The BEST shop in Yuma for all your tire needs , These guys (Brandon and Jesus/Jesse) handled our tire needs quick, professional, courteous, and efficiently. I was impressed with their knowledge with tires and rims. I will definitely return to have tires put on my second vehicle. Good job guys, you are the best.

Had my wife's car aligned here. Once they were done they gave me the keys and charged me $100 and said I was good to go. I asked of they could show me the alignment sheet to check their work and they said they didn't have the machine to print out the specs. Then they told me they wouldn't align the back of the car because it needs a control arm. I took the car to another shop I trust more and put the car on the rack to check their work and the front of the car wasnt even aligned right either. The passenger side camber of was 3/4s of an inch. I was able to align the front and the back perfectly without the adjustable part they needed. Called and asked for my money back but instead the guy on the phone argued and said the other shop was probably lying which is hilarious. They refused to refund their work so be careful people.

Outstanding customer service. They went out of their way to assist me with all my questions. I didn t find exactly the wheel and tire set I was looking for, but they are looking around to find my rims and tires that I most desperately want and need on my vehicle. They totally understood that I was driving from Imperial, CA.

Took in my gladiator for alignment, then going home I heard noises, I took it back (one of the bolts was hitting the stabilizer shock (dented and scratch the shock) because the bolt was put in backwards. now it s making more noises like if something is loose from the front. don t recommend this place at all!!

First off, they don t balance the wheels right. They just slap on weights. Had my car vibrating at high speeds thinking it was my suspension and it was the wheels the whole time and this is not the first time, my friend s car also had the same problem. Had to get them re balanced at another tire shop and the problem went away. Also way over priced, they don t care care of your wheels and will scratch them. Terrible work, they really need to re train their employees.

My husband had just gotten new tires for our Polaris and needed them mounted. So of course we went to the usual place he took them only to find that they wouldn't do the job.We were due to go riding in just a couple day so now what to do? Googled tire shops in Yuma, Negretes Tire Shop was just down the street, we zoomed over and they IMMEDIATELY got the tires mounted. Perfect!!! We had a great ride a couple days later. I love prompt service!!!!

These guys are awesome! I am from Los Angeles, Ca and had a blow out on the road. Came in to get a tire. The guy there went to get me a used tire from another shop because they only sold new tires. He came back about 5 minutes later and put the tire on.

we had a screw in our front tire and needed to get it out and the tire repaired they were not busy so they were able to get us in right away which was nice and I only charged as $10. Unfortunately the man working the store did not speak English so before we could get service has he had to call someone who then translated for us what we wanted done. When picking up the track we were not able to find out what he did to the tire because there was nothing written out and no one who spoke English available to answer our questions. Also there is a shimmy in the front of our truck and we were hoping to have them assassin that problem a bot they do not do that type of work. Also while the shop looked clean I would not recommend trying to use their bathroom. It looks like they might specialize in specialty wheels and tires rather than Tire repairs and troubleshooting. Hopefully that tire repair will stick and we won't have more problems with the tire.

Sold a rzr tire to my husband that was overpriced. Wasnt even the right size. They wount take it back because it got mounted but wasnt used. Paid a restocking fee to get the right size. Gave us a used burnt tire. Would resolve the issue. Had to file a complaint at the BBB.

Took my chevy in to have the brake pads changed. They did quality work for a very fair price. Quick service with competent work. I highly recommend them.

Way over priced ! Called for prices on tires and these guys are trying to charge twice as much as anyone else in town. Called discount tire 88.00 Walmart 79.00 pep boys 83.00And these guys are trying to charge 139.00 per tire ! Price gouging !! Sorry guys that gets you a 1 star rating in my book, especially when your almost double the price of every other shop in town ..
