I broke hard at Glamis. These guys reached out through a Facebook group that they were on-site and had all the parts to get me back in the dunes. They did not charge the "glsmis prices". Trip savers for sure!!

We are from Austin,TX and at the Buttercup Ranger station riding the dunes for Thanksgiving. We had a couple of parts break on our RZR 1000, one of which was the springs in rear shocks. The RZR Werks team was amazing, very knowledgeable, helped complete the repairs quickly. Great customer service. Highly recommend this company. Also appreciate their remote parts inventory at the Dunes!

I am a novice to the RZR world. Dean and I assume his wife was nothing short of amazing. I just want to be safe at the moment, so no performance upgrades just yet. I am very pleased with the amount of information, recommendations and etc. that I was provided. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being over sold on products. I was simply offered multiple solutions, and I chose based on safety and my wallet. It'll be kind of hard to go elsewhere after that kind of customer service.

Family run business willing to help willing to work. Great people trustworthy. Also lotta things you don t find anymore. didn t know me from Adam drove all the way from Seattle with a broke car they took care of us really nice people

Been taking my X3 to Dean since new for service/ repair going on 5years. Currently not starting no power and went in to the shop (not over the phone) for possible helpful advice. Very rudely doesn t even greet, the lady said she was not going to stop any technician to advice me anything. Her advice was find a buddy push it on a trailer and bring it. I Went to 928 Motorsports, extremely polite and respectful showed me on a x3 on-site where to possibly diagnose the problem took less than 5 minutes. The lady at RZR werks always has a nasty un welcoming attitude but Dean is a helpful sincere guy but I will no further recommend or take my SXS to RZR werks.

I really hate to leave a bad review. However, as a business, they handled my situation completely the wrong wayI called roughly a month ago to get a quote for my RZR with a bad bottom end. I bought it this way already with engine removed. I am completely understanding with pricing and such given the state that it s in.I talked to a representative here and he said no worries about the current state. Not a big deal. No core charge, nothing. I was very shocked and pleased to hear this. He also told me to just drop it off with every bolt and part I have that s removed and they will get it taken care of with a brand new engine for $5k. I was blown away by the price. I explained the situation again just to clarify he completely understood. Again, he said no problem. Just to bring it by with everything I have once again. I asked him how long do I have for this deal? I d like to get this to you guys by the end of the month - august . He told me yeah we can still honor it till then but not further than that. GREAT ! I was extremely happy to get this RZR finally runningI called again 2 weeks later (going into the month of august) and had a few questions before dropping it off. The lady answering the phone asked if I got a name. I did not. She gave the phone to another tech. He said yeah we know exactly who you are referring to. He s not here right now but I will call you back regarding that quote once we speak to him . Though, he did say his boss remembers that conversation between me and the other technician.Next day, nothing. I called the day after. I talked to the same lady answering the phone. She told me I will be speaking with Jake for now on. However, he s on vacation and won t be back for a week.I called back the next week. I spoke to the same lady and she put me on hold for 17 minutes and hung up. At this point, I get the feeling that something isn t right and they re avoiding me. I called back. She handed the phone to Jake. Jake just told me yeah we can t do that. The engine alone is $5.5k . Gave me 0 explanation of someone from the shop giving me some bogus quote nor seemed to care that they just wasted my time. I didn t care to even move forward with anything given the events.The thing is, if they knew that they messed up, why not just be upfront with me from the get go? I m not looking for anything more than honesty. It s a waste of my time that i could ve been set on another place or another solution to get my RZR squared away. Instead, they strung me along for weeks. All just to tell me yeah no that s not happening after a representative told me otherwise? AND apparently the boss was there while the conversation occurred?? That being said, I sure as hell won t ever come back here for anything else

I am so glad I found this place, I have a new to me RZR and everyone there is so helpful. They are the best at trying to help me customize my RZR and great deals and prices are great, I choose to purchase local, not Amazon... The other day I bought a chase light and Shannon was putting one on a RZR in the shop and went out of his way to show me how it looked. Thank You to everyone at RZR Werks. Love Dean fast service and reliable, told It'll be ready at 2 and it was, it was a simple job mount some wheels but he got it done same day in and out, would definitely recommend and will comeback for sure for all my future Rzr needs

We bring both our UTVs here. (Honda Pioneer and Talon) won't take them anywhere else in town. They are great about answering questions with no BS and getting the job done right the first time.

We recently had repairs done on our Yamaha Wolverine. The prices were very fair and reasonable. They were able to get the part and work done quickly. Other shops in the area were not as willing and cost was higher. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Thanks Rzr Werks!

Let me tell you about my experience with this shop... hands down AMAZING!!! We cannot thank you enough RZR Werks!! My husband and I and 4 other friends are traveling the Peace Trail and started in Bullhead City, and passing through Yuma. We were on day 3 of our 7 day trip and our ride broke down- we contacted RZR Werks and they got us in right away, had the parts in stock- and put us back together again! They are kind and nice and deserve 5+ stars!!!! I love supporting local businesses and they definitely got our vote! We will visit them again and we will make sure to refer anyone we know to check them out! Great people all the way around! Thank you again RZR Werks!!

Great products and service. Dean will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and a satisfied customer. He has put together for me both a Turbo RZR and now he is working on a 2018 Can Am. New spring are on order for the Can Am from RZR Werks, so excited to see how the new suspension is going to come out.

Friendly and good customer service. I ordered a small part for my 2019 Yamaha YXZ1000r SS SE, which Liberty Motorsports were unable or unwilling to do. Who knows?RZR even called me when the part arrived.Will be spending my money here in the future.

I recommend RZR Werks to everyone i know! The staff are so friendly and willing to find you the eight parts for your build! They offer such competitive pricing and the quality of work is top notch. They also do insurance so need a repair you can trust they ll fix it right the first time!

Very friendly staff. Dean is the man with the plan! Came in looking for a very hard to find part and since they didn t have it, Dean fixed the part I had and it was as good as new! I m very happy to know we have an amazing shop lIke RZR Werks to help us with all of our side by sides needs!

I would like to let everyone know how honest these people are, we took our SXS to them with clutch issues. They checked the machine out and found no issue. They could have charged us for a new clutch and we would have never know the difference. Thanks again for your honesty!!

RZR Werks LLC Yuma Arizona is by far the most professional shop I've done business with. As a former machinist I pay attention to details and so dose Dean at RZR Werks. The best parts and the best installation. If you ride hard in the dunes and race UTV like I do. RZR Werks is the shop for you!

If you want a recable company who does what they say. I would highly recommend RZR Werks. Not only do they assist with out of packet work they also do Insurance work. They stand by the products they sell and the Staff is amazing. One thing I love is they are Family owned and Operated. The facility is cleaned and always well stocked. They go above and beyond always for their customers.

The only place open on Monday and knows what there doing. Bought some parts for my rzr clutch and they were nice enough to install for free. Also asked the owner a bunch of question and he took the time to answer them all even though he was really busy. I highly recommend this place from the 2 guys and old man!

Hands down best and most knowledgeable shop for your side by side needs! I moved from Las Vegas worried I wouldn t find a good shop here in Yuma, and to be honest this shop is better then any shop I found in Vegas. Dean goes the extra mile on whatever you bring him! The service is always professional and honest, I highly recommend this shop you won t be disappointed.

Honest and friendly. Full service shop that will not try to screw you. Ive been there a few times. Once for a full custom ride and once for a tune up on my wifes RZR. I will and do recommend them to anyone i know. Thanks RZR WERKS!

RZRWERKS is a premier UTV shop dedicated to servicing all late model UTV s. A small family operated enterprise with excellent customer service and technical knowledge. I first visited the shop last year when I first purchased a Polaris XP Turbo; Dean spent over an hour explaining how to properly setup my suspension without once trying to push a sale. RZRWERKS has an great selection of products from proven vendors and will help you select the right product for your UTV needs. Competitive prices and excellent workmanship, RZRWERKS is at the top of my list for anything UTV related.

RZRWERKS LLC is the only shop in the area that specializes in UTV's, and it really shows. Not only does Dean have years and years of offroading/performance knowledge to run a quality shop, but he is always willing to share his knowledge and help you achieve your goal in anyway possible! If you are looking for an overall quality experience, RZRWERKS is the place to go. I wouldn't trust my toys anywhere else. Now go shred!

RZR WERKS is best in Yuma.. They have tons of stiff in Stock and Labor Rate is fair..Why go somewhere else, As Dean and his Staff have you Covered right the first time....
