Great service in getting new tires and wheels at Purcell s in Yuma. Francisco was wonderful help in choosing the best products. Sean, general manager, was extremely understanding, courteous and professional. I had a great experience and I m very happy with my new wheels .

Required 2 new tires put on front of RV and the old front tires to be moved to the back drivers side. The price was good and Francisco at the front counter was awesome very helpful. Unfortunately a couple of things didn't go as planned. We had asked to have the DOT codes to be placed facing the front so you could read them for the back tires when they moved them. They put them on the inside so you can't read them. Also when I was ready to leave I noticed the center cap for the front tire was not on all the way so Mikey decided to try and use a rubber mallet to put it on correctly and ended up denting the cap. He left frustrated and a senior member came over and used a very small screwdriver and easily put it in place with very little effort. Valve caps were missing on inside back tires and air pressure was not were it should of been. Little things but frustrating when your paying for a service.

Great experiance, called Frank, told him the brand of tire I wanted, he ordered the tires for my motorhome, they arrived the next day, scheduled a time based on my schedule, dropped it off, went and had breakfast, just as we were finishing breakfast the installer called and said it was ready to go. Start to finish everyone was personable and professional. You guys will always have my business and recommendations.

Great service and all around great people. The best part of my experience was when I went in for a re-torque and check after 100 miles. Mr. Francisco was assisting an elderly gentleman and offered his shoulder to help him walk to his vehicle - like I said Great People

On a cross-country trip, wife s car experienced a flat tire. Luckily, Purcell was close by. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Couldn t have been more easy or painless. Thanks!

Needed an alignment on an rv. Very few places will work on rv s so I was happy to find they were willing. Arrived at 7 am and I was back out the door by 9.30. Friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Recommend highly.

Ray and his staff were amazing. I had both a pick up truck tire blowout and a tire from my travel trailer blowout driving from San Diego to Tucson. They got me right in with very good recommendations for new tires. They were reasonably priced and I was out of there in an hour. Very professional, and I was lucky to find them in this situation.

I purchased six tires for my dually at Big O Tires. I needed the front tires rotated but Big O wanted me to d r op it off and leave it which I wasn't able to do. I took it to Purcell. They took it right in rotated the ti r es and didn't even charge me. I guess you know where I will buy my tires next time

We have dealt with Purcell tires since 1980. The old one on 4th Avenue and the new one out here on gila ridge. They've always gave us quality service. Right now I have experienced some problems with my vehicle but they have four tires for me and they said they will hold them. They have always been good to us

My experiences with Purcell Tire in Yuma have been great since I've been taking my car there this past year. Sean and Frank have taken good care of me whenever I've gone there. They haven't tried to upsell me on anything but instead have focused on figuring out what's actually wrong with my car. In fact, I found them for a second opinion when my now-former mechanic in San Diego told me a bunch of work had to be done and something seemed off. I had a gut feeling I'd never had with him before. Sure enough, Purcell saved me almost $900 on unnecessary work. They fixed only what had to be fixed. I only wish they had a location in El Centro.

My daughter and I had a rental car breakdown and we pulled in here. Nicest most helpful group of men ever! Even ran my daughter to the airport to get a new rental while I waited on the tow truck. Highly recommend this business. And thanks again, Sean, for your assistance.

I absolutely love these guys. I live nearby. They'd taken a nail out for me a few months ago - no charge. Yesterday I noticed a lug nut missing! I stopped to buy one - he put it on and checked all the others - would only accept a handshake. Can t wait til I need tires - they are my go-to.

Where to begin on how pleased I was dealing with this company and The Fantastic customer service provided by FRANK!Have not had people so honest and forthright as Frank and his fellow coworkers since I can remember. THANK you Purcell Tire co and especially thank You FRANK for a truly positive experience. When in Yuma and you need automotive service don t go anywhere else but Purcells.

Purcell Tires out here in Yuma Az is and always has been the best tire experience I have ever had. The customer service and product is worth the little bit of time you have to spend being there. But good things are ALWAYS worth waiting for. Thank you Purcell Tires for being what makes you all so wonderful! Purcell quickly and expertly repaired a flat tire for me. The price was quite reasonable and they had a comfortable waiting room. When I need new tires, it will be the first place I go to.

Dropped in to get a flat tire fixed. Was given my car back within one hour with the tire fixed and a very reasonable bill. Fast, courteous and good prices.......what's not to like. Highly recommend.

My husband has always taken my car there for tires and oil changes so I did. I had called to make an appointment and they told me I could come in then because they were not busy. We, my little 5 yr old and i, went straight there. Some were friendly. Others were not. We were there for over 2 hours and the TV didn't work so nothing to keep the 5 yr old focused on! The thing that saved it was they had a popcorn machine and you could help yourself to the popcorn, she loved that!

Outstanding customer service!I m a girl who owns a Jeep.Went here to have a brake inspection and I was impressed right away by the way they treating me like family!Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable.Brake job well done!I will be back soon to have an oil change on the RV :)

Friendly and competent staff that worked with me to tailor my needs and with no promotional schemes to rip off more money like some places do. There was a large window view of the work area which allowed me to watch the mechanics competently working on my vehicle. I highly recommend Purcell s in Yuma.

Tamar & I stopped in on Feb 4, 2023, to ask about a new front-passenger tire for our RV.Frank (Francisco) helped us initially & Miguel changed our tire.Frank came outside with us to look at ALL of our tires & he taught us how to read the information on the side of the tire, as well as how to properly use the tire gauge.Free Education!Love it!Thx, Frank!He then looked at our "problem tire" & said "If you guys were staying in town, I would just flip it."That comment immediately told us this about PURCELL:1. They stand by their workmanship.2. They stand by their product.3. They value our business as we are "SnowBirds".4. They're willing to take care of the customer AFTER the sale.5. They've earned, & deserve, their reputation.We decided that since we're leaving in a few weeks, better to be safe than sorry, so we did want a new tire.Next we went inside to discuss tires & pricing options.Frank learned from our license plate that we are both Veterans & he got us such a good deal that we hope he doesn't get in trouble for it!How awesome & observant of him!We pulled into Bay 3 & we wanted to see how the "tire changing process" was done, so we were watching Miguel wrestle with our stubborn, rusty wheel.It was like watching an artist perform in person!Truly impressive!Bravo, Miguel!A gentleman then approached us and said we couldn't be in the "work area", and we completely understood why.Liability & all that jazz.hahahThe entire process, from start to finish, took less than 30 minutes!We were so impressed & pleased with the quality of service & care, that we left two bags of Salt Water Taffy with Frank.One bag for him to share with folks & one bag for Miguel.We'll never forget our experience at PURCELL in Yuma!Jason DUS Army Combat MedicVeteran&Tamar JUS Air Force Security OfficerVeteran

My faith in personalized customer service was renewed when I purchased a set of tires for my newly purchased RV. Sean and his staff were great! This was my first ever RV and the learning curve was steep. Sean went out of his way to educate me in the importance of good tires. I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive, only his concern for my safety. Thanks to everyone at Purcell Tire,I am going down the road a Happy CamperJanuary 2023Once again the well experienced gentlemen at Purcell Tire came to my rescue. Last year I bought my motor home tires and received free valuable lessons in RVing. This week I saw I had very low pressure in one of my tires so went to the closest tire repair shop to get air. Later in the day it was low again and I returned. They showed me a nail in the tire and said it couldn t be repaired because the tread was low. Yes it was getting close to needing new tires but had been told there were still good milage left on them. They put my donut tire on and tried their darndest to sell me 800 dollar tires. Said the donut was emergency only. I thought if I need new tires I would go to Purcell which I did. They determined the tire could be fixed and to keep checking back in. They would tell me when it was time to buy new tires. Their quote in new tires was 200 dollars less than the chain tire store. I really appreciate the way I am treated here!!Thanks everyone!!

**UPDATED BELOW**This is my first personal experience with Purcell Tire, my husband has used them a lot for his water truck. They were professional and actually got to my little motorhome quickly and had her ready in no time. The previous tire shop I had used back home had "forgotten" to check and repack the bearings but Purcell had no problem!! Thank you for checking her over for her next big journey!!** UPDATE** awesome journey, however I had a shop in Arkansas tell me I needed brakes done soon (I made a mistake and wanted to make sure nothing was damaged). I Advised I was headed back to Yuma, they recommended no significant passes. Made it and Purcell tires assured me that I was still in the good and no need for brake work. I had them install airbags this time as well, thanks guys for an awesome job and a better ride. I will be back as needed!!

I had a big problem with my alignment on my brand new Class C motor home. I called and they said to come in to check it out before they did any work. I brought the coach in. They were back logged but still worked mine. Sean gave me a ride home while they did the check. The alignment was way out of spec. They called me to let me know and fixed it. The work was done perfectly. The coach now steers as it should. Louis went far beyond to make everything right. Fantastic job!!!I bought some tires for my 69 Camaro last year from them. A few months ago I went in for a balance. Due to the wheel size it was necessary to remove and balance each tire individually. It took about 30 minutes minutes per tire to do this. There was no charge because I bought the tires from them. In a normal situation this would have been over $100.00to do this balance. Most other companies would not even attempt it.These guys are fantastic. Don t go anywhere else for your alignment and tires. Thank you Purcell Guys and girls. You are amazing!!!!

We are traveling around the country in our motorhome and had some tire and brake issues and it was recommended that Purcell is the place we needed to go. They were very professional and friendly. Everything was explained and tike us in the next day. It was completed the same day. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
