Don t come here!! We are currently stranded in their parking lot because the call center representatives said we could use the family membership card but we can t. They also said they had our tires in stock with a $200 discount. Not only were those tires not in stock, the guy at the store said they didn t even exist. We called to talk to two different people because our spare is bad and we knew we wouldn t make it back home on these tires. The people at the store said the call center frequently relays incorrect information, as if that s acceptable. Definitely look elsewhere if you re in a bind. Bait and switch.

Had a nail in one tire (pro-rated warranty)and wanted a balance/rotation but they didnt check 2 others (had 24 & 27lbs) and had to add air on the way home. I guess you have to ask them to check the air in ALL the tires before you leave?

Came here to get my tire patched, ended up being at Sam's for almost 5 HOURS. Just to patch a tire 2 and a half HOURS and for them to switch my spare another 2 HOURS. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The whole time treating me like I'm an annoyance to them. Guess what bud, it's not my problem you're under staffed. It's not like I'm asking for you to put on 4 new tires. You guys ruined sams club for me hands down.

I replaced my tires here, they where very professional in the way they treated my vehicle, listened to my concerns and excellent Craftsmen with their tools and in the installation of my tires.they made me glad I spent my money with them.
