One star for the service desk.Had to pry the gum strip out of the service writers hand to get my 2020 Peterbilt checked in for a leaky heater coil. We were told to park and wait for someone to come get the odometer. 2+ hours later, nobody made an effort just to do the intake for a truck.Watched a YouTube video on replacement. Went to the Parts desk. They had 2 on the shelf. Drove to Love's and changed it out in the parking lot in under an hour.On the long run, PACCAR got paid, service department didn't/ won't get my business just on merit for a 2 hour job. We lose $1500 a day in revenue everyday we sit idle. Non-motivated desk dwellers are costing this franchise business, money, and reputation.

Great staff. Just bought a part for the truck Cummins of course does Kenworth dealers are fewer and further between I kind of noticed.

I had a truck that needed body work. The truck has been at the location for 115 days and the work is not done. I got an estimate to get the truck repaired which was around $8k dollars. After 80 days they called to ask me if I wanted the new bumper painted to match the truck. I mean if you get an estimate to get a truck repaired it should include paint. I was told it would be more money to have the parts painted which I agreed to for some reason. I get emails with promise dates for the repairs to be completed and it just keeps getting pushed out. This has been the worst service. I will never send a truck back to this shop for anything. I now have over $7k in rental fees plus the repair bill. What a joke.

Had a great experience with Robert at the parts counter.I returned a returnable part, no problem.He also helped me with the ac fan cut off switch and ac pressure sensor.Very polite and professional.Gabriel is great in service as well.Thanks for getting me on the road again in a timely manner, and a great price.

Jim in Service has been a pleasure to work with. They got all repairs completed in a timely manner, they were willing to work with us on our invoice (some confusion mostly). Best of all, I have confidence in their repairs. I would recommend them, and if the need arises again, we won't hesitate to bring our equipment in here for service! Staff at Rush, please forward this to your technician (s) who made the repairs and let them know they are appreciated as well!

It was an appointment made a week ahead of time the truck arrived on the date of its appointment it is now four days past the point of its appointment completion and they still have the truck you have to call three or four times to get ahold of the service department to find out that the work is not started or been completed yet

Outstanding! Saved my rear for sure. Was down with a full load on a tight schedule and they got me back up and running with a quickness, on a Saturday no less. Can t say enough, true class.

I went by there today ( 4/27/20). I asked for replacement yoke nut for my old truck . The guy asked for transmission, I replied Eaton 10 speed. He came back and gave me a nut that the threads were obviously not the same and rudely said " that is all I have for an Eaton . So I asked if he had a spline to compare the thread sizes and flat out ignored me. If the information is not right at there finger tips on the computer then they could care less. They were to busy watching MMA fights on the computer.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars! I brought my truck in with two problems. They failed to fix one of the problems even though they said they did. While it was there, they updated my ECM. They screwed that up so badly that my DPF system got screwed up and my truck couldn't do a regen! I ended up with four more days of down time while another shop fixed the problems they caused! Do not use this shop!

Horrible service waited in line for 45 minutes while the guys were in the back carrying on! I recommend going elsewhere!

Took our truck in on Tuesday for a simple repair, it is now Friday and still no truck, that means no paycheck. If we aren't running we aren't being paid.

So difficult to get them to answer the phone in parts and the parts guys in front are rude and sometimes act like they dont see me standing there before they start to help me

Tried calling Service numorious times to get status of my truck no answer text message no answer never did like Rush and now this just tells me never go to one

They changed my transmission fluid and DID NOT fill it back up! I had to add 11 quarts to fill it back up. Do not take your truck here.

because not like huge city rush truck centers, peterbuilt' here they show they care about the drivers, the work is fast and done right, other places they are slow and work is horrible.
