Great customer service and communication, however overall repair work was poor.Repaired areas had poor clear coat finishing, paint had embedded debris, new components had scratches on them, paint was not a match to factory paint. Rear windshield scratched during repair.In progress on rectifying, will update review.

After a long week and a half of not having any support from the police, the other person involved in the collision, or even my insurance, I was fortunate enough to find this place. From the start, Yadira was more than willing to take my best interests in mind and give me a thorough and fair estimate on my vehicle's damage. She kept me updated and stayed true to her promises and I even got my car back before the estimate completion date. The car looks brand new with not only the exterior washed and cleaned, but the interior as well. I can't say how satisfied I am with the work they've done for me. Hopefully I'll never need to visit a Body shop again but if I do at some point in the future, I will be sure to give this place another visit. Thank you again Yadira and the team at Kaizen collision center!

I had repairs done here after an accident. They were recommended by my insurance company, Progressive. They did a great job on the repair and were able to get my truck back to me quickly. During the process, they kept me updated on the progress. One word of warning though. If you pay with a credit card, they charge 3.5% extra, so you may want to bring cash.

Amazing work, awesome communication, always informed, I was offered many suggestions. I felt comfortable working with the assigned worker I had, I believe her name was Yadira. She did amazing and the work her mechanics did for me was absolutely perfect I love it

Great service and work. We were informed regularly, and they were very thorough when assessing potential damage. The car was returned cleaner (inside and out) than it was when we dropped it off.

I have never experienced such quality from a collision repair shop before.Yadira Rivera was my go to person. She keep me well informed of the progress on my vehicle, contacting me once or twice weekly. I highly recommend Kaizen to anyone needing repairs. 10 stars to her and the facility.!!

They did a great job with my car. I was upset having been involved in a collision. The other driver hit me but with no video evidence I was judged to be at fault by by the insurance companies because I was driving behind.the other vehicle. I was cranky when I had to drop my car at the Kaizen Collision Center but I must say I was impressed with the work they did. My car came out looking better than I imagined. Their customer service was very great. throughout the process. They under-promised but overdelivered. Great job.

Damaged my vehicle inside and out and had excuses about, even blaming me for damages, while under their service. I had window tint damage, dashboard damage and driver side door damage. I had to pay for my window tint to be replaced out of pocket. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO KAIZEN COLLISION CENTER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Alina was very helpful and approachable. They fixed my car up really well and kept me updated on the condition of the car all the way up until I picked it up. They also cleaned it very well inside and out. Would highly recommend their service.

Did excellent work on our Toyota Corolla. Due to parts availability, it took just over 3 weeks to complete. You would never know it had been T-boned by a hit and run driver.

Kaizen Auto is great to work with! Our vehicle got rear ended and we went to Kaizen Collison Center as it was a preferred repair auto shop under our insurance. The staff appeared to be friendly until I took in my vehicle for the follow up/repair appointment. I began asking questions about the repair process as my insurance claim's adjustor had given me two options. When I wanted further clarification to make an informed decision a staff member at Kaizen became quite rude and made some inappropriate comments. I decided I would not be doing business with Kaizen from that interaction. The employee lacked professionalism in my opinion.

I ve had a really excellent experience here from start to finish. The team was very courteous and informative. From the beginning estimate to the pickup I can say I am happy I chose them for my car repair needs. I did call one other place before I chose Kaizen but they weren t near as capable. Osiris at the front desk, the customer service rep Stephanie and also Danny the estimator all gave wonderful service. The car was very clean upon pickup, much cleaner than I imagined it would be and also I think they waxed the entire car- feels very sleek. Thank you Team at Kaizen!!

I was given a list of shops from my insurance and encouraged to do my research before selecting a shop for the repairs. I was also able to pick any shop in my area not just from the 5 on my list. I read the reviews for each of the 5 shops on my list and picked Kaizen Collision center because of the number of reviews & the resolutions mentioned in the 40+ cases that were reviewed by previous customers.Samantha was my point of contact and kept me in the loop during the process. The staff at Kaizen & Samantha made the process so easy. They understood my concern for the duration I would not have my car and even offered me a solution for the holiday weekend, they got my car back to even though it was pending 1 part for my repair to be completed. They could have easily kept my car the entire weekend since it was not their job to worry about my transportation but they did. I appreciate that they viewed me as a real person and not just an insurance paid job.Samantha called me on Wednesday to let me know the part was in and i took my car back on Thursday and they replaced as I waited in the lobby. I was there for a total of 30 min. if that and on my way.I have had nothing but a pleasant experience at Kaizen Collision center and would take my car back to them if I ever needed their services in the future. From the professional service, the personal consideration, turn around time, & even the thank you letter I was given for taking my business there I appreciate how I was treated at Kaizen Collision center.

Dropped off my SUV to get repaired. One of the mechanics noticed some part hanging down from the chasis of the car. He repaired it on the spot, no charge. Great customer service, going one step beyond what is expected.

Very great staff especially the manager George. Made sure our truck was done correctly and was very attentive to our every need. They washed my truck and had it looking show room ready when I picked it up. Would gladly recommend to anyone looking for honest quality work.
