Perhaps they are good with engine troubles but they are not good at A/C. On Thursday before Labor day I brought my truck in and described all the symptoms and the troubleshooting I did myself. They said they preformed an A/C service for 250.00. My A/C worked for 10 min after the service then broke again. They were closed Friday through Monday (for labor day). I had to go home to north Az before they reopened. Today (Tuesday) 9-5-23 I called them after I spoke with my local shop. My local shop said I had a bad compressor just by my description on the phone. They said bring it in to confirm. They confirmed in 5 min that was the problem. On the phone with Unzuetas I let them know about the local shops findings. I asked if any compensation could be returned from the 250.00 that did absolutely nothing. Reply was no, we did the work. Instead of arguing with her that nothing was done, I just let her know that I was giving her an opportunity to make things right before I wrote a review letting everyone know how they work. This review cost me 250.00. I hope it helps all of you.

Great service. Patched my tire for free because I'd bought it from him (though it needed patching because I'd gone over a screw).

Not to often you go to a mechanic and they do what they say they are going to do for the price they say in the time told but, that's exactly what happened. Plus I have a camper on my truck which can be a barrier for me due to its height. I pulled in when my power steering went out. They had to order the part and was told to come back the next day and boom, done. Now I'm free to continue my trip. I would definitely recommend this shop and not hesitate to use them again when I'm in town.Thank you!

After we experienced a cracked radiator on our truck while towing a trailer through AZ, I called around after making it into Yuma. Tony told me he start right away and he gave me the better cost estimate. I'm glad I chose this shop. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my truck back asap so I could be back on my way, and seemed like genuinely nice and caring man. If I lived in Yuma I'd take my stuff back to him without a second thought.

They were really busy when I went in, I had stopped in because my car was trying to over heat, the office worker informed me it was lunch time and the guys in the back were swamped but to hold on and she will see how ling it would be, she came back and the mechanic came checked my fluids which is all I wanted, informed me of what was low and filled them for me. They were all really sweet, I will be going back and highly recommend this place.

Friday morning visit, no appointment and this garage took care of me!U joints replaced and even sent my tires out to be balanced because they didn t have the equipment available. Fast service and very fair pricing, I couldn t be happier and strongly recommend this shop

I called the shop as I had an unfavorable issue with my vehicle and they performed some maintenance that allowed me to extend the life of the vehicle all while I was in troubled circumstances. Most excellent. Their service was quick and my repair was done on time. Tony and Saul are co-owners. They gave me an estimate and stayed with that estimate. I will definitely be going back for future repairs. This repair shop is highly recommended. Use them for your repairs.

We stopped in Yuma for lunch and the AC died. We had our 1 and 4 year Olds with us. We turned the corner and stopped at Unzueta's and it was the best choice ever. It was our blower and resistor. They had us in, fixed, and out in an hour. They were kind and transparent and we don't feel like they took advantage of a stranded family. We would come back any time we were in town.Service: Air conditioning

First off let me say this. Amazing people my truck would not start at the Chevron in Yuma. It was around 4:55pm be for they closed I called them and even tho they was about to close they came to help me. I was driving back to San Diego Friday. They came to the chevron and brought the code reader and did there think. Fuel pump not working they pulled my truck with there truck to the shop. And come back to pick me up. You will never get this from any other mechanic. I just want to say Thank you SO MUCh I know I ve said it be for but because of this place and the lady at the front desk and the two mechanics saved my life and I m so grateful for them. Please you have problems with your car they are the people you want to come to your rescue

The best customer service I've ever had at a mechanic. They couldn't find anything wrong with my car and waived the 75$ fee for the multiple different inspections they did. I will definitely be back and will refer friends.

I hate that I didn't ask for anyone's names but everyone there was helpful, friendly, and polite. They did an awesome job on my daughter's car and didn't charge out the wazoo or suggest unnecessary work. Unzueta's is our new car doctors.

Shop is run by Tony and Saul Unzuetta. Good diagnostics. Reasonable. I have them service my 2015 Honda FIT, which is pretty much beyond the experience of the mechanics in South Yuma County. Air conditioner waiting room! (I'm writing this in August!)

My fault for going back to this "business" more than once. Took my elderly mothers car to get a simple sensor replaced and they gave it back with clearly busted hoses. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO WORK ON YOUR VEHICLES. When we called back to mention the damage they caused, we asked them if they could please send a tow truck to pick up the now broken down car. The horrid lady at the office said she'd charge us, which we said we knew and that we would pay. Just like we have payed all the other (awful) services we've received there. She then proceeded to tell us that she wouldn't send a tow truck because she ""knew we didn't have money to pay for it". In what world is it ok for an employee to speak so disrespectfully to paying customers? This sad excuse for a business will no longer be receiving our money (since apparently miss high roller here doesn't think we have any) and we will definitely not direct any more business their way. Word to the owners of this place: don't forget your a hole in the wall subpar excuse of a shop. Get your employees in order or you'll lose whatever clientele you have left.

My power steering pump blew on the way over from Baja California Mx to Yuma. Yuma was the first large city that would have parts for my car. I figured it was the rack and pinion seals, because fluid was running out of that area under the driver pedals as fast as I could put it in. I was looking at a rack and pinion AND pump replacement, since I had driven it dry for about 600 miles at least. That would mean massive replacement costs PLUS an alignment. Probably $1250 to $1500 depending on the shop. These were the worries I stewed on overnight, as I got to Yuma about 5PM. BUT THEN I FOUND Unzueta's through Google Maps. They took my car in right away the next morning and when I went back 2.5 hours later to check on progress, freaking out as to what I might hear, they told me "Hang on, your car will be ready in 10 minutes, we just need to test drive it". Indeed they did and indeed it was ready. Apparently it only needed an o-ring on the high pressure hose to the rack and pinion, and after a small charge I was back on the road. I made it to El Paso with no problems and the power steering reservoir is still full! USE Unzueta's! You will be treated kindly and they will never do unwarranted work! What work is required will be done in a timely and professional manner! THANK-YOU, Unzueta Team!

Excellent customer service has been my mechanic for over 15 years. Never had a complain and never had to worry about picking up my vehicle. They provided transportation for me. Anytime I needed it.
