I was hoping for the best using the Walmart service center to install one tire on my daughter s car. This is where she purchased all four tires. We found a screw in the sidewall of her rear driver side tire. I brought the vehicle to the same place that she bought the four tires but they did not have a tire that would match what was previously installed. But another service center on the other side of town had one. I ve drove over and purchased the tire at the other Walmart service center brought it to the service center on Pacific Avenue in Yuma Arizona and I have waited for an hour and a half. I spoke with a person that works here and I was told that it ll be another hour, this seems to be common with Walmart and their service centers 2 1/2 hours. I will have waited, but I am going to get that tire installed on my daughters car because it needs to be done. They would not insurance on the tire, they would not let me make an appointment Because it was one tire and not four tires with an oil change that s what the gentleman told me. Very rude man just short and I think he might ve had a problem with me because of I don t know it was very discouraging. I will not come back here again And my daughter I will advise her to use a far more superior tire company that has locations nationwide.

Took about 2 hours for a road hazard repair. My fastest road hazard experience to date. You can't make an appointment for road hazard. You have to show up and wait for the staff to work through all their appointments for new tires and/or lube. Then they'll take care of you. Be prepared to lose half a day if you need to cash in on the road hazard protection. Fortunately, they didn't hassle me about the prorate. They gave me a fair refund.

go in for oil change first guy don't know English. get car in n done guy goes on break take 20 minutes find paper work . lower tire psi to 29 take 35 . I'll just find some where else for this job. (guy on break just look at me )

Showed up around 1:10pm. Was helped by a nice lady who was very informative, helpful and told me it would be an hour wait. I showed back up at 2pm to check on my car and she said they just needed to finish the oil change. I waited in the waiting area and around 2:50pm she told me I would need new lugs for my tires. I told her I don't mind paying. Around 3:20pm I asked the new worker on shift how long until my car was ready and he shared that my car was ready they just needed to drive it to make sure everything was okay. @ 3:50pm they called me up to pay and let me know I was ready to go. I started using this auto service center since I had my baby a year and half ago. I replaced two of my tires and thar went smoothly enough so I got two more later. I purchased the insurance with all 4 tires. The issue started immediately after the last 2 tires were changed. Apparently one of the tires wasn't installed properly and went flat within hours after purchasing (they said the rim was not set well on the bead). So they switched out the tire for a new one free of charge. That was last summer. This winter my tire light came on so I went to this Walmart to get it checked out. They just filled it with air and it was flat by the next morning. I live out of town so I had to get the tire replaced by another service. They refused to honor the warranty. Now, this morning, same thing. My tire light came on and they took in the car but they only did and oil change. The receipt said they checked all 4 tires but when we saw the car, you could visibly see the tire was still low. They were never checked. None of the tire warranties were honored. They refused to check the tires even though that's what I went there for. They tried to say I didn't purchase two of my tires there. We just didn't have the receipt from the last 2 tire changes because we had to take it back the same day on the improper installation. They also didn't have it in their system so they used that excuse as well. We have a baby so at this point we took the car somewhere else. It turned out to be a screw imbedded in one of the Walmart tires with a warranty. We needed the peice if mind if professional tire service so I just paid the extra cash to a real tire service business. I do not recommend getting tires here and especially not the tire warranties.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

I went here for an oil change and tire rotation at 3:30pm on a Sunday and left at 8pm! I was told I d be notified when my car was finished being worked on. I gave my phone number and stayed in the waiting room the entire time as well just in case. There was a long line and I expected to wait maybe an hour and a half, two hours at the longest. My car didn t start getting worked on until 6 pm. I waited an entire hour and forty five minutes before finally asking if my car servicing was finished. It had been done for almost an hour.

I just had a set of tires installed on my car at this location and I have to say everyone involved did an excellent job. This was my first experience buying tires at Wal-Mart and the staff there really helped me find the best value possible. Great job!Service: TiresService: Tires

Probably some of the most honest helpful mechanics I ve ever met. I came in 10 minutes before closing and they with out question helped me. They even tried their best to come up with a solution to fixing a flat I had even though I didn t have the right size tire and the puncture could not be patched. Best of all they stayed half an hour after close to continue helping me even with some issues mounting my tire and ended up only charging me $5. These guys rock.

I felt completely ignored. The man who rang me up didn't speak English, If he could he just didn't want to speak to me. I dont think it's out of the question to have to have at least the basics of English down if your going to work with the general public. This is the 2nd time I've gone through when my car has been done in they have failed to call me, And the 1st time at they didn't call me I was sitting in the waiting room. The woman working the register when I initially came in did not seem professional, opening the window and shouting questions to the workers. I don't know whether I'll go all the way up to the Ave B store for my next oil change or somewhere else entirely. What I do know is that I won't be coming here again.

One hour and thirty minutes for an oil change. There were no cars before mine, they just parked the car inside the garage and left it sitting for one hour. Don't come here if you're in a hurry.

About half hour wait to get in. Shopped while work was done. Updated via text on status of car. Work done with in hour!
