Worked here for a week. I loved the staff immediately. The attention and service that was given to the clients was exceptional. Unfortunately for me, I have a huge allergy to the sun and could not stay employed without jeopardizing my health. I would definitely select Rising Star to have work done to my Jeep if the need ever presented itself.

Had an insurance claim and chose Rising Star to handle my claim. I was very satisfied with their service. Doug was great to work with, gave me all the information I needed to proceed with my claim and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Entire experience was great , my vehicle was ready within 2 days . Doug and the girls were wonderful at the front ! They kept me updated the whole time about my vehicle & even gave me Information on how to maintain my paint .I was very happy overall !

Was very happy with the results! Excellent work, Doug explained everything they were doing to my car throughly and let me know weekly how the repairs were going. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a job done right the first time!

Unfortunately, Doug did not include all the damage on the claim and when I pointed it out he said show me how the door could of caused this after the door was fixed if he had asked that when it still had the damaged door I could have showed him anyways I told him to contact the insurance and he did but he told them that it wasn't part of the accident I won't be using them agai since they don't do there job well he also took way longer then what he had said. Rising Star was one of three body shops approved by my insurance company (USAA). Since it was the only one with no negative comments on line I chose it. The people in the office are easy to work with. Since they are also approved by the insurance of the guy who hit me (State Farm) I didn't have to worry about paperwork or payment - Rising Star billed it directly to State Farm. They promised to complete the work in three days but had it ready in two and a half. The repair is very well done with excellent color match. Even though we have had the car back for only a day the written warranty gives me confidence that any problems will be taken care of.Now that I have published this review I see that there were negative reviews that I missed - happy I didn't see them because I would have missed out on an excellent repair.

One of my customers took a vehicle to this shop and they did an absolute horrible job finishing the paint. I took photos, made a video and will be reporting them to the Better business bureau. There were sanding marks everywhere, paint burned off from a buffer, scratches and drag marks from a cord. The customer had to pay me twice to fix it which is pathetic on the body shop for not taking care of this. Someone at this place needs a class on how to finish paint.

*This experience was from 2004.I was involved in a collision in January '04 when another driver ran a stop sign and hit my vehicle. My insurance company recommended having my vehicle towed to this place because they had an agreement with them. My vehicle was only 6 months old and its value at the time was about $13,000. The adjusters from both insurance companies estimated the car could be fixed for about $8,500. Rising Star was adamant that they could fix this car for that amount and estimated it would be done within 30 days. I kept checking in and the owner kept giving excuses as to why my car wasn't ready. Some of the excuses I heard were parts were out of stock or the wrong part was ordered and/or sent to them. In the end, I received my car back 4 1/2 months later with a new bill for the insurance company for $11,700. To top it off, they stole the original screw that holds the spare in my trunk. When I asked about it, they replaced it with an old rusted one. The insurance company asked why it wasn't just totaled at that point. I couldn't answer. I was also left with an additional $3,000 bill from Enterprise Rent a Car because the insurance company only accommodated for a 30 day rental. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND going somewhere else.

Do not bring your vehicle here. Our car was absolutely butchered. They tried to put Nissan parts on an Infiniti and pass it off but we were able to see what they did. After putting the correct parts on, the body lines are still off and the paint job is not up to par. The only redeeming factor is the gentleman that owns the place is courteous and polite.

Shop repaired my car and when I followed up with issues they said they would contact me back. I followed up was told they are backed up and will call me back. Still no response and going on 2 years.

Had a couple of concerns with the work when it was finished.....was kinda frustrated but the owner was courteous and efficient in fixing the problems....he was quick to fix the problems so I would recommend his shop to anyone who wants great quality work....one of the best body shops in town....Art Lakey

Mr Doug Richey and staff were excellent from start to finish. Estimate would be for 3 days to fix my problem...finished in 2 days. Paint matches 100%. Cant even tell work was ever done !!! God bless and many thanks now i know where to go if ever........Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great job on my little VW LadyBug no matter where I go I get compliments on it because it looks like a Ladybug.They do their best to keep the customer informed and satisfied and will make the customer happy with their vehicle.

Wow, please read the other reviews, and stay away. Seems the owner thinks charm will win out over quality, but I can't drive charm. If I had to put a headline on this it would be 'Excuses'. I could go on with details but really why risk it? Go somewhere safe.

When someone hit me in 2015, their insurance sent me to Rising Star. They were so nice and easy to work with. They did a quality job and were upfront about everything.
