After 3 RV windshields replaced over the years in Virginia I had John's glass replace one while on travel here. I will say they have by far been the best ever. I would recommend them anytime.

This is the nicest business I have dealt with, they were efficient and knowledgeable, and did a great job, even job finished ahead of time. If you need glass replaced this is the one to call

Cheap price but did very poor job , black goo leaked out interior seems and they messed up the interior roofs upholstery making it look and slightly open. When I asked if they could help fix due to poor job they said that's just how it is and walked back inside.

It is really difficult to rate a place that fails to return call you. I went into the business several weeks ago and inquired about shower doors. They took my name, phone # and my selection with approximate measurements. They were to call me when they received an estimate. No call. I called. They took the same information again. No call. I went to the business again. They took the same information again. No call I never received any information so I could not do business with them so I have to rate them a 1. So who knows?

Very good service, we where on the road and they accepted to repair on the go my windshield on my motorhome, i recommand this place, we are from Canada. Thank you!!!

It was awesome, I showed up friendly receptionist right away and I don't know if that was the owner but he took care of me right away..I was in and out of there super fast.. Thank you guys and girls at Johns glass service, your definitively getting all my support and business from now on..

Great shop and great people. Very accommodating, so helpful, just overall an enjoyable experience here. We are actually still here as I m writing this review since the staff allowed us to stay overnight in our motorhome while the windshield glue dries. Thanks everyone. -Dunlaps!

Just left this place I'll start my review exactly how my experience was, when I walked in the door this mean heavyset young lady didn't look up and acknowledge me or my wife when we walked in the door & continued to talk on the phone customer start service starts with at least, "one moment I'll be right with you" didn't have the decency to even say that so after about several minutes of walking back outside to inspect them great work went back in mind you it's a hundred something degrees outside I just said man we're waiting in this fat lady lost it I'll be right with you I'm on the phone with somebody I would think she would have been a lot more polite because we've been waiting three days when they said they have the glass material to hold the glass on the following day my wife took the van back they said it might be a couple hours long story short fat lady you should be a lot nicer if you know a customers been waiting 3 days for materials to be ordered van held longer than it was supposed to be and the husband finally shows up to pay in cash and picked up this phone work you're a very rude young lady who obviously doesn't give a damn about herself so what should I expect you'll treat the customers exactly how you treat yourself poorly again I hope I didn't ruin your day by asking you to acknowledge the fact that we were there waiting now I'll continue my review on Yelp hopefully when I come back the owners I have enough sense to fire you you're terrible at customer service

Very poor customer service. Extremely long wait time for simple of cut glass. They didn't seem to care whether I took my business to them or not. I was very unsatisfied.

Sequence of events for me trying to get service from this company:Week 1: Shows up, says he has to get glass, never returns.Week 2: Dispatcher promises return, never happens.Week 3: Say glass now has to be ordered, promises next week.Week 4: Worker shows up an hour and a half late with wrong sized glass, asks if I want to reorder.Result: one month later, nothing but excuses. Don't waste your time with these knuckleheads.

Horrible customer service. DO NOT ever use these people. They will quote you one price but charge you another. Then say it's your fault for not understanding

What a hack. He came out and shoved his pen between the glass and seal then screwed everything up with the insurance company. Did not show up on time either.
