Good work done quickly on short notice with superior service!!! On Monday before Thanksgiving my transmission stopped shifting while the car was in drive. I was recommended to Keith at Transmission Plus by another local repair shop with a five star rating. I thought for sure I would have to rent a car to get to Phoenix for Thanksgiving with my daughter but the work was finished by Wednesday. I cannot say enough about everyone I dealt with here from Keith to Barbie in the office to Pedro in the back.

Father and son team work together to try and upsell anything they can to squeeze more money out of you. So much so that it made me nervous that that they might even break something to say I needed it replaced. I finally had to put my foot down and tell them in no uncertain terms that I was there for an oil change and only an oil change. I will not be back!Service: Oil change

I was referred to Transmission Plus had an amazing experience taking my vehicle in. The owners and staff are super friendly and informative and Keith even took time out to further explain the issues in detail. Highly recommended and look forward to bringing my business to them!

First needs be i testify that the mechanics work extremely well together as a team! Very helpful and congenial and they did a great job for me!Yet the "money man", the one who creates the billing, if there ever was a "spoiled brat" he most certainly would seem to "fill the bill"! DON'T EVER AUTHORIZE WORK TO BE DONE UNTIL A WRITTEN ESTIMATE(s) IS RECEIVED!i was told $200.00 for a fuel injector, yet he declared the $200.00 was for the fuel injector part, not the job!So he charged me 200.00 for a part that i could purchase NEW for $110.00! And the bill was over $603.00.Yet i had received an estimate of less than 400.00(if the injector was on the driver side of the engine) when i was told previously that a fuel injector might be the cause of a problem i was having.And although there was a bad fuel injector, it was the catalytic converter that finally caused me to have the vehicle towed into the shop, for all of a sudden i could go no more than 30 mph because the exhaust system was plugged up!.Once again kudos for the mechanics! Excellent teamwork and very helpful!

Our clutch had packed it in & we picked this shop to replace it for us. Polite & professional mechanics worked on our car. Even tho we supplied the parts & the 1st clutch was the wrong one ( O' Reilly's fault ) we promptly got the correct clutch and the car was fixed in atimely fashion. Reasonable hourly rate, would definitely use them again if the need arises.SignedHappy winter visitor !

Keith the owner and his son Brent gave good sound advice. Being from out of town and in a jam, they did not try to take advantage of the situation. I can see why they came highly reccomended.

Transmission Plus made sure to give attention to detail with my service needs and also spoke with me about different service options that were available for what I needed and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost before any work was done. I would highly recommend them for vehicle A/C service.

Had transmission rebuilt at this business in April 2014 with a warranty of 1 Year or 12,000 miles. 3 days later transmission quit (approx. 1,200 miles). Phoned said business and he sent me to a transmission place near were I broke down. Had transmission replaced, as the rebuilt one was toast. Was told by the owner of Transmission Plus that I would be repayed the amount of the rebuilt as per warranty. After numerous phone calls & letters between April/14 to Feb./15, all I got was excuse,s after excuses, trying to get my warranty monies.Finally with weekly trips to the business I received all but $500.00 of my warranty monies and was told that was all he would pay. What a total RIPPOFF business.As a winter visitor I am not impressed and would not recommend this business to anyone.
