Daniel did a thorough job of replacing the the timing chain and related hardware in my 2005 Xterra. In doing so, he corrected problems left by non-Nissan mechanics.Rocio, Jack, Leann and the other staff with whom I dealt were personable and professional.At this point, I am confident that my Xterra will go well past 300,000 miles.

Eric was my Service contact. He made sure my car was completely checked out and ready for a road trip that will be several days. He was very helpful and did a great job to informing me of things that needed attention. I feel much better knowing that the vehicle is ready for the trip.

First let me share with you this is a real and thorough review because I have been buying and going to their service department since the early 1990 s when it was Sonora Nissan. I have bought 5 cars from them in my life time and against my suggestions I had a ex husband and mother shop elsewhere only to wish later than had listened to me and wish they had not gone elsewhere because of the poor service they got while I have ALWAYS had the BEST experience with service at Nissan!!! I can honestly say I have never had a company take better care of me and care about my satisfaction year after year after year. And the one person I think that really holds it all together is their Manager Lisa I don t know her last name but once again my car needed some regular maintenance and the care and their department gave it all 100% to make sure I was informed and taken care of.In this day and age you can t find this kind of care anymore. So please please keep up the great work Nissan I appreciate you.

Erick was so wonderful. He not only replaced my bad sensor but found 2 additional problems and needing to reset parts arranged for me to have a loaner car. All this was covered under my warranty. He is an honest, helpful, man. I will always ask for him from now on.

Went in for an oil change and then they noticed my car was sounding wired. It turned out to be the transmission! Thank goodness for that extended warranty! I got a new transmission, replaced motor mount, intake was cracked they replaced that as well and a few other things! Service was great my car is running like new! Thank you Horn Nissan, Thank you Rocio for your help! Extended warranty is worth purchasing Yuma!

Their service department is second to none!!!! They brought my car in and immediately they worked on it and fixed it quickly and the warranty, took care of my battery. Kudos, For a job WELL DONE!!!! . We HIGHLY recommend this Dealership!!!

Their customer service is the best. The service advisor are very friendly and make you feel at home. The Technician sometimes is a hit and missed. I feel like they sometime rush a job and don t do some simple check. They will fix the problem if you bring it back and try to make it right. They do go above and beyond when it come to customer service including their sale personnel and management.

Horn Nissan Yuma Is Amazing. I took my Rogue Sport in a couple days ago & the Service Team was & Is FANTASTIC & AMAZING. Not only do they talk to you in a calm manner & they are very patient. They listen to all your concerns & check every one of them out & explain what they found & what needed fixing. I witnessed this Wonderful customer service years ago when I would go with my mom to drop off & pick up her car. Thank you Horn Nissan Yuma for being so Outstanding & the Best!!!!!!!!!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Rocio and the service technicians were very courteous, friendly and helpful with the items brought to them to address on my Nissan Titan. The service performed was very efficient, prompt and complete as well as keeping informed along the way. The work was performed very neat and clean and as noted for time. Very also came back very clean. Great job by all! Only issue was took 2.5 hrs for oil change and tire rotationServices: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Best dealer service department in town! I ve been coming here for over a decade and Lisa and her staff have always been super helpful. One time Nissan questioned an extended warranty repair and they went to bat for me and got the fix taken care of with no cost to me. Since then I ve had all my cars serviced here unless it s warranty work for a non-Nissan car. They re GT-R certified so mine come here for routine work all the time. They re also EV certified so they ll be able to handle the Ariya I ve pre-ordered from Nissan. Very highly recommend this place!

We are very pleased with the way that Lisa from the service department resolved our issue. As soon as she heard that we had a problem she quickly got our vehicle in and got it fixed. She explained to us very patiently where the misunderstanding was and how the service department works which was helpful because we were really frustrated with the way the situation was being handled.
