Had some fiberglass body damage on my motorhome and reached out to Robert s. Went to the shop and talked to Jen in the office. She called Robert and he came to the shop in 15 minutes. Showed him the pictures I took of the damage. He suggested for him to come by my house to personally look at the damage. He gave me a quote and I took the motorhome to the shop the next day. He had it a week and I was completely shocked at the fantastic results. It was beautiful. I have dealt with Robert s for RV washing and was impressed with them then. If there is body work on your RV I would highly recommend Robert s. Every person I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Hats off to Robert and crew.

We took our Motorhome to Robert s to have some areas were the clear coat was peeling repaired. They did an outstanding job with great customer service that is so hard to find these days. Not only did they make our 20 year coach look new, they did it at a price that didn t feel like they were gouging me. The entire staff was great to work with and just all around good people. I would not hesitate to recommend them or go back with other vehicles.Service: Body & Trim

Our RV was damaged by another vehicle. The right front corner had a lot of damage which bent some of the sheet metal along the right side. Also, the water heater cover was damaged. Robert was able to get the sheet metal parts and repair the structure of the corner. They replaced the right front stabilizer jack as well. We re pleased with the outcome and recommend them for repair work on RVs.

Had Roberts wash and wax my 5th wheel. Did a pretty good job with that but found some damage on roof. Roberts came out and looked at new roof and said that I needed to completely replace the roof. Had second opinion and was you d the roof did not need replaced but could be fixed saving about $10000.

We had Robert's out to wash and hand wax our motor home. They did an excellent job! On time. They sent 3 guys and it was done in a little less than 2 hours. I have them back today to wash/wax the truck. Will use them again if we're in Yuma!

Talk about leaning over backward to please the customer! I really can't recall any business, (truly!), that worked so hard to adjust their resources to meet our needs. The staff showed an integral spirit of collaboration and the owner was intimately involved to understand our needs a respond with exceptional craftsmanship to meet our expectations... on time and on budget.Briefly our RV needed a facelift and maintenance after alot of driving.Deglazing, New paint, sealing outside seams, fixing dents... and then coordinating an oil change and repairing a slide out. Work performed was phenomenal. The rig looked sharper than when it rolled out of the factory. Can't say enough about Robert and his team. We are grateful beyond words! Above and beyond at every step!Service: Body & Trim

MY OPINION ONLY...Your mileage may vary: We used them last year and were happy. They recommended we cutwax/wax our RV. i saw them in our park on a Friday PM and asked them to come. They said they would be there Monday AM. The following Friday 4 PM, i called them. They said they would come right away. I asked them to come next week as i didn't think 1 hour was enough time to wash/cutwax/wax a 34 footer. They said they would come Tuesday AM. At 8 AM they arrived, at 9 AM they knocked on the door asking for payment. Really? i inspected, there was dirt on all the ledges, big spots where wax had been applied, but not buffed. They did NOT in any extent of imagination cut wax. I paid them $30 less than the quoted price, the owner had the audacity to call and ask for the last $30, said i couldn't just pay whatever i wanted, he had quoted be $X. i said the job quoted was not the job done and he could sue me for the last $30. EVERYBODY i have talked to in the park said i shouldn't have paid even 1/2 as much as i did. We will never use this company again. We called somebody else, they came, did a GREAT job, and for less than Roberts had quoted in the first place.and by the way, their posted response to this review is NOT accurate. Implication is that i hung up on them. i told them that they were not welcome back, they should have done the job right in the first place. When they started to insist and argue, i told them that this was the end of the conversation and they and i said goodbye. that was the end of the phone call, a mutual goodbye.

This is the 2nd time we took our coach to Robert's for small outside repair work. As before, he and his crew did a great job fixing our crack(s) and hole. The finished job is wonderful and you can't tell at all the defects were ever there. We're very selective where we have any work done on our RV which is why we drove 3 hours back to Robert's shop in Yuma.

I have used Roberts R/V Wash for several years and found every crew to be hard working honest and true to their word. They do a great job for a fair price. They are my go to when I need my R/V washed and hand waxed.

We had a basic wash which included, roof, windows and tires done. They were on time, did a great job, just didnt ask us about doing the tires on side we forgot to take covers off, but other than that everything was fine. they do charge 5% fee for cc which wasnt mentioned when I asked about using a CC, but no big deal.

Roberts did a fantastic job last year washing our RV.This year, one of their workers in the mobile vans quoted me for the wash of truck and RV, but when I scheduled the wash, the price doubled! After a few minutes, they lowered the price, but still nowhere near the original quote.I will be finding another RV wash service moving forward as Roberts has lost my trust.

Warning... Had Robert's RV Wash, wash, wax and buff my Motorhome. They left swirl marks all over my motorhome and blamed it on the fiberglass. They used dirty pads, and not orbital buffers and ruined the finish and it looks worse now then when they started. Tried to get him to buff out all the swirl marks and he refused, just gave me half my money back but it's probably going to cost me 2 or 3 times that amount to get my motorhome fixed. 2 guys got up on the roof to wash it and now you can see where all the cross braces are, it wasn't that way when I inspected roof in Kansas City. Please don't let them trash your RV

We had a scratch/dent in our motorhome fiberglass door and Robert came to our RV park and gave us a fair quote. The gentleman who does the fiberglass repair came to our site and did an excellent job and the painting after it was flawless. We also had a big dent in our car and took it to his shop. It was done early the next day and again the repair and paint was very professional. We chose Robert's shop because friends of ours also had work done and they were very pleased.

Crew didn't do what we ordered and paid for but when we called the owner he made it right by offering a do over next season. Integrity and good business is rare these days.

I damaged my motorhome. It is a 35+ year old classic bus built in steel. Body parts are not available and everything had to be straightened and reused. The finished job is not perfect, but given what they had to work with it is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend Roberts.

Great bid price and on time both days. Buffed out some bad gelcoat oxidation and finished off with great Maguire wax. The old A class looks like new again. Thanks Robert, keep up the great work!

I have used Robert's for the last years at a couple of times a year I called for a washjob and was told they would be out that afternoon . I HAD to call to see if they were coming. They showed about 5 30 pm and said they had equipment problems and they would be back in the morning. Never showed up. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Just don t. Worst place to get paint job. It took us four attempts to get a clear coat on a small area of the RV. There were drips and things stuck to the RV. A month later and we still are finding things that are wrong. They are good at hustling your business, but the follow through is horrible.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
