The owner responded to my review and slandered me for commenting that I m a widow of a veteran, that I m looking for sympathy. Far from that I mentioned it because I believed that veterans hold themselves to a higher standard.Rico s had no issues spending money in my name so saying he never dealt with me isn t exactly true. I ve yet to receive any receipts from Rico s for the money I spent, thank God for my credit card statements.I see here the owner identifies as a veteran, I m the widow of a veteran. My late husband served in desert storm so this is how you treat veterans wives. That was my rant!Had our Beetle ( my fianc� and I ) over 3 months my fianc� kept asking for it back and being told another week and another week, finally had to threaten to sue and finally we re able to get the car back took it to a reputable repair shop only to find out that all the parts that I had paid for that have been put on the car were destroyed, and the car is no longer of any use the car is now no good. I see why they kept putting us off to give back the car, it was trashed! I wouldn t take my Bicycle to this place. The owner has the nerve now to laugh and say oh the car is a piece of junk. Well yeah it s a piece of junk because you have made it a piece of junk. Over 4500.00 so far this has ended up costing us not to mention the fact that we had to go out and buy a different car to replace the one Rico s messed up. As you can see by reading Rico s responses to his reviews he blames the customer rather than taking responsibility for his own mistakes.

We own a small Mobile business, and late after work, our breaks started grinding badly. We were booked with appointments. There's no way to cancel and reschedule clients. I called Rigos, and the owner was a God send. He made arrangements so we could bring the truck in and got it done before our 1st client. He has made loyal clients of us not only for our business but also our personal cars. 100% recommended he's affordable, honest, and professional.

I had an issue with my car not starting. Called Rigo and he came to my work. When he got there the car started!. He still checked everything and told me what was wrong with it. He did not charge me for the diagnosis. This mechanic seems trustworthy and I highly recommend!

Rigo has always done amazing work, very patient, and very understanding of everyone s different financial situations!! I wish more local shops ran their shops like him!! He communicates throughout the entire process, sends many pictures and videos, and even saves the old parts so we can see what was changed and why. I m guessing all the bad reviews are from customers who cry when they don t get their way give them a try and I promise you won t be disappointed

When our car wouldn't start, Rigo came to our home to take a look. He let me watch while he did his diagnostic, and showed me all the things he felt needed to be replaced/fixed and why. I really felt like he was trying to educate me to make the most informed decision! He let me ask lots of questions and didn't seem annoyed or in a hurry. My husband and I both felt that he was honest, respectful, easy to talk to, and fair in his prices. He even went the extra mile to fix a door handle he noticed was broken. 10/10 would recommend his services!

He worked on my BMW and fixed a problem that two other import shops couldn t figure out!! Even the dealership in Phoenix had it for 2 weeks and couldn t figure it out!! This man is honest, courteous, and very patient to women customers!! He makes me feel heard and doesn t pressure me to buy anything I don t need!!

Mr. Rigo was kind enough to dismantle my vehicle, tell me 1 screw is missing, then run away, with my cash without telling me which 1.Good luck.For half the price, his competition fixed everything and agreed Rigo is not worth 1 screw.

This guy is a horrible mechanic do not go to him gave him 2500 he said he could fix my car had it for 3 months. Had to threaten to assume to get my car back he gave my car back had to have it towed out when I drove it in towed to another mechanic. Cost me $1,000 to find out within 1 hour he had ruined my engine. He laughed when I told him send him the video he laughed he said it was my fault he's a total loser people run run do not use this guy spread the word help people not to get screwed over like me.

We were shopping in Yuma late Friday afternoon We pulled into a parking lot and our F350 locked up. The shifter would not move and it would not start. We got a tow from Mike at Alexander Towing, who went out of his way to help us find a mechanic that was still open. Rigo looked at our vehicle right away and got it fixed so we could get back on the road to Quartzsite. Rigo is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend his auto mechanic service.

Very professional and got my 09 VW GTI started after being parked for a few years and gone through a few other "mobile" mechanics. I was happy when he pulled up and didn't bring his wife or girlfriend along, had I seen that I would have told him to kick rocks. But he was good and wasn't going to let the car beat him. Thankful for this young man, I will recommend and also use him again in the future! Thank you.

Had a great experience with them. They were so on point. Car broke down in Yuma on our way home to San Diego. David and his crew were able to change the alternator in an hour and half to have us back on the road to go home. Very reasonable price. AAA had referred us to another mechanic that could not give us an estimate on when they could even get around to looking at the car. We decided to take a chance and try these guys,and we are so happy we did. I would highly recommend them. Family owned business everyone was very kind and professional and efficient. They have the mobile business,but also have a shop. We opted to have the car towed to the shop . One of the workers even gave my husband a ride back to the hotel free of charge. If they were in San Diego I would definitely go to them for all my car repairs.

Rigo's Mechanics is high quality, well-organized and understanding. I felt understood and cared for. My car will always be treated with the highest standard thanks to this business. He made sure my car is not only fixed but clean as well. He talks to everyone with equal respect and intellect. I needed extreme work on my car. My car means the world to me and has always been loyal. A full timing rebuild, a new camshaft, water pump etc, and then made sure to check my transmission and AC to ensure they are all properly maintained and got my car detailed inside and out.A Big Thank You to Rigo and his family!In Addition: I have once again been blown away by Rigo and his employee Nathan. I had a personal vehicle of mine that was in need of major repairs. I am extremely emotionally attached to my vehicle and all the memories tied to it. Nathan who worked on my vehicle treated me and my car like family. I needed a head gasket job and an array of other parts and labor. Nathan was clear with everything that had to be done and honest. He explained things to me that I had a hard time understanding and made sure I was comfortable the entirety of the extensive process. I had car issues at the algodones border I called rigo and he was there to help me out at the time he said he would be there and he got my car back on the road so I could head back to Phoenix. Also he texted me later making sure we made it back home. I highly recommend him.

Rigo is an honest friendly mechanic. He knows what he is doing. Really good on labor and will help you get the part you need. Needed my alternator fixed and he came had the part and put it in in less than an hour. Will use him to fix my cars any time. He is busy so if he don't answer right away text him he will respond. Thanks Rigo.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rigo s Mobile Mechanics!! Fixed our A/C!!! For years we took our car to multiple mechanics and the dealership to get our A/C fixed but it wouldn t last. Within a week it was back to blowing hot air. So every summer we only use that car in the early morning or night. Because during the day we would roast with no A/C. We DREAD summer months because another summer with no A/C. But we took a chance again and decided to try and get it fixed. Thank God for Rigo! I reached out to him and a few days later he traveled to me and towed my car from Calipatria to Yuma. Right away he diagnosed the car and got to work. He updated us throughout the entire process with photos and videos. Very honest and informative of pricing. He even fixed the door handle (it wouldn t open from the outside) and had the car detailed before we got it back. I can t recommend him enough!! Thank you so much!!Service: Air conditioning

Our car blew the water pump outside of Yuma on a Sunday afternoon , we had it towed to Rigo s repair shop and he gave us a great quote with a service completion time of the next day which he met , additionally he had a coworker drive us to a grey hound station which ended up nonexistent and then to a hotel , all of which ended up taking over an hour in drive time and the coworker was very pleasant about the whole experience , the work performed was excellent and we are thankful for the quick assistance and response time , I highly recommend anyone in the area contact Rigo for any maintenance or repairs on their vehicle

Rigo knows what he is doing! I ve taken my car to different shops for work. In this case, I took my car to Rigo for a general inspection, oil change, etc.. Because my car is older (2012) there were a few little noises that I also thought might be good to check out. There were a few general wear and tear issues that he took care of. He also found something that needed to be replaced that was supposed to have been done a few months prior. Back in February I had my control arms replaced by another shop and Rigo found something they should ve taken care of but didn t. I can t remember the exact name of the part but it definitely should ve been included in that job. Thankfully, he found it. My car is running great and I m never taking my car anywhere else! Thank you so much, Rigo!

I was having a problem with my a/c. I went and called 3 different places before I called Rigo. He came right away. And gave me the best price. Put in my compressor and I had a/c again. This guy came to my address, diagnosed the problem with my vehicle, I paid him $80 he said he was going to try and find the part needed. He never came back or even bother to call me back. I called him the next day and he didn't answer. Instead he texted me frustrated by my call. He's not professional at all, after reading the reviews he has scammed other people as well. I wouldn't recommend his business. He has a nasty attitude and I only gave him one star because there isn't a zero star option.

My brakes making loud grinding noises two days before my trip to Phoenix. Rigo came to my work to inspect/diagnose my car the next day. The following day I dropped off my car at his place and he was able to get it fix it by the time I got off work. I made it to Phoenix and back in one piece. My brakes haven't made a single noise since then and charged me a very reasonable price for labor and parts. I plan on going to Rigo's for all of my future car needs.
