John, from Foothills RV fixed our Norcold 1200 just after the holidays. He is an amazing RV technician who made us feel comfortable at the jump by walking us through all of our options in straightforward easy to understand language. After we made our decision to repair, they came right out to our RV site, and finished the whole job in a single day. They had all parts for service on hand, and did the work for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Foothills RV for any rv repair you may need they ll treat you right!

Great team! We had a 2005 AC unit that would not give us any cold air. They fit us in during their busy time to confirm that it was the compressor and that the unit will need to be replaced. I told them that I could install when I get back to Wyoming and they were happy to not have a new job added to this busy week. I will be back next year and be sure to use them!

Our heat and AC had been controlled with a remote control. The transmitter of the system failed, and we needed to have it replaced with a hardwired thermostat. Foothills RV was very attentive, returning our call quickly and getting this on the schedule in a couple of days. When the system failed to work the next day, I called them back and they sent the tech out who found a missing ground connection. This was all taken care of in a very expedient manner with a very knowledgeable technician and what I consider to be a very good company to do business with. thanks Mickey, thanks, Don!

This place has super skilled mechanics and price is reasonable. I would give 10 stars if I could. I will go here anytime my RV needs service. I have a class B Roadtrek that needed generator maintenance and house battery tray slider rails replaced. So happy with their work.

Foothills replaced the cooling system in our 2017 dometic refrigerator. Everything went as planned. We were in and out in half a day. Saved us a lot of money to repair VS replace. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and informative. Highly recommend.

Conrad came to our location and repaired our gray water tank valveIt's difficult to get into very small space.Conrad came on time, friendly and veryfriendly. Our thanks to Conrad, Smithy and Floyd. This our go to place.NOTE: Their prices are reasonable.

Foothills RV is owned and operated by these awesome humans with a vast knowledge of rv and trailer parts. I ho ny for items for my travel trailer. They carry lots of rv toilet papers and parts/components for many different types of recreational vehicles but exclusive for rvs or travel trailers, that I am aware. They are right off Foothills Blvd. which is the first exit as you arrive from the east into Yuma. Thank you, Foothills RV for keeping me on the road.

Foothills RV save our butts. We were getting ready to leave on a two month adventure and had a problem with our RV refrigerator. They sent a guy out right way and fixed the next day. Then our generator would start. I went into the store to pay my bill on the refrigerator. Told them about the problem with generator, they had their generator guy just happened to drop by on his day off. He came out and within minutes fixed it. Great customer service and reasonably priced. Thank you we are on our trip.

Where is this maybe a small store, they have an amazing amount of stock in there everything except the water pressure regulator was well priced. And they understood what I was looking for when I asked about this item and that and pointed me right at it. I came away feeling glad that I spent the 20 minutes driving there, because I got everything I needed. These guys know their stuff, so they're definitely worth giving your business to. They definitely get a thumbs up!

Outstanding service. Friendly knowledgeable staff.If they can t solve your problem they know where to send you.I have a a diesel pusher and they don t work on diesel Riggs but they do work on the appliances.They are the best place to get your problems solved.If you think you re somebody special and deserve to be waited on ahead of other waiting customers they may put you in your place.

Great team, we had the power converter fail in our 5th Wheel. Got an onsite service call within a couple of days. Got us fixed up with a new converter and no issue with paperwork for the extended warranty. Would recommend and would definitely use again.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I had Foothills RV repair two systems on my motor home. The first was an inop fridge. Not only did John have a cooling unit in stock, he gave us a small liner fridge to use. The second issue was an inop inverter. Don quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. In both instances they saved me a significant expense by repairing rather than replacing the fridge and inverter. I highly recommend Foothills RV as a quality and honest business.Service: Electrical

AC decided to stop working on 118� day. Called Foothills RV and they came out next morning. Thought might be bad capacitor. Changed it out, but wasn't the problem. Needed new fan motor. John ran back to shop to grab fan motor and was back at RV in 15 minutes. Parts changed out in bout 20 min in 118� weather. He also removed new capacitor and put mine back in since worked fine. Didn't charge me diagnostics fee or capacitor fee since mine worked. I was super impressed with the work and speed it was performed in. I also appreciate not getting screwed for parts I didn't need. Now when someone in my park has issues, Foothills is ONLY RV repair business I will recommend. Nice job guys.

Great people and service! AC went out on our motorhome. I called Foothills RV and got friendly, quick attention. John came out same day and confirmed that the motor had gone out, as I thought. In 35 or 40 minutes (from the time he got there) he had it replaced and working great! We will be using Foothills from now on.

Had a problem with our refrigerator not staying cold. Called Foothills RV, John came out and checked things out. Found no apparent problem except it s a 1996 model. When we told him we were going off the road he recommended we un it till it quit then put in a residential fridge which is about $1500 dollars cheaper replacement of the original. To me that is an honest repair person. Had him quote us a price to replace our air conditioners since they weren t doing the best job anymore. John replaced them at a very reasonable price. Am extremely happy with the job and there is a noticeable difference in the cooling. Expect our electricity bill will drop. Foothills RV will be our go to for anymore repairs! Thanks John

After leaving the "Superstore" down the street because they told me they could not order the thermostat I needed because the part number had a letter in it, I checked in here. In less than two minutes my thermostat was on the way. Nice job. People here really want to help.

I like the customer service here and I trust this repair shop! Believe me I don't trust many repair places either. The guys here help troubleshoot your problem if you go in and talk to them, their service prices are fair (no one is cheep)! They were always willing to work with me in getting parts I thought I needed and asked questions to make sure I wasn't ordering something unnecessary. And everyone that came out to work on my class C motor home was friendly and willing to explain what they were doing. But understand they are busy during snowbird season and if it's urgent they will do their best but it will be worth the wait to have the job done right.

Awesome service. My A/C was putting out hot air. John came to my site and saw that the compressor and heater unit were caked with ice. At first because it was a closed system, he thought that I may have to replace A/C. He looked into it further and found the freeze sensor was not connected. He reconnected the sensor, let the ice cake melt and recheck the system. Everything checked out within specs. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Best Technician I have ever encountered. Really knew his trade. This is my go to place and I would recommend them to everyone.

I've used Foothills RV several times for my AC repair. John, the technician, is the most knowledgeable and honest person I have ever met. I would hope that anyone who needs any RV work contact FOOTHILLS RV. Floyd, in the office, has wonderful customer service skills and has always gotten back to me in a timely manner.

I arrived in Yuma with an electrical problem in my Class A motorhome. It was recommended that I call Foothills RV for mobile service. The next morning Don arrived right on time and diagnosed my problem as transfer switch failure. He said he would order the new unit and call me when it came in. The next day they called that the unit was in and would be out the following day for Don to install it. This morning Don arrived and had installed my new transfer switch installed and tested in about 40 minutes. Foothills RV is an amazing company to work with. I wouldn t hesitate to refer them for the outstanding customer service I received from them!! Thanks Don!!

We rolled into town with only half of our Motorhome working. We were having problems with our Inverter. We were recommended to call Foothills RV by a third party. Don came out to look at our Motorhome in just a couple of days. He knew immediately that we needed a new Inverter as it would take longer and cost more money to get our current Inverter repaired as it would have to be sent out. When we got the new Inverter, Don came out out and had it installed in a half hour. Very nice guy, awesome prices. I would not hesitate to use them again. Honest and know what they are doing. He had also loaned us his personal battery charger to keep us up and running before the new Inverter arrived.

Waiting for service before can trully rate. Have had great expectations due to many positive reviews. About a one week wait for service on non-emergency issue. (That compares very favorably to the 90+ day wait at other RV repair locations)
