Excellent service and quality repairs! Flash personally built my transmission for my truck and when i had an engine go south they found me a low mileage motor and made sure it ran in top shape ! Adam there also installed exhaust on the truck that sounds amazing!

My transmission gave out on a thursday. After calling several places everyone told me it could be up to 2 to 3 weeks. I needed my truck to get to work since its my only vehicle. I thought i was going to have to rent a car for a few weeks. After calling Team Ramco and hearing my concerns they offered me one of their vehicles so i can go to work at no charge. What shop offeres you this. So i dropped off my truck at their shop on friday afternoon they called me on tuesday that my truck was ready. My truck rides great. Great repair shop. I've had them do transmission rebuilds on two cars some years ago. Did excellent job on both. This time it was my son's 1978 Corvette that needed work on the fuel system. It had been in storage for 3 years while he was deployed overseas with the Navy. They took the car in the same day I called. Will take a while to do the work (remove, clean and reinstall fuel tank. Flush fuel lines. Replace fuel pump. Rebuild carborator).

My 1956 T-Bird has always been sluggish from a stop position.Transmission lugged, seems like it was dragging at higher speeds, etc. Flash and his crew were able to solve multiple issues. 1. The wrong transmission fluid was used at some point. He updated the entire trans to modern standards so I can use any T-Fluid. 2. All seals were leaking oil and other fluids including from the motor and the rear Diff. All seals replaced and zero leaks. 3. I learned that a Ford-O-Matic transmission in a 56 T-Bird starts off in 2nd gear if you keep it in Drive at a start. By shifting to low at take off, then shift to D once you are moving, she eliminates all sluggishness! Team Ramco recently rebuilt the transmission and resealed the transfer case in my Jeep rock crawler. Flash and his team were super professional and completed the repairs quickly, despite it being a custom transmission build. Very pleased with their service.

Diagnosis was very good, no inside transmission repair needed, just wires bare causing intermittent shift problems. Other problems diagnosed and repaired, preventing major problems in the future. Thanks so much for your good service. Having a loaner helps, thanks so much.

They did a good job of installing a gear vender over drive and serviced the transmission also. I didn't know that the transmission needed additional work but it has 260000 miles on it. They did a clean job and washed the truck before I picked it up. Flash gave me a road trip and explained the difference operating modes.

Fantastic service and knowledgeable/professional staff. A bit on the expensive side but worth it for quality service. I was even able to use their loaner car for the day while the transmission fluid was being replaced. I will be going back for any future transmission related needs.

I must commend the owner of team. He has a dedicated crew from everyone from Trish to Adam to Matt other technicians that I've had the pleasure of working with on problems for my truck. Attention to customer concerns. Making recommendations were needed pointing out issues they additionally find above what the vehicle is there for. Having worked with them for the last 2 years rebuilding my truck I personally would recommend them. I will continue to come to the shop for repairs. I can't thank Team Ramco enough for the excellent work they just did on my 2001 Ford 150 Truck. I was expecting it to require major transmission repair, but it turned out to still be in good shape just needing an oil change. Despite being backed up, they were able to get my truck back to me in just a couple of days. They were also kind enough to give me a ride home and back even though I live across town. These guy's are awesome! This old truck has all kinds of problems with it, but first thing was the transmission. They did that and a tune up. She is running so good! Still have to do more work and will be going back to them to do the work! So far so Good!

We were traveling in our motorhome, towing a trailer with a car on it, with 2100 miles to go to reach home. We barely made it to Team Ramco with a failing transmission. They have a lot going on, but found a way to work us in. They hooked us up to power, gave us access to their restrooms and shower and wifi, and tried every way possible to be accommodating, including providing loaner vehicles during our stay. They found a nearby place where we could park our 26" trailer safely while the repair was being done. Due to the current world-wide supply chain issues and parts shortages, it took a few days and a weekend to get all the parts we needed. We appreciated being able to live in our RV in the meantime, and have a safe place for our trailer. This is the most hospitable shop I've ever encountered. Now, It is easy to give high marks when everything goes right, but the real measure of character is what happens when something goes wrong. So - there was a mistake in the re-build. It happens. But these guys were careful to test everything before signing off on their repair, and detected a problem. They worked fast to figure out what happened, confessed to their error, and worked hard to rebuild again, with new parts. I respect this honesty and effort to really get it right. The transmission performed flawlessly on my long trip home while towing a 7000lb trailer. I would trust my transmission repair to them again for sure.Service: Transmission

I paid them 7,000 to have them work on my truck and they replaced differentials . it broke down i went back for the warrany and they told me it was something else and the warrant only covered the work they did . they charged me 700 more dolllars to fix the new issue it had that supposly had nothing to do with the work they did (yeah right )when they were finished they told me it was ready and i did not even make it down the st from the shop and my truck wouldnt go over 40 mph .too make things worst on the new reciept that they gave me it CLEARLY STATED team tamco is not responsible for any issues once it leave this property and sure enough my car wouldnt even go over 40 mph .I feel like they were very dishonest and should appreciate us local customers supporing local business instead of going to the dealership ect .Next time they cant do a job they should just be honest and let me know before charging me 7,700 and stealing peoples money !!!Service: Transmission

Had a smashed drive line and exhaust system. Flash and his crew did a great job fixing both. Loaned me a vehicle and even washed my truck. Very professional competent service. HONEST FAMILY FRIENDLY MECHANIC SHOP!!!My Van broke down and I called a few different places and everyone recommended this shop. My family and I were happy to see that the lounge was kid friendly which made it easy to wait for a diagnosis on the vehicle. I met Flash who is the owner and he literally did everything he could to get us back on the road. He took time to explain everything that needed to be done to fix the van and he even showed us a great food truck to eat at while we waited. We were on our way to see family for Christmas in San Diego and had we stopped anywhere else to get the van fixed we probably would ve canceled our trip. Thanks to Flash and his team we got back on the road and made it to San Diego for Christmas. Truly a miracle!!!Thanks team Ramco!!!

Flash and the crew are awesome! I took my 2011 Mercedes E350 Diesel there thinking I was going to have a transmission issue. On the same day Flash called told me it had nothing to do with the transmission. I live in El Centro about 70 miles away. He took my car to another shop in town that works on Mercedes and BMW's. A week later a sensor was replaced and price to get it done was a fraction of what it could have been if it was a transmission issue. I highly recommend. They go out of their way to help clients.

I wanted to let everyone know that I would absolutely recommend Flash and His team to anyone in need of work on their transmission . Excellent customer service and great work. Estimate was done quickly and sent in to my finance company by the date they said it would be. They were very attentive and eager to work with me . Like family. Great team of experienced guys! Outstanding customer service. Flash made sure I was comfortable while they worked on my rig and kept me informed of every step of the process. Bear gave me a great tutorial to increase my understanding of the internal parts & what had to be done & why. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back.

These folks are the best. We are full time RV'ers with two dogs and a bird. We were dead in the water. Even though they were extremely busy, they managed to squeeze us in. Let us stay in our home while they were working on it.They were very thorough and let us know what they were doing at all times. We didn't have a transmission problem, but they got us fixed and back on the road. Can't say enough good things about all of them! Thanks, everyone at Team Ramco!

I am a British tourist in an old ford RV travelling round. I broke down with an electrical fault and was taken here by a local. Flash and the team looked after me and I had to stay in the yard overnight. They found the fault and rewired me.Great work and at a competative price. The only down side was the grumpy old man in the office. He knew everything but told you nothing. He even drove my RV less than 2ft and damaged the backend. Still every great positive needs a negative to make a connection. Thanks to Flash and his team again for looking after a stranded tourist.

Had to stop by here in a pinch and Flash and the team diagnosed my transmission and it was shot. He personally contacted the dealer and discovered it was under warranty. So instead of making $5k for himself, he sent me to the dealer and I got it replaced for free. Exceptional integrity is hard to find in business, Team Ramco has it in spades.

These guys are great. Helpful and honest. I have used them a few times and will use them again. In fact, this last time, I brought my transmission from Bisbee, AZ because I know my transmission will get rebuilt right and the price will be fair.

Best transmission business in Yuma. A very honest man, Flash, owns & operates it with a heart of gold. Ask for him or Stu, he manages the business. They are both awesome people to work with. They'll treat you right. Only place I'd take my vehicle for ANY WORK!!

I took my truck to Team Ramco thinking my transmission was going out in my 4WD truck. A little later that day the owner called me to let me know that it wasn't my tranny, my engine ended up needing to have a tune up. Yes they could have sold me a new tranny but they didn't . They fixed the issue which i took it t a couple of shops in town and they all said it was my tranny. Thank you Flash for being a HONEST business man.

The team at Ramco were greatI worked with the owner flash he was very knowledgeable about transmission and the service was great. Transmission service is not cheap however the quality of work was worth every penny.
