room floor. All the body lines were straight, gaps excellent and paint matched perfectly. Had them put pin-stripping on it which really further enhanced the look.Totally beyond satisfied. Very professional and courteous. Shop was very clean and organized which further speaks of professionalism.

I have had unknown people hit my car twice. Both times Jason got my car back to perfect with pointless repair at a reasonable price. He gave me long explanations of the process so I wouldn't over expect, since I didn't want to pay for a full replacement. Both times, he said he could make it 80-90 percent better. I cant even tell where the dents were. They are amazing!

This is the only auto repair shop I would go to in the area. Jason was phenomenal to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Repaired a damaged bumper, touched up some minor paint scrapes, and worked with me to fix an unexplained issue we discovered on my tuck. I couldn't be happier with the finished project. I was so surprised when I pulled up to autoplex and saw my car there. It looked so good. They cleaned up the inside for me and the outside, cleaned my rims and shined my tires and looked like they washed it. I was getting my car fixed on an insurance claim. They fixed my ABS light and Stablitrak light which could have happened during my accident. I was very pleased with the service. I didn't care for the fact that I wasn't able or told about them just having my rental waiting on me because I needed a certain kind due to my boys being so tall so next time I will do my rental on my own. I like that they send text messages to update you

I took my vehicle to Autoplex to be repaired due to getting rear ended. I got my estimate within an hour of stopping by to get a quote. During the repair process I was kept informed each step of the way via text message. When I picked my vehicle up the repair not only looked great, but they had also cleaned my vehicle inside and out. I was very pleased with the service I received!

I've had three vehicles repaired at Auto-Plex. All of them were back to showroom quality either on time or earlier than quoted. They got some monster hail dents out of our Tahoe and got it looking brand new. They kept us informed throughout the repair process. Whenever we have any repairs done, this is our go-to place.
