I'm don't usually write reviews. I just don't have the time. I feel obligated in this case because both Patrick & Garret were exceptionally polite & helpful. Due to a minor combination of mis information & misunderstanding, I went home with a part I could not make use of. They made time & had the patience to listen to my issues with the product. Then they went above & beyond to make things right. In my opinion, this level of professionalism is uncommon these days. Huge thanks to these folks for maintaining high a level of it. I recently had a back tail gate glass get broken. So I went to reliable auto and they had excellent customer service and care. They even had my replacement by morning saving me over $500... no joke. Thank you to all at RELIABLE AUTO PARTS IN YUMA.Oh the owner even carried the glass out and helped on putting it in. Way above all. Thanks again.

They were a little busy as to be expected from a successful business but had some very comfortable custom corvette lounge chairs to sit in why they looked up my air box and radioed the ground man to remove it then my sales guy blew it off and wiped it up for me all for the low price I was quoted over the phone . So I'd highly recommend them. They also had a good supply of used batteries by front door.

I am a technician and take on a lot of engine replacement jobs. I have probably bought over 5 engines 1 f250 front axle (04-05 coil swap) from this place. All have looked nice and clean and prepped. Some of them look almost like a new refurbished engine.All have compression tested how they should. All have been absolutely great. Prices can be a little high but sometimes it makes sense to pay the extra money to get parts from them. Always a great experience

This is great place to find most used parts for your vehicle, I worked here for a bit and Garrett the owner is a very cool person that will go out of his way to help a customer, the people that work there are very helpful. Most parts are off the vehicles cleaned and ready to go.

Garrett's service was unmatched! I got his number from a buddy and was told they had a camper shell for my long bed super duty. Garrett went above and beyond and did a video call to show me the condition. I put him in a tight spot by wanting it shipped to Phoenix within 2 days prior to me leaving out of state. He found a courier last minute that shipped it for me. The part I requested was in better shape than I expected, fit exactly without issues, and arrived within a day. He made my whole week! Call Garrett with any of your needs. He did way more than I could ask for. Thank you all!!!

I called about a part for my truck, was told they didn't have it but could order it new, drove in from the Foothills to pay before they order, suppose to be here next day, next day is no part , supplies computer problem , really, don't like being lied to, 2 day delivery ok tell me. Part fit works great. Thanks

This place was great. Very helpful staff. Quick service, and you just can't beat the prices. I miss the old pick your own parts places but since Americans can't stop suing eachother to get easy money the liability of having folks grab their own parts isn't really worth it. I was visiting from outta town in a tight deadline to get some work done on an early 2000's truck and these guys came through for me. Will be back in the future!

Finally a place that actually wants to help their customers! I was buying the part from out of town, Patrick went above and beyond by getting me pictures even in the 100 degree plus heat. Excellent customer service!

Asked for a part, he said they didn't have it, and couldn't get it even though the recording while on hold says that if they don't have it they will get it for you. I was on hold longer than I talked to the rep. Seemed to not really care at all. First and last time trying to give my business to Reliable Auto Parts.

I had never been to this place until today, I went in looking for some parts for my 2003 navigator, they had it available at what I believed was a reasonable offer, it beats the wait for online purchase, so I decided to get the part, I had no idea how to replace the part, but I was going to try it anyways, but not only did they have the part, they offered to install for additional service price, I didn't think it was bad for something done in one day, I am truly a satisfied customer. Good looking out you guys

These guys did a great job for me! I ordered a Jeep top to be shipped to Utah. They did exactly what they said they'd do. They helped me through a claim for some freight damage when the shipper ran a forklift through the back glass. Great service!

If Garrett doesn t have it, he ll tell you where to get it at the best price. I haven t lived in Yuma for 2 years, and I still order my parts from him. Hard to find stuff is their specialty. When it comes to parts and service, there s no one I trust more to treat me right than Garrett. Customer for life.

Great big selection in the junk yard. Garrett was real professional and gives you all the info into what they do so you can make an informed decision. I had to let my Ford Taurus go but couldn't ask for better folks to take it.

Good place to get parts. Went to a GMC place for a door handle. They wanted $89 dollars for it. Want over to this place and got the part for think $18 dollars. Their nice people and give me some advice on some other thing's I was looking for

The people who work there are very knowledgeable and are very helpful and respectful. I bought tail lights a couple days ago and they were in very good condition and I definitely will be going back. Parts are definitely cheaper than autozone or O'Reilly.

Tried to buy an engine. I was quoted a price, I asked if they could do better, she said they probably could if she asked someone. The next day the "quoted" price was now $100 more. When I told her I could not handle that she laughed, and told me they paid more in Tuscon and places. I live here, not there. I said thanks and hung up. She called me back ...told me she did not like getting hanged up on ...and would not do business with me again. Weird. I don't like someone laughing at me when I am trying to buy something, at what point can I say, thanks, but no, enough times and hang up?22 years me and my family and friends have done business with them. It is a different generation running things now ...not for the better. If she does not want our business...that is just fine by us. Just motivated me and mine to buy new parts and rebuild ...for less.

Bought an engine there recently, was told it was tested prior to purchase. Come to find out engine had bad timing AFTER mechanic had already installed it in vehicle & it wouldn't start.Luckily mechanic was able to fix, but did charge more for doing it. Always have your mechanic inspect the parts carefully before installing even if you are told it was tested & working.

My husband was in need of a car battery, badly. He went in there and the whole entire staff were friendly and professional. They really went above and beyond for my husband. They are really appreciative of service members and will treat you like family. From now on, whenever we need a car part this establishment will be our first stop. Thank you so much for taking such good care of military personnel.

I have found Reliable Auto Parts to be a FANTASTIC automotive repair resource! They repaired my vehicle for FAR less than other quotes i had been given for the same repair, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND standard customer service to help me out on other automotive issues I was having.This in disregard to me clearly being someone of significantly limited resources. Garrett Marks is a man of true integrity, and I HIGHLY recommend anyone with any automptive repair needs to contact Reliable Auto before making a decision on any repair... you will NOT be misguided, based on my personal experience!

WE just moved here from Wisconsin to the foothills. My alternator went out on my car. priced them around the auto shops they wanted 129 or more for one. I went to Reliable Auto parts, and got one AND they put it in for me right away. took 20mins cost 108.00 total. Very happy I will always use them for parts. (the alternator did come with a warranty)

Great customer service, very friendly and helped me through the process. Also let me see the parts and the car, hand me have my own testing, ensuring me that the part is usable.
