Service beyond and above expectations. That is what I have to say about Gonzalo Flores and Luis Montes. These two gentlemen are professionals and provided me with assistance that in today's world is thought not to exist. Tried their best to assist me in finding the part I needed. Finding the part was not easy and then a problem arose with the part and they were right there to assist me in solving the problem. I highly recommend these two gentlemen and O'Reilly Auto Parts for providing such great service. Great store GREAT SERVICE.Thanks guys.

If you know exactly what you want and know how to operate their system, you can go in and do the work for them, but that's all. There is no service. They DO NOT train the employees at all. Commercial desk guy seems like he just refuses to think. Front counter guys have no idea what's in the store or how to use their system. They will even argue that the metric system measurements somehow change between male and female hex. And I do mean argue. A millimeter is a millimeter. Train your employees.

Oreilly's saved my @$$ completely and totally I had lost a tire on a vehicle I was towing and it disappeared so I was stranded with nothing so I needed the break drum and all the legs and lug nuts to get back on the road fortunately I had a spare rim and tire. And for a few dollars over $100. They had me back on the road! Thank you for having all the parts needed to help for my 1982 Ford f150

these guys have been awesome helped charge my battery when alternator died. and there is a. lady in there that really helped me out when I bought some spark plugs in Rustin. la.. I didn't have receipt and she resolved the problem immediately

Lost a brake caliper bolt on the drive from San Diego to Phoenix. These guys had the bolt in stock and had it waiting when I pulled up. Saving the day is an automatic 5 stars!

Excellent service, great management, staff was super helpful they even came out and help me push my car out of the way after I died from overheating right in the middle of the parking lot! Great bunch of guys very clean store very well organized I think it's going to be my new preference.

Placed an order on their website for in store pick up. From the time I placed my order until the time I got an email confirmation saying my part was ready for pick up was 54 minutes in total. Not too bad. Went into the store, I was asked for my card information to verify my identity and that was that. Pretty seamless experience.

O'Reilly has quality parts, better than the other Auto place, at reasonable prices. The parts counter associates are friendly and helpful. You can even browse around without feeling like someone is watching you.

Our shop has had a commercial account with this location for several years and this is, by far, the worst crew we have ever dealt with. Rude, uneducated/unable to find the right parts. The guys just don't care. They are there for a paycheck. The commercial account personnel also lie about prices and steal money from cash account transactions.And we don't blame the workers entirely, either. These issues must be coming from mis-management. We will go elsewhere.

Clerks were amazing. Called ahead for a part emergency. Friend broke down and I had to get the part to them quickly.Clerk pulled part for me so all I needed was to show up and pay. Great work guys!

Great service, great prices, offered me same part made by three different companies and three different prices. Chose mid-range product and still got a lifetime warranty. O Reilly s are all across the country so the lifetime warranty products are a winner for us.

Well that gentleman was very nice he came outside and help me with my check engine light issue. There was no charge!Very happy after going there after leaving pep boys, because they wanted to charge me $100 to tell me what the check engine light ment? And not deduct that from the fee from the services if I had them done there, like it's done back East.....

I forgot the guys name. But the guy helped me out big time. I was with my grandfather trying to get my mom's Van up and running. Dude did what he could to check on the Van...but what made the biggest difference is when I came back after finding out what the van needed. I came to buy the part here cause I liked how helpful this place was to us. The issue came up of me not having enough cash to cover the part. Unsure what he did but he was able to discount it for me so that way I can get my mom's back up and running. Props to this place for having a good hearted worker who expressed that we all need to help each other out when we need it.

I came in around 9:15-9:20pm 12/28/19 to this location asking to get my check engine light looked at since I was traveling back home with my mom and my 6 month old baby to Phoenix Az. The engine light went on and I wanted to check it before I traveled 170 miles.Fabian the employee that was working told both my mom and I that he could not check it because it is late and he can not leave the other employee alone. I had to go in after my mom came back out of the store so I can get a better understanding as to why I could not be helped. I consider this very poor customer service, since the sign outside clearly says the store offers free engine checks. Nowhere does it clarify that they can not assist at certain times nor if there is only two employees working. He did offer me the machine to do it myself but how am I suppose to know how to use it.Is this machine offered to everyone?Policies and procedures need to be addressed. I asked for the District Managers number and he gave a customer satisfaction number. I am not one to make complaints but it is dangerous to drive a long ways not knowing why my engine light is throwing that code, considering I m traveling back home with my baby boy.

Some of the best service I ve gotten! I bought a set of lightbulbs today and the gentleman also installed them for me, I tried tipping him but he wouldn t take it! I will definitely be back to this location

I refuse to go back here unless I have no choice and don't need anything Major or very Important. Staff have been rude, and very aloof. And this has been at every one I've ever been in. There are at least Three(Well Known) Better Part Store options, that will provide the service that you need.

Great customer service. Had a pair of brake rotors resurfaced. Called my cell when they were ready for pickup. Easy drop off and pickup counter service.
