Kent and his team are true professionals. I took him a 1967 F100 that was tired and in critical need of a revamp. He did almost everything on this vehicle, including new motor and transmission. It runs perfectly now, and is so much fun to drive. Kent and his team are honest, hard working, and trustworthy folks. It was a pleasure working with them. I have consistently received high quality services from Kent at Pro Tech. He is knowledgeable, honest, and accurate. I feel very safe and secure knowing I can call Kent if anything comes up with my vehicles. I highly recommend this shop. Prices are fair and service is top notch.

Love coming here! Had gone to the dealer for services but having to return to them so they can replace items they neglected to put back, a friend suggested Pro-tech. So glad I did! They are reasonably priced, willing to answer questions, never pushy or trying to upsell more services. I had a last minute trip and they where able to get me in for a double check of everything before I left. Was in a car accident 2 years ago, had the repairs done by a collision center, it took so long to get it back and to get clear answers, as soon as I got it back we took it to Pro-tech (from collision center to them). Right away they found issues that I didn't catch, saved so many problems down the road.So, glad I came here!

Took my corvette to replace harmonic balancer with ATI Superdampener that came with instructions how to specifically do the job. After 2 attempts from ken and 600 dollars down the drain the balancer kept coming loose. When asked if steps were followed as per manufacturer's instructions he said no and he would not attempt again unless I paid more. Keywords never followed instructions at all. Felt like I was getting scammed by having me pay more to have him try again. I went with him because the reviews made it seem like he was a competent mechanic and his pictures made me think he works on high performance engines. I can't believe I paid top dollar for parts and labor and he couldn't even follow simple instructions.

My Mom was visiting from out of town, on her way back home her transmission failed. Kent was helpful, informative, and made a crazy situation less stressful.

I use ProTech often. Kent is extremely knowledgeable, fair and honest. I bring my personal as well as my fleet vehicles there. I also have not yet encountered any vehicle he is not willing and able to work on. One of my fleet vehicles is a turbo diesel Mercedes/Dodge Van. I ask "Kent can you do this? No problem bring it in", is always the answer. Scion, Ford Explorer, Mazda RX8 the answer is always the same, no problem bring it in! Thanks Kent!

This is a really great family run small shop that treats you right. The owner manager, Kent, listened to me describe various problems i was having and kept me posted on progress and options all the way through! Fair upfront pricing without unmentioned add ons except "shop supplies" which is standard. Oh don't forget to pet "Sally!"
